Lainey Gossip brings a few details of what they are currently filming up in Vancouver:

Shooting Bella bedroom scenes. He goes through her photos and she cries and mopes some more when there are no photos. Also something about her opening her eyes and there he is beside her waiting for her to wake up. Pattinson is concurrently continuing green screen work with the other vampires. Winding down his stay in Vancouver.

New Moon star Robert Pattinson and Wolverine hunk Hugh Jackman are set to star alongside each other in the film Unbound Captives , and People asked Hugh what he thought–

Now that he’s conquered the box office with Wolverine, Jackman is set to star in the 19th-century drama Unbound Captives with Twilight’s Robert Pattinson. “He’s a really great actor and a really good guy,” said Jackman. “His role is phenomenal and it’s going to be really amazing stuff.”

And what does he think about Pattinson’s famous hair? “I’m not an aficionado of hair, but his looks great.“  

Hugh Jackman and Robert Pattinson in the same movie? You know what that means? I just fursploded all over myself, and I’m not even a werewolf.

Robert Pattinson started his acting career with Harry Potter, and now New Moon star Jamie Bower will star in a Harry Potter film as well. Jamie’s agent confirmed to L’Univers de Harry Potter from Cannes that he will play “the most infamous dark wizard of all time” Grindelwald in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows.

Jamie Campbell-Bower is currently playing Caius in the Twilight sequel New Moon, and previously starred in the Tim Burton film Sweeney Todd.

Check out these pics of two possible sets of props that will be used in New Moon that were moved about this morning in Montepulciano–TwilightersItalia has the pictures and says–

Here are the pictures, directly from Montepulciano, taken this morning.

The pictures portray a production van while unloading pews looking old and some gothic statues made of paper pulp, bringing them in the inside of the town hall.

It looks like some red flags have been moved from a near building too.”

Ever dreamed about playing baseball with the Cullens, just like in Twilight? On July 4th in Portland, you’ll be able to watch members of the New Moon cast up close and personal as they compete in a baseball game, and fans will also have a chance to compete on the field against crew earlier in the day.

Fans will compete against each other and the crew during the first half of the day. The fan game will be followed by Vampire Baseball™ featuring cast and crew from the movie Twilight which was filmed in the Portland area. Actors Peter Facinelli, Ashley Greene, Edi Gathegi, Rachelle Levefre, Solomon Trimble, Michael Welch, Ayanna Berkshire, Alex Meraz, Christian Serratos, Kiowa Gordon, and Catherine Grimme will all be present to participate in the festivities. PGE Park, a professional baseball stadium and home of the Portland Beavers, has been reserved for their exclusive use and fans will cheer on their favorite teams from the Grand Stand and have the opportunity to take as many pictures (no video allowed) as they like when cast and crew take to the field.

Check out these new interviews with New Moon vamps Edi Gathegi, Kellan Lutz and Peter Facinelli where they chat about what to expect in New Moon. Peter Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the film, says that we can expect a lot of new eye candy in New Moon–

The werewolves have taken over Vancouver. You have all of these new cast members who are really buff, good looking Native American guys. They are running around everywhere.

Kellan Lutz, also known as Emmett Cullen to fans, compares the process of creating Twilight to New Moon and seems to think New Moon is progressing extremely smoothly–

Nothing on New Moon has been crazy. For the actors it has been easy. We got to try new things with our characters which was great. I have to say that I like the New Moon screenplay better than Twilight. And it was really cool to see how Rob was incorporated into the screenplay.
