I wouldn't consider any of the books in this series to be a Children's Book... frankly, Young Adult is pushing it, as I was just informed YA is 10-21 years old. Strange...

Luv Stephanie Meyer and all her books.....not going to vote though, because Breaking Dawn is not a children's book. I will not allow my 11 year old to read the series yet. These books are young adult / adult books and really do not belong in the hands of children. I wish the media (NOT STEPHANIE....I'M SURE SHE WOULD AGREE) would stop pushing pre-teens into adulthood. They will get there when they are ready. Really does anyone honestly think a 10-11 year old should even be concerning themselves with the love trianlges of 18 year olds. Their time will come....let them be kids.....it's over too soon. Just my opinion.

LOL! I am lucky enough to have my best gal pal and roommate to help with my addiction. We both discovered Twilight at the same time. Needed a new book for vacation, we both went to the book store, saw the covers of the two books, were intrigued, stood in store to read the first chapter of Twilight, hauled arse back home to read. We have been hooked ever since. Those who were lucky enough to discover the books after all four were out are soooo lucky. I thought I would go insane waiting for Eclipse to come out.

I had never heard of Twilight saga until the movie came out. I didn't go to the movies and watch it. My hubby came home with the DVD after it was out for 2 weeks and we watched it and I got sucked in. Then found out that there were books and read all four books within a week. And that's like amazing for me because I don't usually read. Nothing usually keeps my attention. But then I got all the books and I was hooked from the first one and couldn't put them down. I was up till like 4 and 5 am reading and when i finally realized what time it was I would be like damn I need to go to bed...LOL!!! I have actually read them twice now, and am thinking about reading them a 3rd time...LMAO!!!

I heard about the movie when It came out in the theater, and so I asked my Aunt to buy the series for me for c-mas!! She did, and I ended up reading them within a week as well!! I could not put them down either, I stayed up one night till about 3 and my dad got soo pisssed!! lol..And ever since then I have been 100% obsessed..its the only thing I read..Which is kinda terrible..but, oh well!! And then I have the movie also..So i have watched about 20 times!! I have read the series once so far, but Im on my second time right now!! Im currently reading Breaking Dawn, and I have like 3 more chapters..after that I plan to read them again, and again..basically until I can recite the books by heart!!! :) Lmao!!!

i agree. I honestly think that when it becomes a movie, it should be rated R. I feel like in order to really see what was discribed in the book it would be appropriate as PG13. I'm all for it being rated R, bc i think all of the gory details should be included and not left out. This book was actually my favorite out of all of them. Also I'm suprised its under childrens books because alot of schools have pulled the book from the shelves.
