Ashley Greene has a sweet new interview with the Australian Herald Sun, where she talks about her newfound fame, but also addresses the talk that there might be something going on with her and New Moon costar Jackson Rathbone–

“He and I both don’t have time to date, but we do have amazing chemistry,” she says.

“We both have such big crushes on each other and it clearly shows. We got along instantly and the day we met, he was teaching me how to swing dance.

“He (Rathbone) does everything. He sings, he dances, and he’s so sweet. Even my mum has a crush on him and tells me, ‘You should date him’. So, who knows, maybe when we both stop running around the world.”

Wondering where Robert Pattinson is? He’s been spotted at the big Coachella weekend music festival in Indio, CA–

Anne Hathaway was spotted in the VIP area wearing patterned harem pants and a cardigan, while Morrissey’s set drew the attention of “Twilight” actor Robert Pattinson, wearing skinny cut-off jeans, and Kirsten Dunst in a short-sleeve mini-dress. Kate Bosworth, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Chloe Sevigny and Zoe Kravitz were also spotted in the VIP area.

I’m jealous….Band of Horses, TV on the Radio, Fleet Foxes, Girl Talk, and Twilight soundtrack alum Perry Farrell–what a lineup!

The Joy Divisionesque White Lies is also playing–anyone think they’d make a good fit for the New Moon soundtrack? Check out their video.

UPDATE: As JBell from LettersToRob points out, this seems to contradict the photo evidence we have from The Cullen House shot. Maybe Robert Pattinson really is magic and can transport at will? Maybe the Boston Herald is full of lies?

It appears the Jasper has a modified hairdo for New Moon–with fuller sideburns and less upward volume on the bangs. What do you guys think of his new look? Improvement or not?

The New Moon filming is moving along at a rapid pace–as witnessed by a new post by Christian Serratos, where she reveals that her scenes are already finished!–

I am finished filming New Moon. It was great to see everyone one again!

Chris Weitz was great! I can’t believe that I have been so fortunate to have worked with such talented people in such a short time. Stephenie, Catherine, Chris and more. I am so grateful! This time around I felt more comfortable letting the team know that when I was dressed as Angela, I and Angela would prefer to be dressed animal cruelty free and they obliged. They were awesome! I’m so thankful that they went out of there way to find items that did not have animal products in them. It was touching.

Christian arrived in Vancouver just 12 days ago on April 6th. She also mentions working on a new promo clip for PETA in the blog, which can be viewed online.

Vancity Allie has delivered a whopper of a surprise with pictures of the birthday outfits of the New Moon cast which she snapped after hanging out all night in the cold with three others at the set for the new Cullen House–which looks “quite like the one in Twilight”. Allie has a great report up at her blog, where she details the whole experience. I thought this part was awesome–

“We were just about to give up hope when some headlights blinded us and a white SUV pulled up… but instead of screeching off like normal… they SLOWED DOWN!

We saw Peter roll down his window…

And believe it or not… Peter Facinelli (Carlisle), Kristen Stewart (Bella), and Nikki Reed (Rosalie) in full hair and make up got out of the van! Peter said, “We just have to get out and give you girls hugs for waiting all this time!” Hugs all around.

UPDATE: Mandylicious, who was also one of the final four to wait all night, has a video of the hug in question, as well as Robert Pattinson’s car stopping!–

A reader over at TwiCrack shares these details after meeting Kellan Lutz, on the whereabouts of Robert Pattinson–

We met kellan this afternoon and he confirmed this is the last night of filming [at the Cullen House]. He leaves out tomorrow morning along with Esme and dr. cullen. rob is leaving soon too (sounded like this weekend) and heading to london for 1 week before going to italy to resume filming.

In other fan news, VanCityAllie–who brought the amazing cast pictures from the 100 Monkeys show, writes a tweet seven hours ago that says “Saw Rob, Kristen, Edi, and Rachelle tonight.. Only got blurry pics though. Cullen House looks neat. “, then, three hours ago–”Success… You will not believe the photos we got!”
