That would be really nice to be able to see the stars on set but the crowd be would be a little hard to see around I think. When do you think they will be done filming? When do you think the frist trailer will come out? Do you think Stephanie will ever write the next book for her Host book?

HEY ! OMG I JUST came back from checking out the set . I went to the New Moon set , and I saw Kristen Stewart chilling with a bunch of extras . I would’ve seen Taylor too , but there was a crowd around me that was taller than me . : ( But I know it was him cuz girls were screaming ” AHH ! TAYLOR ! ” : ) I’ll visit the set again and tell you more I guess . Robert Pattinson wasn’t there . Uhm , did you want to know this ? I guess if you have more questions you could ask me on FB or myspace , but I can’t really tell you much more . Anyways , SEE YOU ! I think it's good Stephenie is there because she can keep it more . . authentic . But I didn't see her , well . . I wasn't looking for her . .

guys u no rob probably not on set coz they r filming it from after he broke up with bella. but still i love steph just goes to show how much chris weitz is tryin to keep us fans happy!!! :)

I was there, I saw Stephenie, Ashley Greene, the girl who plays Jessica and Kristen. I got pics of Ashley and Stephenie. We were told to put our cameras away by an angry woman when Kristen walked by. I caught a glimpse before they covered her with the umbrella. Ashley was just walking by. She waved at everyone. I was hoping she would just walk over, there were only 4 of us standing there when she walked by. But she didn't.

lucky i didn't get to see ashley and i she's one of my favorite people in the entire cast

anybody understand ET? I was watching tonight, and Thea is filling in for Mary, even if she is Thea is in Vancouver. But at the same time, the show is current, but the news is from today, so I am very confused. Anybody else wonder about this?

Just came back from the set, apparently I missed Robert leaving in a car, there were three tweens there who took a picture of the car as it drove by, but you couldn't actually see Rob in it. But by the way they were shaking & screaming, I'd say it was Rob.
I did see 'Jessica' walk by, as well as Kristen Stewart, both separately, and on their way to set. They have all these big guys with umbrellas and they hold them in front of the cast as they're walking to set, so you can't see them. Funny though, they don't hold the umbrellas well enough, because we saw them! I also thought I saw Ashley (Alice), but not 100% sure it was her.
We were told we weren't allowed to take pictures at all, the girl at the gate was actually quite rude with us, so we had our cameras out of sight. But when KS walked by, I tried to quickly take a picture, but of course my camera wouldn't work b/c I didn't have time to set it properly. Ah, well, got my bit of New Moon today, I'm a happy camper!

Stephenie said if she didnt hear abour Midnight Sun for two years she would start it up again in this interview. She also said she wanted people to forget about it so they would be like oh my god she actually published it. Just a heads up :)

i personally think we should let her do her thing. she doesn't need fans harassing and hurrying her to finish a work. she is upset about her copyright laws and privacy being destroyed.

I'm glad to hear that Stephenie Meyer is really involved in this movie too. In my opinion, the more they involve her, the closer the movies will be to the books.

Sigh.. REALLY wished I lived in Vancouver to see everything!!

This whole Robert Pattinson never appearing on set is pretty interesting, it's like he really is in character for New Moon. Not saying I don't love Rob, or that he has to show up on set eventually, just that it really seems in line with the fact that Edward is absent for most of the book.
It's good to hear Stephenie is on set and giving her advice. Always love hearing about Kristen too, cause I just love that girl.

Why did they release the name of the school they are filming at. Yes it was obvious people knew, but now everyone does. So people who didn't previously know the location will be running to it. I'm annoyed.

I know what you mean. They picked Vancouver to shoot, not only because of the climate, and it's resembalence to Forks, but because they thought it might be alittle bit easier, privacy wise. I remember reading somewhere about how Vancouver was doing it's best to control raging fans, and poparazzi. Talk about a let down.
