Well for now I only see a nice body...I'll have to know more about him and see him act to form an opinion. But there's a lot of time for that, there will be interviews with him in the futrue for sure. I can't wait to acutally see entire wolf pack!

I can't quite grasp the exitement. Ok, he's good-looking, but to me, he's gonna have to prove himself as an actor first before I go crazy seeing him . Looks to me like he's trying to get everyone's hopes up by showing off but that's not very impressing- there's such a thing called overkill, and he's reached it. If he can't live up to expectations in new moon on another layer - because there he hopefully won't rely on his appearance only (or maybe he can, Paul is a very small role, after all) - well, he might always be happy a model, but ... well, it just strikes me as arrogant to show off so early.

First of all he's not showing off for us New Moon fans, the pics come from his own personal web pages or photographer pages and NMM posts his pictures here for us to see and I love them for that! (don't stop NMM!) So there's no arrogance from him there.
Second, I don't see you complaining when we get pics of Rob,Kristen,Taylor or anyone else, so why are you hating on Alex??? ...I don't get it.

I'm not "hating" anyone ... and I'm not complaining or saying this site should stop putting his pictures up. But to me it seems like he's publishing them (putting them up on his site ... whatever. He *knows* that fans will go looking them up) knowing that everybody will love this, but as an actor he hasn't even earned that as of yet. Of course he can do whatever he wants, I just wanted to say that to me, that has made a bad impression, if anything.

So he hasn't earned the right to put his own pics up on his site? I know lots of people who have pics of themselves on their sites, but they certainly don't have to 'earn' that right to do so. And don't forget, he IS a model, so of course he's gonna post his pics, who wouldn't? I definitely don't see that as making a bad impression of himself. Even so... can't be mad at a guy for wanting to better his career.
And anyway,how often do we really see or hear anything about Alex on here as compared to the rest of the crew? Not that often. I would actually appreciate seeing/hearing more about him. But that's just me.

what I meant was (ugh. still tired. this is gonna be hard):
that to me it seems(/seemed. whatever.) that those pics all start popping up all over now because he knows that girls will take to his body and forget his, in my opinion, low-standard acting examples we have seen so far. (Now that is an entirely different topic, and I'm willing to admit that it was probably the movies that he appeared in ... but still.) and by "not having earned" I meant that, to me, just some pretty pictures are not enough to convince me of an actor. A whole bunch of guys are handsome, and I've already seen them in movies where I thought: *Wow. Good-looking AND an good actor.*

I also didn't know he was a model. Must've slipped my mind ;) So my thoughts were: *Oh, so now he's been cast in a big blockbuster and oh-so-conveniently pictures of him topless appear everywhere before there have been some actual news of the movie.* And who doesn't detest all those I'm-good-looking-but-brain/and-emotionlessly-stupid actors?

yeah I agree in other sites you hardly hear about the wolf cast except for Taycob. There aren't any pictures or videos out there of the others cause they're complete unknows. So far we just have Paulex the fact that he's done some modeling helps cause there's pics of him and well I DO want to see them ;-) yumm
