Michael Sheen–Aro in New Moon, and Jamie Bower–Caius–have arrived in Vancouver. Lainey Gossip has the Punkd pics of the duo arriving separately during the day. Lots of new details on what they’re shooting on the Vancouver set, but no pictures–yet:

Green screen work that involves driving around in a Porsche. And the cliff diving scene. Bella wants to jump, Edward the apparition asks her not to.

Then Edward takes a phone call, gets very upset and the phone disintegrates in his hand.

And then Edward, Bella, Alice are escorted by some vampires (including Dakota Fanning) through the underground passage to meet with the others.

Also shooting the scene when they leave and Heidi brings in the victims.

    i completely agree, they should put the part that stephenie wrote as a prank...where alice realizes wat happened and is talking to rosalie and then they hang up and rosalie yells emmett, emmett help! i totally picture her going out onto a big porch and screaming that and then they cut back to bella, alice, and jake at her house scrambling to pack a bag with intense music in the background :-) i will die a happy person if that actually happens

    Yeah, I was surprised to read that would be filmed as well. And I'm wondering if it will just be the call from Rosalie or the call to the Swan house too. I'm surprised they didn't film the cliff scenes with Edward in the beginning when they filmed Bella and Jacob, but perhaps that is all green screen too.

    I hope the Porsche scenes are better than the car scenes in Twilight. Speed people....speed.....they are going fast.....scenery should be a blur!

    On a side note.....Sheen looks startled! LOL!

    I think it's going to be the call to the Swan house. I read it in the first draft of the New Moon script that there is the scene where Rosalie calls Edward (I'm not going to give details about what she actually said because some ppl don't want to ruin the surprise lol) but he doesnt break the phone until Jacob tells him that Charlie's at the funeral. I can't wait for this movie to come out!!!!

    I read it too...it's actually the 2nd draft of the script though but I'm not sure if it's real or fake. I guess we'll find out in Nov!

    Yeah I know. Some things have been changed. The movie scene with Jake, Mike and Bella wasn't even in it. So obviously things have been changed. I just can't wait to see the end product. Even reading the script made me cry lol

    OMG I KNOW (about the movie scene)!!! I kept telling my boyfriend "This CAN'T be the real script bc that scene we saw on the ET footage isn't even in here" and he said "Yea but it's an early draft, they added it in since then." AAHHH!! I dunno... it's hard to speculate because it's quite possible that it's a BS script. I guess we just have to wait til November. The biggest thing I was concerned about is the Edward/Bella reconciliation where he explains himself to her after Italy. That's the only reason I read the script.

    Disclaimer: I DON'T KNOW if the script I read was real. It could very well be a fake. So I'm literally just going off of what I read.

    With that said, it was much shorter than in the book, but they got the point across pretty well. More than anything, the impression I got is that whether or not the emotional factor is successfully portrayed will be up to Rob's acting LOL

    I think it's real, a lot of things that we saw when they're filming make sense in the script, and it is dissapearing from the net rather quickly. It is a second draft, yes... I know they did a third one. I just hope they fixed some things. I've read it because of the reunion. I was so afraid they will riun it.

In the version I read, I didn't see any Eclipse references that didn't need to be there (i.e. Victoria has an actual part in the script I read, but since she's done interviews for New Moon, obviously she's going to have some sort of part in the movie so that makes sense).     I believe that all indoor scenes are done in Vancouver while outdoor scenes are done in Italy. Hence the short amount of time for filming.

    Looks like Jamie recovered just fine from the LONGGGGGG flight with the smelly dude he had next to him! LMAO..hey I am not starting anything here..it was HE who said so on his twitter account lol.

    And Michael Sheen had the monkfish to eat I believe while flying over from UK..whatever monkfish is lol.

    Gotta love to follow these 2 on twitter! They are funny, they share their own pics too lol. Not expecting them to share any inside pics from New Moon, cos of spoilers etc..but still pretty funny to follow!!!

    That part pissed me off the first time I read New Moon. It's one of those situations where the audience knows more than the characters and you just want to scream to Edward "NO!! YOU IDIOT! BELLA'S NOT DEAD!" lol But I guess then there would be no "climactic" scene

    when I read the outtakes on stephanie meyers website, there's a short story of everything from jacob's perspective, and it says Jacob heard a "soft british accent"- so jacob assumed it was carlisle

    I'm just glad they picked a couple people that are really good actors...not just because they are eye candy......I'm a little disappointed with the wolf pack.....I don't think any of them besides Jacob and Sam look like they could pass for Indians, which is what they are supposed to be....not just extremely good looking.

    i think it's on the outtakes on stephenie meyer's website- the scene where jacob is about to kiss bella, and then edward calls and jacob tells him charlie is at a funeral (jacob doesn't know it's edward, he thinks its carlisle). in the outtakes, or maybe somewhere else in the book, Rosalie is the one who calls Edward and says Bella's dead. that's the scene they're talking about with the phone- when edward thinks charlie is at bella's funeral.

The book and Bella's POV is great but I wondered what Edward was thinking and feeling, as well as some of the others POV. If you have not read the outtakes from Stephanie's page, go and read them it filled in a lot of questions I had while reading the series. So after seeing this post I was quite happy that this outtake scene will be part of the movie.

    on stephenie's website there are extras for new moon (and some for twilight too) and one is called miscommunication and it's the conversation that Rosalie tells Edward that Bella killed herself and then he calls Bellas house and talks to Jacob pretending to be Carlisle. It's very good and kinda goes into where Edward is and what he's feeling. I cried the first time I read it(and cry everytime i read it now)

    She doesn't see Edward on the phone, and they're filming it 1) to show newbie viewers what's going on, and 2) to give Rob a bigger part.

    i think the outtakes might be in the film only to show the other characters more, because the books are only from Bella's perspective- and the movie kind of revolves around all of the characters. it's probably better for the movie to actually see Edward's reaction when he thinks Bella is dead, rather than Bella just hearing about it in the movie.

    we'll probably see both. See Bella/Jacob's perspective prior to the phone ringing, then as soon as Jacob hangs up the phone it'll cut to Edward's perspective and we see his facial expression as he crushes the phone. That's just my guess.

    I was so busy reading all the comments I totally forgot this post so I had to look back up lol. oooooh! Michael Sheen, love him! Underworld...no shirt..worth the rental. I can not wait until we get to see all the stuff as the movie gets closer and closer...heart just sped up...but anyway can not wait to see costume pic, behind the scene footage, trailers, trailers, trailers, and the actual posters. Although these fan made ones rock my striped socks.

    Also, when are we gonna see some more Volturi loving. Theres pack loving and vamp loving but the Volturi are getting no news posts...until now!

    I am kind of excited to see that they're going to show at least some of the phone call that Edward gets that makes him want to go to Italy. I'm excited to see how much they show & what they show. I'm also excited to see the Voluri! And Alice and Bella in the porsche is going to be cool. I just can't wait for November! (I love but also hate all the info we get on filming because it just makes me that more excited for the movie.)
