I heard this new song from Matt Alber called “End of the World” that came out recently, and couldn’t help but think it’d be perfect for New Moon. It’s a bit of a tear-jerker, and I think the lyrics and cinematic mood of the song fit perfectly. What do you guys think? Can you picture it? MTV has a interview with Dakota Fanning during her press for her other new movie Coraline and she talks a bit about New Moon, the Volturi, and how hot Robert Pattinson is–
And, naturally, since Dakota is a teenage female, we couldn’t resist asking the obvious question: If the actress shot a scene opposite heartthrob Robert Pattinson, could she keep herself under control?
“He is very, very cute,” she giggled. “But I’m sure I would be.
“The part that I play gets to interact with a lot of the characters, so that would be cool,” Fanning added. “[The Volturi] are kind of mean. I think it would be definitely a different part than I’ve ever played — and I’d get to be a little evil for once.”

Good news for Twi-hards; judging by the tips “Twilight” stars Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz shared with Access Hollywood about “New Moon” on Thursday night, it sounds like the second installment in the series will remain faithful to Stephenie Meyer’s book.
“I can tell you there’s a yellow Porsche,” Ashley revealed at the premiere of Dakota Fanning’s “Push,” confirming that the vehicle, which played a special role in the “New Moon” book, will be in the movie.
“I can tell you there’s werewolves,” she added coyly. “I think [the details of ‘New Moon’ script are] kind of highly under wraps.”
As for the date the movie will begin filming–
“We start shooting in March in Vancouver and in Italy,” [Edi Gathegi] said.
