Maggie, hot off her bathroom encounter with Kristen Stewart, has met yet another of the New Moon cast in Vancouver–I guess lightning does strike twice. Maggie tells her story over at Twilight20Somethings–
He was very sweet. He said “HI, I’m Taylor what’s your name?” hand shake *shiver down spine*
“Maggie, we met in Minneapolis.”
“Minneapolis?!”
“yeah at the Hot Topic tour.”
“Oh, at the signing?”
“Yep!”
Daddy Lautner; ” you didnt fly in from Mineapolis did you??”
“Umm, yeah i did actually.”
Both; “wow” under breath
“would you mind if i took a picture with you?”
“sure, no problem”
“Is it gonna freak you out if i pll out my GIANT camera?”
laughs “no”
he squeezes in next to me, puts his hand on my lower back, which i copy, mmm sculpted back.
I say thank you, and give him a sideways hug while slyly inhaling his heavenly scent.
it was grand. I said a bunch more about how sweet he is but i dont remember all my blatherngs. Apparantly my brain shuts down when i meet famous people.

There’s a buzzword for Robert Pattinson’s group of British buddies he’s sometimes seen with–”The Brit Back”–and the Twilight Examiner has a great article giving a run-through of all you need to know. The list of his compatriots includes Bobby Long, Marcus Foster, Tom Sturridge and Sam Bradley.
Phil Taylor, who introduced Rob and Marcus Foster to Bobby Long, recounted for us the story of their grouping.
Says Phil, Marcus and Rob were, to him, a couple of excellent artists who’d crossed his stage in London’s Up All Night Music, an open mic night that Phil built from the ground up with his bare, ambitious hands. Up All Night, says Phil, had become (and still is) the go-to place for aspiring musicians who are looking for a shot from a real big-wig in the music business. When Bobby Long came to the stage, Phil Taylor was so impressed with his captivating and complete performance, that he knew Bobby Long needed to meet Marcus and Rob. They’ve been close friends and confidantes ever since.
Said Marcus Foster, he, Rob and Sam Bradley met when they all went to school together long ago. Tom Sturridge, actor in such projects as Being Julia, Vanity Fair (in which Rob starred as well), and Like Minds, met Rob through his siblings, who went to school with Rob as well.

Good news! Jamie Campbell Bower, who was recently cast as Caius in New Moon has sent out a Tweet letting people know that his transformation to a Volturi member has begun. It says “Hazah. Off to get a Wig and some contact lenses fitted. Shhhhh. x.”
