New Moon Will Just Be Called New Moon

200902210030.jpg Despite earlier reports that New Moon would be called Twilight Saga’s New Moon, as shown in the official New Moon logo, it turns out that the movie will actually just be titled New Moon–

Huge news, everyone! (Yes, every little piece of Twilight is a major deal.) The sequel’s official name and title artwork have been unveiled.

And despite earlier reports that the movie would be known as The Twilight Saga’s New Moon, the title will remain New Moon according to the movie’s rep. They just have Twilight Saga in the artwork to identify it for anyone less devoted than your average fanggirl. But there is a distinguishing difference in this title sequence, which will be in orange rather than the blue of the original.

    Yeah I liked the longer name because it will be more easy for non-twilight fans to identify the twilight saga and not mix it up with other stuff, twilight should have the longer name aswell since non-twilight fans might mix it up with the twilight zone or whatever.

    i actually don't care what they call it but it's good that they are just calling it New Moon. Ok if you aren't into the Twilight saga like that, I understand that but why make a comment like that for a place like this. Maybe you shouldn't be writing stuff like that if you belong to a website like newmoonmovie.org. Just save us some trouble and don't criticize us if you're here too.

    Thank goodness! I didn't like how they put the Twilight Saga w/ it like that. Better to just keep it simple like Twilight's title was.
