This is exactly how I imagine it ! The location is great and so beautiful. New Moon will be an amazing movie, better than Twilight, not that Twilight wasn't amazing. It's just the budget is higher and with the Wolf Pack… Hell yeah !

This looked fantastic; I can't wait to see Alice in her yellow Porsche manoeuvring through tight little passage ways. The width of that drain didn't look very big I’d hate to let myself drop down there. It is a shame they are not filming in that location, it made everything more real from the book but I’m sure it will be just as good.

No, it's the part when Edward, Bella and Alice are guided down by the Volturi to begin the verdict. It’s the scene where the family are watching them from a distance wondering what all the commotion is about.

I soooo agree! It's too bad they are not filming in Volterra, even though Montepulciano is beautiful too. I've been to both places and prefer Volterra, so I really don't buy the argument that Montepulciano has a better scenery for the movie *shrug*

Oh, I can imagine! You're going to love Tuscany! Make sure you taste some of the great olive oils and food while you're there! In Volterra the Alabaster Museum and the Historical Museum is worth a visit! Enjoy!

I doub't it. This video is older. But even if she was, they wouldn't have noticed in Volterra. It's to far north of the epicenter.

It really is a shame that they're not filming there. That alleyway and the opening into the piazza is perfect and exactly what I envisioned when reading New Moon. I've been to northern Italy but didn't make it to either Volterra or Montepulciano. Tuscany is amazing and beautiful, though. There's a little town called Lucca that I love; I could live there in a heartbeat!

When I came across the word “Volterra” in the book, I immediately thought of Samantha Brown's Weekend Getaway episode of Florence when she took a day trip to Volterra. It's a beautiful castle hill town. Can't wait to see the movie!
