    Oh boy, I don't think he has a clue about what he's getting into, but I think he'll be a good Alec. And he'll be able to pull off the creepy vamp pretty well...he was definitely creepy enough in Godsend. He's got some good acting skills and I think he and Dakota will do a fine job of it.

    It seems like this interview was from before he was officially signed on so he probably hadn't bothered to read the books. Alec's not a very complex character anyway, haha.
    I'm sure he'll be great. He's tall though. I always pictured Alec and Jane a lot shorter than the other Volturi...

    my only concern is the hair color. dakota is blond and he is not, are they planing to dye one of their hair or use a wig? because jane and alec have different but not the hair color.

    Ummm, that's how they are supposed to be. Very young looking, but creepy and I think both him and Dakota will pull it off brilliantly. Can't wait to them!

    Yeah, it seems as if he doesn't know what he's talking about. Even though he doesn't really have to say a lot in New Moon, I think it's still important for him to know his character better and the Volturi. I recommend that he read New Moon. It's very important that he does.
