Beautiful Sights of Montepulciano, Italy: Volterra Redefined

As far as we know, the New Moon movie will be shooting in Montepulciano, Italy instead of the Italian town mentioned in the book, Volterra. Exactly how i pictures volterra! it loooks IMENSE tbh!
absolutely gorgeous. Them ones in the dark gives the eerie feelin i get when i read the part where they're in the dark themselves. s'perfect if you ask me.
i'm sure stephenie think's they've done a great job finding the perfect setting for her baby ;] .. hehe

Oh my gawdd!!! It is exactly how I thought it looked in the book and also a little bit better. I think that this is going to be an awesome place to film it and I think that everyone who got to go to Italy to film it is so lucky!!!!!!

They didn't even film the first movie, twilight, in Forks Washington… They actually filmed it in Oregon somewhere, Forks was said to be too expensive or something like that, at least they are filming it in Italy not in a studio with a green screen or anything like that…..

When Stephenie wrote the book, she first never named the place, it's after, she look for a city that was not to far from the airport, so Alice could drive her super car. The she realise that Voltera existed, and was actualy freaking out because without knowing, she created the same city in her book!

I went to Montepulciano last month! I happened to be staying with friends who live in Chiusi and we took a trip there! IT WAS AMAZING! Stood in THE doorway RP stood and ate in the cafe where they did all his make up!! It was amazing..beautiful place. And yes Volterra is no where near as picturesque as Montepulciano…although they did have to build the fountain specially for the film!

Because such place does not exist. Volterra isn't a real town/city.
