What’s going on with this “mystery blob” in this paparazzi photo of Robert Pattinson? And is Rob dating Nikki? E! Online’s Gossip Columnist Ted Casablanca is covering these stories with all due care-

Life & Style is reporting that Rob is “back” with New Moon costar Nikki Reed. Apparently, the two shacked up together after a party in Vancouver, causing N.R. to catch a later-than-anticipated flight to L.A.

We’re calling total bull on this one, folks.

Another Twilight know-it-all sniffed: “Well, let’s just say Nikki likes this stuff out there more than Rob does, who really just f–ks whoever he wants—and he does.”

Ok–so no, Robert isn’t dating Nikki. But what’s this!?–a mystery blob enters the picture! It’s just like the smoke monster on Lost!–

    Another made up story. I don't understand people quoting LIfe Style and Star, etc magazine. They're all tabloids in a different format. Except for People and some others, those before-mentioned magazines are all junk.
    I'm worried that Breaking Dawn is not going to be made because of Kristen Stewart. I know they only signed on for 3 movies and if actors don't want to make Breaking Dawn, then they are not contractually bounded to do so. RPattz is definitely the kind of guy would do the movie for the fans, but Kristen Stewart doesn't really care because she seems to be very much and indie kind of actor, who just cares about acting, not really the other things that comes with it, fame, money, etc. I hope I am wrong and she does care about the fans and she signs on to make Breaking Dawn after Eclipse.

    hahahahahah its so funny how my poor sister also got dragged into this..the chick in the pic with kris and rob is my sister...and shes been getting so much hate mail and stuff from the papz..at first my family and my sis thought this person was calling her the big blob and smokey monster and what not..and i tried to explain that its the person photoshopped out of the picture.. oh and the picture with the smokey figure and the pic with my sis..is im assuming the same time ? and my sis saw no one other than kris and rob and they were meeting ppl for dinner..so also they arent dating..and if they r..who frikin cares? does anyone care who we r dating? they r ppl too with actual lives off screen! lol

    OK PEOPLE...I confess, the person in the blob was...ME. Rob and I are now dating (he has a thing for obsessed fans you know) and they had to blob the picture to hide where my hands were on him. LOL! JK!---A GIRL CAN DREAM OK!

    I dont care who he dates either, but it does concern me that these guys are doing 4 movies together and a rift will cause problems with the filming of the Twilight series. I personally dont want to see ANOTHER ACTRESS/ACTOR finish the series because someone bailed out. The two that are in danger right now are Rob and Kristen. Their is so much pressure for them to hoop up that it may happen and ruin the series.

    Perhaps Rob always wears the same jacket... But the photo seems to have been taken the day Rob and Kristen went out for dinner with Edi G.! So it's ridiculous saying that Rob is leaving the hotel in those pics! Apparently they are recycling pics because of the lack of new ones... XD

    What's the big deal about who's seeing who or who's boinking who? It doesn't matter as long as they stay on track with making the movie. Anyway, maybe a little boinking might help relieve some of the pressure and stress for them. Maybe they SHOULD be doing the nasty and doing it often.

    I'm right there with ya ladies, who really cares who is dating or who is sleeping with? Honestly the cast is way to young and busy to worry or focus on dating, and since when is hanging out with cast/friends such a bad thing? Have any of us every had a boy that was a good friend not a boyfriend? I have. I love how in the quote they said he sleeps with anyone or everyone he wants too, or something to that effect, that is so rock star, and why I love him. He is out there around all this craziness and he would be stupid not to take advantage of it now why he is popular. The whole cast should do the same, Jackson if your out there and just wanna have a good time, hit me up baby. Oh and jodeci78 you should be ashamed of yourself for pimping out the cast information, its rude and completely unsafe for all involved that is a real catty thing to do.

    This photo has been edited so you cant see who is in the taxi, even though we now know it was Kristen.
    Still, dosent mean there dating, shes out with Micheal all the time. Why and How would she secretly dat Rob.

    What in the blue blazes is wrong with you? Are you paparazzi or something? Your little advertisement, and those who email you about it, are the reason so many believe Twilight fans are all stalking psychos.

    I know that it isn't my place to protect the cast, and I'm not trying to. However, they do not deserve to be hunted and tracked down like animals. It's sick. It makes me so sad.

    I agree with your opinion. I think it is sick and wrong to treat people like that. Even if those people are famous or whatever. They are entitled to privacy and a life. They shouldn't have to worry about people out there with their exact location at a certain time given to anybody who wants it. Thats wrong.

    the story is indeed true that nikki reed walked up from her hotel and entered rob's hotel. whether or not anything actually happened is up for debate. I know this ot be a fact because it was my friend who was actually there to see it happen.

    As for the paparazzi pictures of rob and kristen getting into the taxi, and why some pictures appear to be blacked out, its someone who had their finger over a part of the flash, or someone blocking a part of the flash, which is why it mis-fired.

    The blob is Kristen! She was photoshopped out because Summit doesn't want anyone to know they're dating! Her and Michael broke up around Oscar time. The Nikki/Rob stuff is just smoke and mirrors, as is this Lost Monster (Kristen). They did this before they realized the fan photo had come out.

I know that Lainey chick is rather rude about Twilight fans BUT when she posts some of the hate mail she gets I really understand where her aversion comes from!     Yeah, as some have mentioned I think they mean that black part on the picture where Rob is alone.
    On the bottom of the picture on the left side there's that unnaturally looking black space, it has a straight line..it looks weird. In fact most pics from that night have those "blobs", you can see that someone altered them.

    I don't believe in conspiracy theories because it would go in their advantage if there was something interesting behind that blob, and I don't think it's a big deal...but those pics have been photoshoped for some reason.

    And that Casablanca guy has totally gone bonkers.

    The "blob" is not on the taxi picture...the "blob" is on the paparazzi pic with just Rob.

    In the large photo the blob is where all the writing and inset photo are. if you look close enough it looks like they took something out of the photo.

    if you click on the link to look at the pics, the first one that pops up there is some black shadow that actually cuts into rob's pants a bit at the bottom. i think that's what they mean when they say blob or something being photoshopped out. you can hardly tell anyway though. i think they prolly just wanted a good candid pic of just rob himself.

    okay, i think i know what they're talking about when they mean "blob". but its hard to make it out anyways. i don't think that there is too much to hype about this blob person except that if it were actually somebody rob may be "romantically linked" to, the paps would have for sure been all over that. so its prolly just some background thing or someone that they didn't want to be in the pic too so that why they might have photoshopped it/them out. nooooo biggie.
