Ashley Greene left Vancouver yesterday, and Lainey has the Punkd pics, as well as some new info on what they’re shooting on the set of New Moon–

Today is Pattinson’s final day on the set of New Moon barring any crazy cataclysmic setback. They’ve had to postpone these scenes due to weather, now must rush him through the shoot to get him out on schedule. It’s supposed to be a beautiful day in Vancouver today. Which is perfect because – get ready for it Twi-hards – today they are shooting in the Meadow.

It’s a dreamy sequence. In the Meadow, Bella sees herself get old, looks like her grandma. And Edward wishes grandma happy birthday. Then they’re young together and lying in the field and looking at each other and it’s pretty.

    i am pretty sure they have because if I am right these are everyones pretty much final days in vancouver and edi isn't in vancouver anymore! and i totally agree that the meadow should be better than the one on twilight

    I was in Vancouver about a week ago and we ended up at a park in that area. There were a lot of trash bags full of fake moss waiting to be picked up so I am sure they are probably done but could be wrong.

    Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but just have to ask.....where in New moon is the meadow? I mean, all I can remember is in the beginning where Bella sees herself as an old lady, and then when she meets Laurent. But I can't remember Edward and Bella beeing together in the meadow in New moon, I'm confused. And I've read the book sooo many times, but I can't really recall them together in the meadow, can someone help please? What scene do you think they mean?

    There was one meadow scene, they meadow scene was added, so instead of Bella waking up in her bed after her dream, it's in the meadow.

    YEp I was definitely disappointed with Catherine's adaptation of the Meadow sequence. There should have been WAY MORE! Which is why I am hoping there will be in New Moon!

    Ditto. Even though I loved the movie, I was shocked at the meadow scene. It's THE part of the movie, where it all started with Stephenie Meyer's dream. I saw that they shot the meadow scene in Twilight at a golf course in LA. ?????? I was wondering how they were going to do the meadow scene with Laurent in NM because there wasn't much of it in Twilight. Plus, in Twilight, they started out at school, then walked to the woods, then ended up in the meadow. What does everyone think?

    I have to say that I am so excited to read that they are putting the "old granny" scene from the book. To me it wraps up her fears of getting older and her fears and perception of how she sees herself next to Edward.

    Hurry up Novemeber!!!!!!!!!!!!

    PS I really hope that this meadow scene is better. It lacked so much "character" in Twilight.

    I think it doesn`t matter if they change that. It`s a good way to sneek in more Edward and Bella time to those who have not read the book and thought that B & E fell in love waaaay to "quickly" in Twilight. We get to see more of their relationship, I think that is a good thing.

    but..if she has the dream about grandma whilst laying in the meadow with eddy it wouldn't be a dream, but some weird thought or vision.. so that for one would be weird.. or if it is a dream, it is weird she is sleeping in the meadow and with that waking up there, i mean.. wouldn't charlie notice? O_o

    and the parking lot scene will be different, because Edward would be with her then, instead off him and Alice waiting for them in the parking lot...

    as long as they don't make him twinkle in it again, i will try to keep my calm :P

    I guess a lot of the scenes in the movie will be a lot different from the book, but it`s the way it has to be. Hopefully it will all work out in a way that will please us twilight fans! We are a big crowd to satisfy =)

    Did you all look at all the pics? The one with Rob and the "fans" and Kristen with "fan" especially? They look so disgusted with having there pic taken with strange people. It looks painful.     Yeah I agree. I mean I WANNA say, "gosh, why can't RPatz and KStew just give the fans a smile and be on their way?", but I know it has to be annoying as hell to have a bajillion fans want a picture with you EVERYTIME you step into civilization. And if it did get to the point where one of the cast kicked some fan's ass for not respecting their space, I think I'd be ok with that! lol

    I'm placing bets that Kristen would throw the first punch..lol

    b) YESSSS!! It's Bella's "Grandma Dream"- a VERY pivotal part of this Saga. It's this dream that motivates her to want to be a vamp more than ever. Sooo happy they filmed it!!

    c) I wonder how Lainey knows so many details? Like, did she see Kristen Stewart in an old woman costume or something? Is someone from Summit tipping her off?

    I'm so excited they're filmming the dream where Bella sees her grandma, and it's great to know they're adding meadow scenes... 'cause the Twilight meadow scene is so crappy that i almost cry everytime a see it 'cause they totally ruined one of the most important parts of that book.

    i wasn't THAT dissapointed by the meadow scene. Sure it looked fake and surreal but thats what they were aiming at making it surreal.

    OMG that sequence is one of the first in the book! It creeps me out when she thinks she see's her grandma, but its really her! When I read that part I literally was like, "ahhhhhhhhh freaky!!" It was so awkward to be in her head when she was dreaming that a young Edward was standing next to her as she was old and wrinkly, so very depressing. That was one of the worst parts for me besides the part where Edward actually leaves her. I mean who wants to dream that they're old and that Edward is still young and as handsome as ever.

    IF you read the Twilight Companion book they had chose Mount Hood as the meadow location for the first movie but because it was under snow, they had to do with that, plus they were running out of time.

    loving this website..get my daily new moon fix here! hmm.dunno about u guys, but i found it a bit hard to accept that twilight the movie deviated quite a bit from the book.. i hope its better in new moon.. only redeeming factor is rob pattz sigh <3 hes so so beautiful!

    as for the meadow scene...lets not start! hopefully it'll be better this time!
