i would love to see breaking dawn made into a movie,and i think they should do it as 2 movies, cos then it wont be as long and it will be really exciting knowing there is one more to come. i also dont see the r rated problem i dont even think it would need to be, the sex seens arent in detail in the book, so they dont need to be in the movie either and i dont get what the big deal is about edward ripping open bella, i dont think that, would have to be that bad it would only last like a minute and it wouldnt be that gruesome, im from britain so we have U – for all ages, PG- anyone under twelve to be accompanied by an adult, 12- suitable for those of tweleve and older to view without an adult 15- suitable for those of 15 and over to be viewed without an adult and finally 18- suitable for those of 18 and over to view without an adult, and i dont think it could really be much over a 15 here. i think thats fine for a 15yr old to watch its not that bad.
the only thing i am worried about is renesmee, because if they use CGI affects and they turn out crappy it could ruin the whole movie
i hope it works out though, i hope its like in cinemas by December 2010

I think that evryone should focus on the other two movies. They might not even make a third one. We all should not make such a fuss over all this it's just a movie. I love twilight and i would hate for it to turn into something it's not. Now who is with me? This could turn into a sserious matter if you really think about it. EVERYONE JUST NEEDS TO CHILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After seeing the trailer for “New Moon” the saga will not be complete if they do not make “Breaking Dawn” into a movie. I understand that there may be some issues but if their main reason for not is because it will need to be “R” rated then that's crazy!! The book is very graphic and if parents let their tweens and teens read it then what's the difference. We adults should not have to miss out because of teens, have your mommy or daddy take you. This series was origianlly supposed to be an idependent film but because of the fan base it turned into much more, Summit would be making a HUGE mistake and regret it in the end.

What are all these “hot sex scenes” I evidently missed during the book? o.o The only thing in there is the implication that it happenes. The book never goes into detail – at all. It would come off with a PG-13 rating, again.
I guess now that all the tweens are finding their way to this book we'll hear screams of “LYK O-EM-GEE! EWW!” when Bella's in anything short of a freaking Bhurka. >>

My thoughts exactly. I've tried to contact Stephenie countless times telling her exactly how to do the ETRADE method. It's actually very simple to make it look clean and real. However, Mrs. “this is all too impossible” (*cough* Stephenie *cough*) is too busy stating how it can't be done to listen.

I think that they should just make it superr long..I mean if people are willing to stand in line for hours to see it at the midnight opening(i know i did) than another hour or so is not gonna do anything but make the fans happier.Besides, in the book when they have sex it doesn't mention any detailss so when they make the scene it'll be like a make out session and transition off into the scene where they wake up ya know? As for the gore, I say just put like a nightgown on Kristen and rip a hole in the stomach or something..Im sure no one will really care if theres a little blood. Anyways, I think that if they make it rated R, kids r gonna have hissy fitss so they'll just have to take the goree.

It may be what her site says . . . but in the writing community it is known that she has it done but the publishers are waiting to print it for a while . . . giving the other books in the series a chance to sell, sell, sell. No fears . . . it'll be published, but it may not be until late 2010.

I agree with you 110%. LOTR was difficult to make but they pulled it off marvelously! And if they team Chris and his brother to do the project . . . it would be killer.
