Ashley Greene Says Cast is “Family” Now

Ashley Greene was interviewed by Access Hollywood during the Twilight DVD release event, and the always-kind actress had a few words to share on how much she is enjoying working on New Moon–

“I don’t think really any of us have done sequels before and it’s so cool to bond with someone and become a family,” she said. “I’m just…I can’t even explain how excited I am about ‘New Moon’ coming out.”
Ashley said most of the fans would have one thing on their mind at the midnight party – the guy who made the undead sexy again – Robert Pattinson.
“Rob, Rob,” she said with a laugh when asked what is the first thing Twi-Hards ask about. “Everyone’s like, ‘What is Rob like?’ And, ‘Rob’s fantastic!’ The hair thing is still a big topic of conversation.”

Of course they are Ashley, you spend more time with them than anyone else...they are definately family, and yes, Rob is the first one I think of when I wake up in the morning and last one i think of when I go to sleep at night....I'm Robsessed, but I love the whole cast...especially Rob. :)

Ashley is so sweet. Honestly Rob does a great job as Edward, but off screen does nothing for me. I'm really more into the wolves at this point and want to see more of the Cullen cast and of course, the Volturi. Team Jacob!

Maybe he's "making the undead sexy again" in the wake of Spike and Angel. And if you recall, Buffy was geared toward the same age group.. Spike and Angel just happened to be changed when they were older. And as far as the others, is that True Blood? I recognize Bill.

And I may be out of the standard age range these books and movies seemed to be pushed toward, but I don't consider Rob a "sparkly little boy." If you don't like it, why bother coming here to insult? He seems genuine, he's a man, and he's doing a really good job and I'm sure it'll continue to get better as it goes.

Though on that note of Spike... I really think, quite frankly, that James Marsters should be part of the Volturi. I don't know who, but he's a great actor - he brought so many things to the role of Spike. I think he'd play terrifying quite well.

FYI i meant Rob was more of a man because HE WAS. Taylor doesnt classify as a man yet because he isn't 18 yet? Rob is the most gorgeous man i have ever come across. NOT because he plays edward, i like rob WAY MORE than edward. yes i said it. Rob's personality is even more amazing, which makes me even more drawn to him.

Maybe not bashing per se, but it seems in most articles someone always has something negative to say about the actors/characters. In this case I can see the "sparkly little boy" (rs)comment stirring things up so maybe nipping it in the bud? My only point here is that all of the actors/actresses play an important role in our story so they all deserve a little respect. Didn't mean to get anyone upset. I guess I needed to say it to get it off my mind is all.

Oh I totally agree w/ you... it just makes me upset to hear how some ppl start bashing out @ some of the actors and what? do they forget that they are bringing our fav book characters to life? Geez.... I love ALL of the cast, including the Taylor (even though I'm a vamp girl)! I believe they all deserve love, respect and admiration for what they're doing for us... please ppl, show some respect or don't open your mouth =]

Ashley is simply adorable...she's funny....of course the cast is like family...they're going to be spending a buncha time together and they all seem like very good friends...and snuggie party....awww that was too cute.... oh and EVERY cast member does an awesome job...I'm completely Team Edward/Cullens but Taylor does a darn good job in his part....I respect the dude for that......:)

ahhhhh i cant believe ashley chopped off her hair. she is and looks amazing and shes so decicated. i loved her hair but she still looks good & kellan is a big ol dork! lol =]
