Yay! It’s that time of the week again–Wolf Cub Friday! This week we present to you the adorable little Ramses, Egyptian God of Cuddles. He has a special story, as he’s one of the pups that has grown up at a shelter for wolf dogs in North Carolina called Full Moon Farm. Reader Martha had this to share, and I thought I’d share it with you all during Wolf Cub Friday–

Being an animal lover, I look forward to Wolf Cub Friday to see the pictures of the cute pups. I sponsor a wolfdog (”Yeddy”) at a shelter in North Carolina called Full Moon Farm. Wolfdogs are wonderful animals, but too often people purchase them, don’t fully understand what they’re getting into and end up giving them to shelters or worse, abusing them. Just because it looks like a domesticated dog, doesn’t mean it will act like one. From the shelter’s home page, click on “A Wolfdog Is . . . “. Your readers can learn about these incredible creatures. They can also learn how to care for them so they can determine if they really want to commit to owning a wolfdog. There is a section called “Animal Bios” that tells each wolfdog’s story. Lastly, should they feel so inclined (no pressure), they could make a donation or sponsor a wolfdog. Every little bit helps. What a surprise! The rumor mill has presented yet another ex-Disney Hollywood actress that wants in on New Moon–this time, it’s….Hillary Duff.

The latest star to get on the Twilight waitlist is Hilary Duff. The actress was heard backstage at Mercedes Benz Fashion week talking to Twilight star Peter Facinelli about how badly she wants the role.

A source tells Hollyscoop exclusively, “Hilary told Peter how bad she wants to be in the next Twilight movie. Hilary said that she would want to be one of the vampires in the movie.”

She was also heard saying “like, it would be so cool, to like, be a vampire, and stuff. OMG LOL. ” Ok, so maybe we made that last part up. Hopefully my negativity isn’t dripping too heavy on this–but I really don’t think she is right for New Moon. What do you guys think?

Don’t have a date for Valentine’s Day? Well neither does Robert Pattinson, apparently. MTV has a funny little article about 5 guys that are taking it solo this V-Day:

Robert Pattinson – The actor became the crush-object of many “Twi-hards” when he assumed the role of vampire Edward Cullen in last year’s blockbuster “Twilight.”. Despite time off before “New Moon” begins filming in Vancouver, Pattinson hasn’t left the spotlight. He caused quite the stir when he unexpectedly traded his signature wild locks for a closer crop, forcing many fans to examine how deep into the hairline their feelings really went. He also faced some scrutiny over the nature of his relationship with actress and Jonas’ girlfriend Camilla Belle as she provided RPattz with some repeated red-carpet company. Even Joe and his brothers seem to be under his spell though, as they just expressed a desire to be on the “New Moon” soundtrack. If Bella Swann and the JoBros can’t resist him, how can you?

Ok, take this with a grain of salt until we get official confirmation–but it’s not looking good for Solomon Trimble, who played Sam in Twilight. We recently told you about the Baker Twins, two Native American hopefuls for the role of Emily. Well, they are reporting through an email to a fan that–

ShaunaMissMae: … A couple of my

friends were casted as ‘Paul’ and ‘Sam’.

I’m sooo excited for them.

Hopefully one of us get’s ‘Emily’.

We can only cross our fingers that Trimble wasn’t recast, but as of a few days ago he had “not been contacted yet at all“, which doesn’t bode well.
