We’re thrilled to share a new feature–the New Moon movie chat room! You can meet your fellow TwiFans, talk about all the New Moon gossip, and just generally goof off with like-minded friends.

The chat room will be open 24/7, but to celebrate the launch, we’re going to have a very special gab session tonight–Thursday, February 19 at 8pm EST–where everyone can meet up in the chatroom and have a blast, and talk one-to-one with yours truly and the rest of the die-hard fans that visit the site.

I have a very special surprise in store as well. Let’s just say that we’ll be giving away an amazing gift as a door prize to one lucky visitor to the chat room in a random drawing sometime between 8pm EST and 10pm EST, so you’ll definitely want to be there!

We’ll also be having a Virtual Viewing Party during the Oscars on Sunday, so you can get a play-by-play of all the Twilight action as it takes place in Los Angeles, and we can all squee together about the Robert Pattinson presenation and other potential Twilight-themed segments that have been hinted about as they occur. The Academy Awards start at 5pm Pacific, 8pm Eastern.
