I’ve had some very common questions by email lately that I’d like to address–
- What happened to the New Moon teaser that was supposed to be on the Twilight Blu-Ray that was released on May 5th?
-Actually, the Twilight Blu-Ray has been out since the same day as the DVD back in March. I’ve had my Target version of the Blu-Ray, with the same promise of a New Moon teaser on it, since then. It’s the Amazon Ultimate Edition of the Blu-Ray which is new as of May 5th, and though I have not seen the case, I supsect it is quite similar when listing the New Moon teaser among the bonus features. - Ok, so the New Moon teaser wasn’t released in March OR May, what gives tough guy?
-The teaser will be released via BD-Live. I use a PS3 for playing Blu-rays. It has an internet connection. Many Blu-rays I have rented have BD-Live features. As the name suggests, it is “Live” content–meaning it is not accessed from the disc, but what happens is the disc loads a tricked-up web browser and downloads the BD-Live features from a server off the internet. It’s basically interactive website content that can only be accessed through the disc. -
But when is the New Moon teaser coming out on BD-Live? I NEED TO SEE IT NOW!
-I do too. I have no 100% confirmed word on this. However, reader Melissa did send me an email reply she says was received in response to this very query to Summit prez Erik Feig:We’re aiming to have the teaser ready in mid-summer. Sometime June or July. As soon as it’s ready! The movie’s looking great so far.
Sounds about right, and let’s consider it the official word till we hear different, shall we?
- Will this website die out when Eclipse comes out? Where will I get my fix of fresh daily Twilight goodness? I may perish!
-Worry not, grasshopper. I had little foresight when I began this site–it was something I was doing for fun and I was going to be elated if a few people saw it, much less the multitude that visit it now. That said, yes, it’s become quite fun hasn’t it?
Count on EclipseMovie.org and BreakingDawnMovie.org–I’ve actually already started on some of the prelims of getting the Eclipse site up which you can take a look at if you like, it’s in a very rough and broken shape and the graphics and posts are just placeholders, but I promise to let everyone know on here when it’s open for reading.

I know… I cant wait till they have a public teaser or trailer… November is such a long time to wait… right now I save every pic of sets, and actors that comes on the web… hubby says im like obsessed and in vicarious stalker mode…*giggles* He says that like its a bad thing… LOL I got my Rob fix the other nite by renting How To Be on demand but its not quite the same as having my Edward!! I may break my twilight DVD before November by overplaying it!! LOL Thank God HP is coming this summer which will help cause my other fave actor is Tom Felton so I'll get my Draco fix at least… this is soooo frustrating people!!♥

I have been forcing myself to enjoy the wait. haha HARD… I am pretty new to the Twilight craze, I just got into it last month, but when I finished the books it was kind of sad that they were done. So I'm just forcing myself to enjoy the anticipation of the upcoming movies… I am also looking forward to the, what? Eight hour marathon when they're all done! haha This is a sad addiction.

My heart felt thanks for this site. Everyone is great here. Sometimes I just log in and read to cheer myself up after a bad day. I just need to figure out how to get a notice on my G1 phone when a new story is posted. If someone could share this with a technically challenged me I would appreciate it.
As for Summit all I have to say is that the trailer better be good. You are going to release it the same time HP is out in theatres. Expectations will be high. And what is your excuse for no official New Moon posters? Really????

And don't forget Twilight is nominated for pretty much every category of the MTV movie awards, which means there's going to be a great spoof… they always do that with the biggest movies for the MTV awards, and the spoofs have been hilarious so far (check out the matrix or the lord of the rings spoofs on youtube)

It's great to know that my addiction will keep being fed, that is truly a huge relief. I think it sucks that Summit had people buy the blu ray with the promise of something that wasn't there and should at least give those people something for their money. As far as the poster goes, I appreciate anyone that can do those things and their artistic interpretations. I wish I had the creativity to even begin to do my own. I hope I dont make anyone mad but I totally agree with what he said about the “leaked script”…I think it should be stayed away from. I would not want to read it…would not want to see what might be added or missing. I want to see the movie from a very pure standpoint, if that makes any sense!

OMG yes I found the New Moon movie script 2 days ago. And I can say its pretty DARN GOOD! I'm sure all of you guys will not be dissapointed. And about the Edward comming in Bella's dream OMFG I never would have imagined it!!!! Yuppp the movie is going to be awesome.

I have been obsessively searching for the Teaser Trailer online for the past 24 hours! Thanks for clearing that up. It's a bit of a disappointment. I'm sure in the coming months someone will find a way to leak it. BUT it may be better if we wait because they may have a few scenes from Italy as well.ugh. AND I am so against the leaked script. I DO NOT want to read it! It will ruin everything!lol

Closest way to do it would be to sign up for our twitter updates, and add the mobile alert option through twitter. (free if you have free incoming SMS on your phone). I don't post every story on twitter, but all the big ones I am sure to get on there. About 75% probably.

I got a 2disc from borders, and a 3disc from Target, Borders seems to have an equal amount of info just jammed into 2disc
borders has a really great “Borders Book Club Conversation With Stephenie Meyer were she sits in a beautiful medeaw like setting with a few other girls, its somewhat long but really good. Also a borders crew interview with Rob.+ Kris. and Cam Edi and Rachelle “I saw a little on youtube”. Plus Red Carpet footage. Oh and 10 collector pic. cards
And Targets has “Edward's Piano Concert” an interview with S.M. Randon ppl on a 7min explanation on becoming Edward & 5min explanation on becoming Bella. 2 min Explanation on the kiss 5min on the theme song and a remix 4min. Plus free download from iTunes (which I haven't done yet)
Thats basically how they differ Both deleted scenes r a little different but both have comic-con and the music videos and extended scenes , but I cant recommend one or the other cause they are equally good to me

Please don't talk much about the script. I've been trying really hard not to ruin the cool things that make the movie portray the feeling of the book.
And I don't think 30 is old… I'm 29. We just love the romance. And if you take the “fantasy” aspect out of it, the story can relate to a lot of choices/hardships/struggles in a lot of lives. I know *I* had to struggle with the choice between two loves.

OKAY…YES, there was a script leak, yes, I read it, and I'm HAPPY to say, it doesn't affect my longing to see the actual movie. All of us die hard fans are not deterred by a script leak….yada yada, end of story. As for Midnight Sun, I totally agree, and am very dissapointed at people who keep ruining our excitement and enthusiasm for this book. However, I'm sure Stephanie is working very hard to correct the problem and even posted the first chapter (un-revised) on her website. Good things come to those who wait…even if it not so patiently.

Great to know there is another grandmother on here, although I know more than a few older Twilight Saga fans. Can't pass it on to a granddaughter yet, only 2 grandsons under 4, but I have passed my obsession on to one of my daughther's in law. The only other book/movie that got me addicted was Pride and Predjudice, Colin Firth version. It is such fun to have something that links generations together. Love this site, can't stay away from it.

Another grandmother here and a complete Twilight-aholic!! You're never too old to love a beautiful romance! The Twilight saga makes me feel young and feeds my romantic spirit! And besides, Edward is much older than me! LOL! I enjoy discussing the book, movie, etc. with my younger co-workers and staff. I've read the books a minimum of 6 times and love to watch the movie. I am too a grandmother and with my oldest daughter, we both love the Twilight Saga. I can not wait to see trailers along with the movie. I have read the books 5 times along with seeing Twilight itself numerous times before it came out. I'm really anxious to see how close they come to the books with New Moon and Eclipse. Thanks to Stephenie bringing these books to life where we can see them on screen.

You're right, the Twilight saga does make you feel young and what's wrong with that.? I've read the books 6 times also and on my way around once more. They are addictive ( as is Edward.) ha. I don't know a lot but I can pretty well guess that the trailer will be officially
out by July 15 which is the release of the 6th HP movie. I would consider this to be Twilight's biggest competition an they threw theirs out for Twilight release, so that is my bet. I for one will not look for it until at least that date or a few days before.

I am not a grandmother either. But I will admit I am 31 years old and I absolutely LOVE the Twilight series. =) My 11 year old is in the process of reading the series and I am reading it for the 4th time. My husband does not understand the draw of the books. Oh well. he can deal with it. =)

Well I'm not a grandmother, I'm 34 going on 35 next month, the truth on why on got on to the Twilight Saga because I have loved vampires, seen I saw my first Dracula movie. Paranormal creatures have always fascinared me, ghosts, zombies, witches. You name it
So when I co-worker of mine ( I work at library) recommeded them, I said okay I will give it a try, and the rest is history. It reminds me of the old gothic epics, Jane Eyre, Pride and Prejudice. This story could easily be told in the time of carriages and corsets to tell you the truth. That is why I role my eyes on the critics who label this timeless love story like it was just meant for children. Well it's no suprise why publiciations are going out of business. There is no such thing as real journalism anymore. Because if these “journalists” would had gone out of their way to read these books ( who even the President of the United States is reading) than maybe they would understand better,

I'm addicted to find out anything and everything about New Moon, Edward, Bella and the rest of them. I love when a new topic pops up. I really wish we would get a trailer, but it will come sooner than later. I'm a 39 year-old-fan who is in love with this saga of true love, devotion, and sacrifice. We haven't had a good, deep, fulfilling love story in years and that's why so many people have been drawn to these books and the movies. We want to live vicariously through these characters and believe me, I have put myself in Bella's place a time or two in my mind. Anyway, yes, I'm dying for November for the movie to come out, but I'm also got one reason I'm dreading November, and that is I'll turn 40 in September. But knowing there's a lot of 40 somethings on here, I know I'm not alone.

Ok, so I personally am glad that you are not talking about the script leak! I had not heard about it and I don't want to! I wanna see the movie and be surprised! This is the same BS that happened with Midnight Sun! The only diffrence is now Midnight Sun will never be finished! If this crap keeps going on I wonder if they will even bother with Breaking Dawn, since they are not obligated through contract! A true fan would not even want to see the script, at least until after the movie was released!
Has anyone here heard of bellasdiary.com ? I was reading the diary entries the other day, and it was pretty neat how she tries to continue on with Bella and edwards life after she is turned. It is like a cntinuing story and has cliffhangers, what do you think of it? BTW, I too am a Twi-Mom, 40 years old and 2 kids. I drool over Robert Pattison everyday!! I have almostt 80 different Youtube videos put on my IPOD Classic, so I can watch a few each night before I go to bed!! Love this site, and all the comments!!

Hey just a quick reply, I created the Poster, the eyes are Laurents at the top, I tried to make the poster a bit creepy, trying to make Edward creepier too…to go with nightmares Bella has. It was worth a go it think.
Its just an idea i did to go with Bella and her nightmares she has of Edward being really scary, Its Laurents eyes at the top btw.

I do have the 3disc special edition of Twilight and I really like it. The third disc is 51 minutes long, has a long commentary by Stephenie Meyer, one by Rob about “Becoming Edward”, one by Kristen about “Becoming Bella”, there's something on there by Catherine called “Vampire's Kiss” and I really like the music video Catherine made that's put together with the “Bella's Lullaby Remix”. You also get codes to download all three discs to your i-pod from itunes. I got all that for $17.99 from Target. It was really worth it to me.
Vampgirl,I totally agree with you about journalism. The critics don't get it, do they? This was not meant to be a bedtime story. If parents let their kids read the books, then-hello- What do you think they envision? If parents don't like certain aspects of the book, then don't let your child read it. Don't ruin it for everyone else . I'd love to see the books acted as they are presented, even if it changes the rating. Especially Breaking Dawn. Oh my! These are really great stories. Like you said it reminds you of Jane Eyre and olden days. When ladies were treated like ladies and romance was so sweet

I was wondering, if you are not giving the script leak any hype, then why am I reading stuff only found in the script on the site. I'm not going to repeat them because I don't want to ruin it for others. But I was kind of curious. I'm seeing a lot of info that's not in the public domain unless you read the script.
And yes, I read it. Yes, I feel guilty about it but like most temptations in life, it felt good when I did it, LOL!! But I'll tell you this, that script is better than the book!!! Sorry Steph. My eyes teared up, my heart was pounding and the action is awesome!! Melissa did one hell of a job and it was only a draft! I wanted to buy my ticket on Fandango like yesterday! I know Summit is mad about the leak, but I'm telling you, it's the best leak ever. They should have no worries whatsoever. They are making one hell of a movie and they should be proud!! When I tell you all that this movie is going to be awesome, I'm not saying it as a loyal Twilighter. I'm saying it because its TRUE!! The best part about this is that there are scenes that were shot that we know of that weren't in the script which are going to make the movie even better!! I would see this movie even if I wasn't a Twilighter. All I have to say is…bring the Kleenex. It's one heck of a break up scene. And hold on to your hats, we in for one heck of a ride! I can't wait.

I would just like to say that I always enjoy reading your comments! If it were not for this site I don't know what I would do. I have a small group of Twilight friends but none of them are quite as obsessed as I am. So here I am able to talk relentlessly and not feel misunderstood, ashamed, or that i'm getting on peoples nerves. <—-Hopeless romantic! I think its funny how they have lumped “Twilight Moms” into a category like we aren't suppose to be able to relate to this story or appreciate the love story. I am 25 and I have a 3 year old daughter but I think any woman from 12-90 can appreciate what Bella is going through and what she is longing for. Can't we all just be Twilight Fans no matter what our age or child status?

U can create ur own ringtone f/ songs in ur library thru iTunes. That's what I did! I have several different ones I use(all songs f/the soundtrack). it will even let u choose which portion of the song u want to use for the ringtone! I love it when people call me cuz I get a little Twi-music before I answer! Good luck!

I feel the same way! We are totally in sync with our thoughts its awesome! I drive everyone, especially my husband, INSANE with how many times I listen to Rob everyday! HAHA. “I was broken” absolutely breaks my heart, God the way he sings it gives me chills. He is so incredibly talented. I really want him to come out with an album but don't think he should go with a record company because his music is so personal to him and they would probably want him to do what THEY wanted.
I HEARD (which I don't know if it's true) that he is thinking about recording some stuff on his own and maybe putting it straight on iTunes for fans to purchase if they want. But the thing about him is that he does the music for himself and isn't really concerned about what the public thinks.
