Check out these new pics of New Moon wolf pack recruits Chaske Spencer and Bronson Pelletier looking totally yummy, as well as Kristen Stewart after a long day on the set. Lainey says–
Back to Kristen – looks gorgeous after a full day on set. She and Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson were shooting on a road by the woods yesterday, a scene where Taylor transforms into a wolf at the end. Or something.
Check out the rest of the Punkd pictures over at Lainey Gossip.

EW has a fun look at musician Bobby Long, who worked with friend Robert Pattinson on a track on the Twilight soundtrack. He’s currently on a International tour that’ll see him hitting the states in NYC, Nashville and LA–
On a visit today to EW’s offices, the lanky, swoopy-haired Brit talked to us about his upcoming American tour dates, and the hazards of ancillary — if still white-hot — fame. “Rob gets it 99 million percent more,” Long admits, “but it’s still mad. He and I went to the premiere in London together, and he was just getting molested right and left. For me, it’s clearly not as extreme, but it’s still amazing to watch. And you know,” he adds with a laugh, “there was free booze everywhere, so we got quite drunk and I just kept bothering the guy from Superbad, McLovin’. He was very nice about it.”
[thanks, Lindsay!]

There are some new pics of Elizabeth Reaser, Kellan Lutz, Peter Facinelli and Ashley Greene out and about in Vancouver over at Lainey Gossip. It looks like Peter and Elizabeth are just arriving at the airport. Lainey has this to say–
Kellan Lutz and Ashley Green went out to eat and hit H&M together, enjoying some free time before the big Cullen shoot.
Am told that a party scene involving the Cullen Family and Bella is (at press time) scheduled for tomorrow at a private residence.
Do you guys hate me for thinking Kellan is the most hunky Cullen?
[thanks, Anna, Lizel, and Lisa/LMCullen!]

The professional Twilight explorer Maggie has hit paydirt again. First up is a trip to the woods for the new set we showed you yesterday, where she saw filming taking place–
We walk nonchalantly past all the trailers and food tents and all that an we here “Cut, let’s go again”
*big cheesy smile* I’m so obvious. We stop and look for a while and i see Rob as Edward and died a little inside. I saw Taylor as Jacob WITH short hair (HA!)and think Hmmmmm why are they both there???
Why, indeed? Maggie also saw Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene on the Vancouver streets in a different part of town–where she asks Kellan Lutz for a few seconds of his time–
Kellan looks ecstatic no joke, and shakes my hand. “Yeah, It’s no problem!” Ashley says something along the same lines. They are both sweet as can be.
I shake Kellan’s hand, still bouncing and I say “I don’t know why, but I have this huge urge to hug you.”
Before I have time to think how ridiculous it is to say something like that, he swoops me up in the biggest bear hug i have ever received and says, “Come here, girl.” My feet left the ground. He hugged me for a good 10 seconds. As soon as my heart re-started and he set me down I said, “Thanks.” breathlessy.

The May 2009 issue of i-D Magazine is on stands now with gorgeous new shots of Robert Pattinson by photographer Matt Jones, and it dubs Robert Pattinson “the pin-up of a new generation”.

Hugh Jackman was in Rome today to promote his new Wolverine movie, and while there he was asked about his karaoke time with Robert Pattinson in Japan. We have this report from NMM.org reader YuN–
Today I had the wonderful opportunity to briefly talk to Hugh Jackman in Rome.
He was here to promote and do a press conference for the upcoming X-Men – the origins: Wolverine and I got the chance to ask him about his karaoke night in Tokyo.
He looked kinda surprised that I knew about it, but then he nicely answered that Robert Pattinson is “a really good singer”.
…is the first thing I thought of when I saw this amazing group portrait of the Cullens that DeviantArt user Nehvah made. When not making fan art, Nehvah is an artist for computer games (or used to, before the economy went sour….anyone in the gaming industry need to hire a new talent?). Be sure to check out the full resolution group portrait! She also made a portrait of Rosalie holding Renesmee.
There hasn’t been official word yet on whether Breaking Dawn will be a movie. Though we’d undoubtedly all like to see it made, the Twilight Examiner takes a look at some of the difficulties that may arise in making it happen (warning: spoiilers ahead)–
We also know that Summit Entertainment has taken The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn as an “optioned property,” which, basically, means that they have the choice whether to make the film or not – and they haven’t decided at this point. We also know that Robert Pattinson was quoted to say on the Red Carpet of the Oscar’s this March that Breaking Dawn would, indeed, be made as well (video below – saying “and Breaking Dawn’s gonna be done at some point as well, so yeah…”).
Rumor had it that the issue was with the character Renesmee and the impossibility of casting a baby with a full set of teeth who continues to grow at rapid and inexplicable speed, talks (when she actually speaks) like a mature adult of wisened years, and who can do spectacular things physically (such as, for instance, jump eight feet in the air to catch a snowflake).
Another possible issue? That the movie would be too long to properly capture the spirit of the book. Then there’s the whole issue of whether it would be R-rated (spoilers)–
“When she gives birth, Edward rips open Bella’s stomach with his teeth to get the baby out.
It’s a bloody and gruesome birth. And what does the little bugger do once she’s out? Sinks her half-vampire teeth into mom’s chest, that’s what. What follows is an equally bloody and gruesome transformation of our teenage heroine into a vampire. How any of the birth scene gets magically transformed into a PG-13 moment is anyone’s guess.”
As an odd addendum, Fox News is reporting that “Noot Seear has just signed a very appetizing deal to appear in the next three “Twilight” installments”. Huh? As far as I can recall, Heidi isn’t even in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn!

The gifts from the East keep on coming, with this new shot of Robert Pattinson from his Japanese press tour for Twilight. It was in the magazine ChouChou. All aboard the RP-Train!
