I stumbled across this house a few weeks ago, but I chose not to post any pictures strictly out of respect for the cast and crew. I'm asking anyone who finds this set to do the same. Please don't post addresses or locations of any of the sets. I know we're all curious, but come on. Let's just let them make their movie! Don't post pictures.

i was wondering how they were gonna pull that off, since the house they originally used obviously isnt in vancouver. this is exciting, i love seeing all the new set stuff. :) thanks for posting!

they should just go back 2 portland for those few scenes cuz then for sure the house will b exactly the same and that takes out the expense of building another house

I agree, I wanna see the Cullen house too. The one in Twilight was all wrong. In the first book and parts of the others, they talk about what the house looks like. If anyone remembers, the Cullen house is discribed like an old restored victorian. With the big wood Porch and the living room is right when they walk in the front door. Breaking Dawn has a lot of discription of their house in it. I hope they at least get the Cullen house right for the last movie since that's where everyone spends most of their time in the book. The wedding and reception, Bella's Pregnancy and delivery, Bellas transfermation to vamp, Bellas dad visits and learns some of the truth, Jacob's imprinting on Renesmee, and finally, all the Cullens friends come the their house to stand by as witnesses to protect Renesmee because the Volturi wants to kill her.

Do you know how incredibely JEALOUS I am of you? god, I live all the way in China so I havent got a CHANCE to se the cast... :'( Oh please, give me at least sSOME details, like not the location and all, but for example the colors, or who was on, or anything. thx so much ♥

Its probably just the surround off the house, inside will be a shell and they'll use a set to shoot the scene's, I think thats the way its normally done.

I think they know that locations will get out whatever they try to do. As long as they can control it when they're actually filming they maybe aren't so bothered. We all know what Bella's house looks like so it's not like it's gonna be big surprise. But these shots seem to prove they're working with a much bigger budget if they're going to the expense of building a replica house, that can only mean good things.

I haven't posted any specific locations, and I agree--in fact I've already responded a few times in the comments to people asking for locations to not do it here.

Building the house will probably cost almost NOTHING. They are just making the exterior. They will shoot the inside in a studio or another house. This house is probably just made of dry wall and could be torn down in 5 minutes

I totally agree. People need to show some respect and let them do their job without having to constantly deal with all the outside meddeling on a daily basis. I know we are all really anxious for this movie to come out but in order for it to be the best it can be we all need to settle down and allow these filmakers to focus on the movie and not tall he constant intrusions from the outside world. NOvember will be here before we know it!

They were also very concerned about being able to shoot without having bizzilions of fans running around . . . making work difficult. It's nothing personal against those of us in the US.

I couldnt imagine if the locations got leaked, it would be mayhem, they wouldnt be able to shoot the film, I guess they'll have to do a perimiter and close off the site also step up majorly with security. This site is well monitered for such things being leaked. I think someone posted an address for the Cullens house before and they removed it straight away, and thank heavens they did it would off been madness Lol

I totally agree. I went to David Thompson but I didn't get to see anything.

Honestly, Vancouver is still like a 2 hour bus ride away from me, and I wouldn't be one to go everyday or even every week.

Yeah, I wish that they would at least release a vague idea of where to look. I would probably spend a day just poking around the area.
