Glad to hear other people vent their feelings about the making of with New Moon. Why couldn't the director hire unknown actors/actresses for Jane and the other parts? Without a doubt there are many talented unknowns out there just waiting to be discovered. Why is it imperative that the part of Jane be Dakota Fanning or another well known actress? It seems as though it's all about hiring big names in hollywood at this point and for me personally, it's ruining everything I have come to love about Twilight. I'm feeling really disconnected and don't know what to think right now about it all. I can say without a doubt that I agree with Jennifer one hundred percent when she voices her opinion regarding the way things are going with New Moon. I for one am not happy at all but I'm hopeful that Chris Weitz will make me eat my words...I'll see.

yeah Dakota is a great actor, young or not. I jsut hope the second movie is better all around. I think the first was really choppy and didn't portray the relationship between edward and bella very good at all. They should've built it up more...but in the end i am a HUGE fan of Twilight series and so excited that they are keeping the saga going.

If I didn't love the books so much I wouldn't be watching the movie, provided it continues to go in this direction, hiring actors/actresses such as fanning. Everyone needs to have a little faith on this film, I'm sick and tired and extremely irritated that a lot off people can only say bad things. The crew behind the film know what they are doing, thats why they are there after all. There's a bigger budget, better director, better script (even the cast have stated this) so therefore it equals better film. So why doesn't everyone band together and get behind it and support the cast and crew instead off raining on the whole hate campaign!
