"Viloet Hill" from Coldplay would suit New Moon because everytime I hear it, it reminds me of Jacob's unrequited love for Bella.

"Run"-by Snow Patrol would be good too, and the Leona Lewis version is excellent.

I think Damien Rice's music is beautiful. Give him a listen. I really love his song "The Blower's Daughter" It reminds me of Edward and Bella or Bella and Jacob. Oh and his song "Cannonball" is very New Moon-ey too!!

Actually, I think "Forevermore" by The Bella Cullen Project best describes Bella's feeling when Edward leaves....and their song "Safety First" best describes Edward's anguish over his decision to leave for her protection. I agree with you about Muse jessamoomoo!! I've got another artist that you have to check out!! He's one of my favorites and he a HUGE Twilight fan too which is totally freaking awesome!! Every time I hear Flyleaf's "All Around Me" it summarizes for me the majority of New Moon. A great example is the first stanzas of the song:

Clearly capture's Bella's whole thought process of risking herself to hang on to what she can of Edward. Toward the end of the song the lyrics play out like this and it epitomizes for me the end of the book:

Because Taylor and Aly&AJ; are totally different. Theyre not even the same genre. And the difference between them is, aly&aj; can actually sing, live also, sounding good without needing the recording studio to improve their voices.

NEED would start, and Bella's (Kristen Stewart!!!) break down would begin right after NEED says "I'm not quite sure how to breathe with out you here.." that's when she would realize, where it would all really sink in, and she chases after him for a bit, and it would take place from there.....and all we would hear is this beautiful song and the scattered, drifting, far off "Bella!"s from the people looking for her.. "Lie to me, I'm fading..." is awesome 'cause she kinda was..she was letting go at that moment of everything cause Edward was gone... :( ..maybe there would be some flashbacks from the first movie..maybe from when they were in the tree's, cause even if that wasn't really in the book, it looked pretty bad ass in the movie...or from when they're laying in the meadow..Then during the part were NEED says "etch this into my brain, tell me how its supposed to be.." That would be where they would find her and carry her back to Charlie's. The rest of NEED would play out while the Dr.Gerandy, or whatever his name was, examines her and make sure she's okay..then NEED would end on Bella as she's "sleeping it off"...


Also, Amy Lee of Evanescence should write something for the score..or a song for the story,,she's great at that stuff..

i listened to the song NEED by Hana Pestle and it will fit perfectly with the New Moon movie. i think you should listen to it and take it into consideration. i think you will like it to and you will pick it as one of the songs for the movie.

i was sooooo sure that was gonna be on the soundtrack and was a little disappointed when it wasn't, even though the soundtrack is really good the way it is

there also needs to be Paramore, and we of coarse need Rob in there somewhere =)

There is a song that is perfect for when Edward leaves Bella. It is "Unbeautiful" by Lesley Roy. It describes perfectly how Bella feels and how she thinks that he really does not love her and never found her to be good enough for him. Ubsurd, I know, but it is perfect!
