like for one thing, taylor said in an interview that when he turned into a werewolf in that trailer scene, it wasn't in front of laurent. it was when bella was running away from paul b/c he was trying to kill her. they just made it seem like that b.c it is a trailer. and when he is shirtless, he said that he is pretty sure, but no positive, that it is at the end of the movie.

I loved the Jacob transformation. It's like BAM! I have to say, I am leaning more and more towards team Jacob. In the books, he kind of annoyed me bc I felt he was getting in the way of Edward and Bella, but putting him in the flesh (very hot flesh I might add), I can visualize better his emotional attachment to Bella, and it's sweet. I cannot remember the last time I've been so excited about a movie coming out. What is it about these books?

Actually her in front of laurent and jacob jumping over, are 2 different scenes.
The scene with laurent is in the meadow, and the scene with jacob is in front of his house.

When Jacob first phases in front of bella, its to protect her from Paul. The scene with laurent is prior, but they are all already phased into wolves.

Either way the trailer is awesome, can't wait till they show some of Italy and the volturi

OK, I'm probably the only one, but I'm a bit disappointed. I thought we would've gotten more Jake and Bella (I'm team Edward BTW!!) and I felt like the break up scene was not quite as life ending as I have imagined it when I was reading the book... I liked it overall, but I know it will be better!

I really enjoyed the trailer, even though they way that they put it together makes it look like Jake phases in front of Bella and in front of Laurant (boo), it was still pretty good.

I really hope that he, Chris, draws out the days before Edward breaks up with Bella. We should see the tension. See his brooding as he comes to a decision. Hear the almost constant worry in her thoughts about him. And hopefully, he doesn't wreck the, not as magical, meadow scene this time around. lol

I can not wait for November 20th! (It comes out the day after my birthday, yay! lol)

I love it. It is pefect. It is how I pictured it but there is one thing that I don't understand.....
The scene where they show bella and laurent she is wearing a light green sweater and has her backpack on and then when they show her running to jake saying...jake run! she is wearing that billabong jacket and is in totally different clothes. because laurent does not try to kill her near jacob's house which is where i think that was when he jumps off the porch. so we will have to see! i think that they blended like 3 scenes together in order to give us an expanded view of the trailer so we could see jacob shirtless at one point.
i like how the meadow is yellow...it shows that without edward and love in bella's life the meadow, which was such a beautiful place to them and meant to much to their relationship also died when he left. i love it! just confused about why they would put those few scenes together with jacob, and laurent, and bella. i am going to have to re-read new moon to see why she is going jake run! cuz that is obviously a different part than the laurent kill scene.

Ok...I really want to like this movie as I really wanted to like Twilight....but the fact is I hated Twilight and probably won't like New Moon. The books were SO incredible and the movies are just way off base. I mean I know they can't do everything the same but come on...almost nothing is even close. They insert stupid stuff and leave out great stuff. I think the action and special effects are great. I suppose the movie will be good to someone that has never read the book so I hope they enjoy as I'm sure I will leave it disappointed as I did with Twilight. Please read the books before you see the movie, or just read the books and skip the movies. Is there anyone else out there that just feels let down by the movies?

Hey all, I would hate to state the obvious ( and sorry if someone already mentioned this) But if you look closely, Bella is with a back pack in the Laurent scene and without one when she is running to Jake. Furthermore her jackets are different colors. I think these scenes were cut together this way for effect, but this clearly is not how it is going to go down in the film. If we look back to the trailers of Twilight, we see that those scenes were also cut for effect and not the same in the film. That is how they make trailers.

Sorry for the rant, I am SO STOKED ABOUT JAKES TRANSFORMATION!! The graphics are on point and I think everyone looks even better costume wise. Although I feel like Edward is channeling a little bit of Bill from True Blood, but that may just be because I am reading the books right now. Anyone who hasn't ( and who is over 18) should probably get on that!!

I don't know if it's been brought up yet, cause I just got on but after watching the trailer a couple of times and analyzing it with some co-workers (who are also Twilight fans) we noticed that unlike the description under the trailer here, Jack Black Wolf is NOT going after Larant. When we first watched it does make it seem like they changed that whole sceen from the book which we were originally disappointed about. But after watching it again we were able to catch that when Jacob first pops up he is wearing no shirt, when he is on the porch he has a shirt on. Then we watched it again and noticed that Bella's clothes are different too. So that not only made us releaved that it seems they did not change the sceen but also really excited and on pins and needles for November and the full release of New Moon. So can't wait for this movie, it's going to be visual stunning!!!

I know they edited these clips and it seems confusing, but I am going to guess that this is what happens.

The last scene where Jake shifts is probably Bella running from what she thinks are real wolves and that is when Jake shifts to tell them to back off.

The scened with Laurent is when she is in the meadow alone and the wolves come to save her.

You can tell she is wearing noticeably different clothes in each of the scenes and they joined thee together to make you think it is all part of the same thing.

it was great but it could have showm mor Edward and bella ad nd more scens but yeat at the same time, they praovly just finshished the italy scens. I'm sure the others will be ee n beter. I cna't wait and I'm so happy that they won and htey all looked great and that almost kiss wow

OMG!!!! I LOVED the Wolf transformation, Jacob just looked magnificent, they did a great job there. I just wish they showed some more of him and the pack, New Moon is mostly Jake's story, right??? But I absolutly LOVED what I did see.

I'm such a huge Twilight fan and I am so torn between totally loving the movies and hating the inaccuracies! One and a half minutes of new moon and it's already inaccurate. I understand some things have to be changed some for the movie but I think they could have made things more accurate.

Of course that didn't stop me from standing in front of the TV squealing like a teenager and it won't stop me from seeing the movie and loving it.

Yes thank you Ashleydaile....i was just as observant...they mixed the scenes to throw people off so you know its really gona be great!! The vampires look awesome and im very impressed with the wolves so far...Jacobs shape shifting was amazing! And i think it looks better than Twilight already. yea i agree it's definately two different scenes. i think the one where jacob phases in front of bella may be the scene where jacob brings bella to the meeting with the wolf pack... where paul loses control.

The clearing was a bit yellow... but it may be the clearing where the motorbike scene occur???

If you look close enough, you can tell that when Jacob jumps over Bella, it isn't the scene with Laurent. When she is with Laurent, she has a yellow backpack on. When she tells Jake to run and he jumps over her, she is wearing a dark brown jacket and no backpack, so I think that is the scene where Jacob and Paul get into it. Plus, when he jumps over her, you can see his house in the background. If it was the Laurent scene, they would have still been in the meadow.

I think that there is not much of the Jacob/Bella action in this particular trailer because Chris Weitz, or whoever is in charge of marketing, wants to kind of keep it a surprise about the love triangle. From a filmmakers prospective, he has to appeal to both the die hard fans (aka us) and to the people who have never read the books.

I am positive the trailers will mostly adhere to the Twilight saga virgins (as they should), but the movie will blow fans like us away! :0)

So from seeing the part of the breakup scene and the videos and pics from when Bella saves Edward in Volterra it is clear that Edward does not change his clothes the whole time that he is gone from Bella. The only difference is he doesn't have his jacket on in Volterra. Shirt, pants and shoes are the same. I think that was a good idea. It shows how really bad off he was. Especially seeing in Volterra they have his shirt all worn and ripped.

why when jacob's transformatin from topless then wearing a shirt? it's a feather because the transformation or a mistake? no offense.

Ok, now that I’ve re-watched those two minutes about a 150 times, here’s what I think.
Again, there was way too much Edward and way too little Jacob; Jacob didn’t even say anything….although he’s filling the complete middle of the book.
The birthday scene looked beautiful and Jaspers reaction was great.
I loved the music in the background, it was very dramatic, especially the heartbeats after Edward leaves.
I missed the blue tint which was pretty much one of the only things I appreciated Catherine to add. It fit the whole mysterious aura in Twilight and sort of made the look of the movie. But I suppose as New Moon is more about the wolves they maybe thought a warmer theme and coloring would fit the storyline better. You even see it in the poster and the logo; instead of the cold colors they used warm gold and brown shades.
The transformation looked pretty cool and it’s amazing what they can do with CGI nowadays. But knowing they had complete freedom in the wolves look, I think they could have made them a bit scarier. The eyes are too big what makes them look too cute. But I think the reason behind this is that although werewolves are supposed to be dangerous and creepy, Jacob and his brothers are still good souls and there’s a lot of interaction with Bella and Jake’s wolf, so the wolves need something human about them. But I really loved the color of Jacob’s fur and the fact that Bella called him Jake, not Jacob.
They all looked great; The hair and make-up was better than in Twilight, although I don’t know what to think about Jaspers new look. His curls were a bit too girly for my taste. After all he’s supposed to be this tough warrior. I hope they change it for Eclipse where he goes all kick-ass.
Needless to say that Taylor looked amazing; Not only big and buffed but also very manly and nothing like 16, congrats Taylor. But I didn’t expect any different here.
Rob looked good too, but a bit too grown up to pass for a 17 year old, mainly because of the wardrobe. Apparently he breaks up with Bella right after the birthday scene because he’s wearing the same jacket.
All in all I think it was pretty cool; The quality of the movie is definitely higher and you can tell they put a lot of effort into this. But as they showed it after Rob and Kristen only came back from Italy, I don’t think this is the final trailer. This is an early scratch and they will re-cut it once all the CGI is done and they edited the Volterra scenes.
We shouldn’t be too critical about it, this is a movie and I know that in the process of movie making they simply have to change things to make them visually appealing. As long as they capture the essence of New Moon and it’s characters, I’ll be happy.

I know that, with the werewolves eyes, Chris Weitz is actually putting in Taylor's eyes for his wolf, Chaske for his, Alex's eyes for his wolf.. etc. That's probably why they looked so big.

At first, I was blown away by the entire trailer- so I couldn't analyze it. After watching it a couple times, I thought the wolf looked too 'cartoony'. Then I went and read the description of the wolves in the New Moon book- and actually, it's almost word for word as it is described.. So all in all, I'd have to say I am quite please!

I think this trailer was just focusing on the break up, and introducing the wolves. For Twilight virgins, I guess it's smart that they don't give too much away (aka volturi, the entire wolf pack).

yeah i think that the one that is going to be like on tv and stuff will have more with the wolves and the story of the book. this is just a sneak peak trailer cuz they don't have the film edited like at all so this was just a rough cut to give us a thrill :)

yeah that's what I thought, someone who doesn't know New Moon (although I don't know who THAT is supposed to be LOL) should get introduced to the whole wolf matter.
But still, they could at least have given Jacob a line to say or something.
And the transformation was really well done... I'm sure it will be great. And there will definitely another trailer with more Jacob and the pack.

A bit disappointed, am I the only one. Parting scene not very emotional, in book she feels she is losing her life, she is desperate. When Alice comes back into her life Bella sobs, will be interesting to see if Kirsten can do sobbing. Wolf sounds more scary than it looks and they are meant to be huge. A bit nervous about the film.

kristen's acting......jeez, i just skip over the parts that she was in with the trailer because it litteraly looks like she's reading of a script throughout the scenes. the break up scene doesn't look very heartbreaking, but just remember it's only 2 minutes out of a 2 hour film, so the whole movie, put together will be depressing and heartbreaking, with all of the elements from the books.
i agree with you that the break up scene didnt look hurtful enough, but im sure in the movie, the full scene will be tearfull!

I agree that there are 2 different scenes put together...Jacob doesen't attack Laurant alone, but I don't think he's protecting Bella from Paul in the second part, because he obviously comes running from his house at her rescue...why would he be in the house when the wolfes arrive.....? could he be protecting her from Victoria???

The wolves I expected a little bigger (horse sized) but I love how they turned out. Its clear in a few areas that they rushed the trailer for the movie awards, but overall very very happy!

Ok. It was pretty good. It sounded like Laurent was about to start crying (if he could) when he was speaking. Also, Bella doesn't know that Jacob is a wolf when she is confronted by Laurent, so why did she call out to him? I wished theyd've shown footage from Italy too.

I hate to say it, but i have seen a fan trailer that is better than this. Still, it was ok. It hasnt put me off seeing the movie.

i think the scene by scene analysis is wrong because bella and laraunt are in the meadow and when jacob jumps in front of bella and phases he is next to his house so i'm thinking when they showed the shot of jacob phasing he was about to fight paul....just my opinion tho...LOVED THE TRAILER CANT WAIT TO SEE THE MOVIE!!!

Im sorry for those that were disappointed but this trailer was AMAZING...and considered they just finished last week...the scenes were sick and they cut out the other half of the movie which is just as core and essential..and yeah u noticed some make up differences (contacts, house)...they got to step their game up and not go for something cheap but something of quality and thats what they did..simple...

look at the clothes bella is wearing in the field, and the clothes shes wearing when shes running towards jacob. theyre different. therefore they are different scenes. so jacob isnt jumping in front of laurent, he''s jumping in front of someone else..... yes, i pay that much attention.

I think it looks good.. I'm glad they didnt make the wolves look like those ugly gross drueling one's in underworld. But i thought they would be bigger. Jacob wolf looks like an angry dog that's all not an angry wolf about to rip a vampire to shreds!
But i think it looks good for the 1st trailer.

But people who have read the books are always gunna say "Oh this wasnt like the book or that wasnt like the book" They arent gunna make it excactly as we want to see it or the movie would be 5-6hrs long!

Not only is Bella dressed differently in the scenes, so is Jacob. He is shirtless and in blue jeans in the one and in the other he is in a cutoff and shorts.

Just in case anyone didn't noticed yet, the scene where Jacob jumps Bella is actually the scene where he protects her against the other wolf (Paul or Jared? I can't remember exactly). Also, the scene that shows Jacob jumping the fence of the house and running (before he jumps Bella) is another shot, so we have (in the same sequence): a) Bella and Laurent at the meadow, b) Jacob jumping the fence of the house; c) Jacob protecting Bella from the other wolf (Paul?). I guess that's it. P.S.: AWESOME trailer, the movie will be incredible for sure!

I think the bits whene she runs with a backpack and the bit of running&falling on the ground aren't frome the same scene either. The disappearing backpack xD The running part is probably when she's scared of wolves and runs away from the meadow and the second is from the scene when Paul wants to attack her. Now it looks like Laurent is scared of Jacob even though he isn't even phased *lol* Impressive muscles,aren't these Laurent? :D

I mean it added excitement and we got to see Jacob phase...trailer is all about marketing..and I thought it was great, I just rewound and watched the phase scene over and over...Chris Weitz really made those wolves look real...I cant wait until november...and hopefully more trailers will come! Ok, I may be in the minority, I think there are some things that disappointed me.
I loved the original Cullen house with the open space and windows. It's obvious
they didn't use the same house. It just feels different. However it does reflect the
image my mind had reading the book. Laurents eyes are disturbing (fake) I loved
seeing the black pupils in the vampires (human and veggies) The eyes were gorgeous
in Twilight. I hope they correct this. Taylor is awesome. I have to admit I am more
fond of the wolf transformation in some fan made trailers- the smooth leap-light/morphing.
But the fur pop was great.

But I really liked the scene with Laurent, HE looks scary

Well, this is an official trailer. So, it should be as clean as if it's the official film. Although, it's possible they just think the shaping in his sweater is just bunging from being thrown across the room. I'm not overly concerned about it. I always notice stuff like that. ;-)

Oh....I forgot to add.....I liked the growls in the trailer....but it's funny because those are the sounds I thought we'd hear from the Cullens in the baseball scene in Twilight.

I "enjoyed" the trailer, didn´t love it, the first scenes where like really slow, and Jacob´s wolf transformation was so cheesy, they made the scary wolfs of the book look like puppy dogs. I was expecting more like an Underworld wolf sort of, or something that made be scared at him, just like Bella says in the books.

I was very disappointed. NM is about Jacob not Edward. I feel cheated and can only hope that the whole movie isn't about Edward.

NM is about Bella,her struggle to live when E ditches her,her friendship with J,E and B's realization they can't live without each other, and the epic reunion,it's not all about Jacob, he's just a part of the story and not the most important one, when will people finally get it?

thats what i thought at first, pebbles, but,as Natalie Black stated a few comments above this one, after close analysis (im such a nerd), u can tell that right when she turns away from laurent (and apears to be running to jacob...) that bella has on a yellow backpack. but in the shot where she says "jacob, run!", she is not wearing a backpack(and has different clothes), so it must be a different scene (my guess is that its the scene where jacob gets into that fight w/jared and bella first dicovers he's a were-wolf/shapeshifter)!! hope this helps, (unless u already figured that out, which means im just a major dumb-a**) ; ]

everyone keeps sayinq that Jacob looks to cartoonish as a wolf but yu have to remember that that scene is probably not even finished when it comes to editinq the CGI animations. There's an interview with Taylor about the trailer and how they edited different scenes. He said that the part where Bella's running and yelling "Jake run!" is actually from the scene where Jared changes and attacks. Which is the actual scene in the book where she first sees them as wolves. Taylor said the editing only made it look like he was leaping at Laurent, he's already in wolf form when he sees Laurent in the movie.

So I honestly loved this!!! Ummm hopefully everyone has now realized that the laurent and jacob phasing scenes are in different parts of the movie.... Also for the people worried about the break up scene don't sweat it because they aren't going to give away all of the juicy scenes they just want to get the point across that Edward leaves Bella, that is how the movie business works but other than that I loved this trailer and I can't wait for Nov. 20th!!!!

I totally agree with you, they are different scenes, It's weird because everybody should know, even if you didn't read the book it is pretty obvious, Laurent took his eyes away from Bella bc he saw the pack coming and that's when she runs, with a yellow backpack, in th scene of the phase she is running without a backpack and I think her coat is different colour, it makes me think that she is running from Victoria and that's why she's trying to protect Jacob. And I don't care if it looks cartoonish, let's face it is pretty damn good for special effects in this days.

In the scene with Laurent in the meadow with Bella the grass all aroudn them is dead and brown...is it possible that the grass like Bella is dead without Edward???? Maybe the grass was really dead when they shot the scene or possibly Chris was making a point.

I dont think they are worried about edward looking too harsh. In an interview, RP said he is pretty scary looking on some dream sequences. I have faith in chris and i think he knows how crucial the break up scene is.

I've been reading blogs and I'm shocked that noone else has mentioned what's been bugging me about the trailer...When Edward is telling Bella that he's leaving- it seems like he's actually telling her he's leaving because he doesn't want to keep putting her in danger. Whereas, in the book, even though that is the reason he's leaving her, he convinces her that he doesn't want her anymore. The fact that she believes him is SO important to the story. Because even though she accepts his claim that he doesn't want her anymore, somewhere deep down she knows the truth. It's the reason why she conjures up his voice. It's the reason why she jumps off the cliff. Her subconscience compels her to do reckless things because deep down, she knows that he left for her safety and that the one chance she has to bring him back is to create a world where she is in more danger without him than she was with him.

The lex told people to do that and they're going to put some up on tuesday!

hehehe... I've never loved a movie like this. This experience of liking and loving a book/movie is one of those I can share to my future kids. NEwmoon trailer is soo exciting and once again, I fell inlove with it. No words...just love, admiration and excitement I'm feeling right now...I love Kristen, I love ROb. I don't care if they will not be together in real life. It's enough for me that they are able to touch my heart by sharing their wonderful talents. My gratitude to them! I'm so emotional right now my twilight mates. Don't laugh at me guys...I'm not crazy...I'm just being human... I am so happy they won most of the awards tonight. The higlight of the night is probably the bella in Kristen tonight. Oh boy that was just soo sureal! That moment lifted my anxiousness for Kristen. The whole time Kristen is up on stage I get nervous for her. I know she is not comfortable being on stage like that but she did try to be normal and I'm happy that she made it through with flying colors! The accidental falling of the golden pop corn was just great! And ROb's humorous smile when it happen sum it up into a big wow for me!!! I love them all.

I can't thank them enough for making me this happy. This particular period in my life will never be forgotten. I am imprisoning it in my heart in my entire lifetime so they live with me now and forever...

The birthday scene is not how I pictured at all. Wasn't it suppose to take place in the morning Not at night? I always picture dewy-blueish light shining through glass on a very White living room not Orangy candle lit Warm atmosphere and the decorations were awful. Twilight had better visual style/fashion/decor

Also Laurent scene Why is the meadow completely yellow? It looks like they were standing on Hay? They were suppose to be in the middle of the forest GREEN, foggy, moist and A Lot of Moss sure a bit saggy/sad & dead brown grass here & there but geez talk about overdoing it with the dead weeds.. complete yellowness & flat.

I think they are taking the Theme color of Orange/yellow a bit too far... I like the visual color on Twilight better and should have kept it consistent throughout the whole saga instead of going with color changing themes for each film. Just my opinion.

I agree with u. I miss the blue tinge. I dunno.. needless to say about how it adds to the cold looks of vamps, I seriously can't imagen Forks without the bluish-grey atmosphere..I hope they add it on post production. I think it is because of the introduction of werewolves. They are probably having a conflict between hot and cold. And taking into consideration that the wolves have the bigger screen time they decided to favor them over the vamps..which me doesn't like.

guess you don't get the symbolism of the dead meadow... bella feels dead inside. both she and edward at certain points in the book are suicidal. their meadow conveys this feeling of hopelessness and decay.

I believe Newmoonish is right. Edward says something to Alice about bringing Bella over to the house around 7pm giving Alice more time to set-up and decorate. So, it was in the evening. I thought the set-up for the birthday would be different, as it is in the book....all at the piano, Jasper leaning in when she cuts her finger, but there is dramatic license. I'm sure Weitz thought the charging Jasper would be more dramatic.

As for the color scheme, I didn't mind it. I expected it to be more earth tones. Twilight was about her falling in love with a vampire.....a cold vampire......hense the blues. Blue being a color typically assigned to cold. New Moon is alot about her relationship with Jacob growing, his discovery of and entrenchment in the werewolf world, and the conflict that results. So, visually, earth tones will be used more in this film. It's a more earthy and warmer film. While I'm not a fan of the Cullen house in this movie, I can understand the coloring. Plus, I'm sure it was difficult finding a house that was like the Cullen house in the book.

I agree that "Twilight" had better visual style, etc. I like the whole look of "Twilight" better with the bluish tones. I like the make-up in "Twilight" better. I thought the make-up in "New Moon" was a bit overdone. Because of it, the actors did not look as naturally gorgeous as they did in "Twilight". What can I say? "Twilight" was just awesome. I have to see more on this one...

the meadow is supposed to be withered and dead, it didn't seemed to be so special to bella once she returned , but i'm not arguing about the yellowness of it. it's way too yellow.

Yeah I stood right up in front of the Tv when they tricked us the first time they said it was up next....jumping up and down like a cazy woman ....for nothing.... when I turned around my family just stairing at me nodding their heads.lol

God, I thought I was the only one going that crazy. I think my family wants me to seek professional help. I was just so excited. I wasn't expecting the werewolf transformation, I screamed. It was sooo exciting!!!

Don't feel bad I was making popcorn and hear it was up next I dropped the popcorn all over the floor and ran to the TV screaming with excitement to only see nothing! My husband starting laughing at me and telling me to get a grip its only a movie. I was like NO it not just a movie its more.

Excellent! Of course no movie can ever compare with the book. However, the scenes that were put together for this trailer really drew those intense emotions experienced from reading the story. Heart-wrenching.

I like it, but I'm worried how the wolfes are going to look when they raise up to stand on two feeds not four. The body of the wolf kinda seems not really made for that... What do you think?

When do they stand up on 2 feet? I thought they are always 4 legged, run, sit and stand like a wolf. I'm sure these are all just different scenes put together, not necessarily in order or meant to be in sequence. Some of the scenes in the Twilight trailer weren't even in the movie. I really loved having a glimpse at the movie.....however, I hope the clip where Bella is in the field and we get our first look at Jacob that thats not how it happens in the movie. I love that she doesn't know it's him there and I love the feeling of the intesnsity of seeing the whole pack like its described in the book. I can't wait until November, great job so far!

Jacob phasing & the scene with Laurent & Bella are not the same scene. Its two different ones just meshed together to add more drama and highlights to the trailer. I'm so pumped for this movie!

The whole day, Bella is dreading her b-day right? But after the attack from Jasper, Bella plays off the idea that it IS her b-day after all, and she tries to 'lighten up' the mood and get Edward to relax - thus she kinda smirks in a playful way when asking him to kiss her... kinda like she's thinking "Hey, chill out Ed, i'm a danger magnet remember?... so kiss me and i know you'll feel better".

Something like that anyway....soooo to sum up, thinking about it like this makes it easier for me when i see that 'eyebrow move'.

Agree 100% I thought that the first time I saw the little snippet we got on Friday. My friends and I talked and we dont think Bella is that seductive or forward. It just seems out of character. The wolf definetly needs work, but I loved the party scene

At first I was a little sad that I was watching it all by myself BUT then, my other crazy-obsessed friend and I started texting each other throughout the ENTIRE show and it wasn't that bad anymore... lol... it was funny b/c it felt like she was there the entire time screaming, jumping up and down and crying with me... we would text each other saying "OME they won... no competition there" and other sorts... HAHA... it was pretty intense!!! But you're right... I would have LOVED to have someone there w/ me hugging and clapping and just going crazy w/ excitement, but yet again... I did ALL that by myself w/o somebody else thinking I was losing it... hehe.. maybe you and I should get together for the next one so we won't watch it alone... hehe!!

Stephenie Meyer has trouble keeping the interest level up - she tends to drone on for too long.

Even just the changes you can see here make the story so much more exciting.

But the wolf looks really fake.

I dont think that every little thing should be in there... but I love the way Stephanie wrote it and so I think thats how it should be... the scenes and things they pick from the book should be the same... but I am a book lover first, so I see it a certain way in my head and when its not right it really bugs me... I am still hopeful though b/c I watched it again and I didnt notice that the phasing scene is not w/Laurent.

There are things that I like and don't like. I am really impressed by Jacob and the fursploding. Not impressed with the Edward and Bella scenes. Emotion? Trying not to complain, but being honest. I was wanting to be overwhelmed and I'm not. I'm just eh at this point.

yeah, im agree with u, The break up scene seems like not emotional enough for the story, there's something wrong with edward's line or his expression. i hope they gonna choose another take for that scene. the scene must bring a lot of emotion that can make us cry or at least sad and feel bella's feeling when edward say good bye.

I agree. I hope they have something from the breakup scene where Bella looks more terrified and depressed because from what they showed its not good enough. We need more emotion from Bella. You cannot understand the pain Bella feels right when Edward leaves unless its truly shown through her face. Besides that everything else shown looks amazing. I do know that they didn't have much time to put together a trailer so I'll let it slide this time, but I hope the next one is even better.

actually I think its two different scences, it's not jacob transforming to go attack laurent. If you look closely bella is wearing different outfits and has a backpack in the meadow scene. Many people were confused because it was right in front of jacobs house and not in the meadow but in reality its two different scenes cleverly put together

That's actually not the true scene. The just made it seem like Jacob was running in to save Bella from Laurent.
If you pay close attention, she has on two totally different outfits when she's running to stop Jacob and when Laurent is there with her. So its two differen't scenes. :]]

The CGI was actually better than I was expecting! But - did you notice that a lot of the scenes had CGI work in the backround? I think that will be good because it will make the scenes with the wolves, better. Laurent... so scary! I love the coloring of Jacob, too. All around awesome... made my heart rate speed up!! Woohoo!

That was great and the wolf looks great! They could have made it look WAAAAAY cheesier! So, I'm happy with that. AND....the Jacob and Laurent scene is not the same scene....right before Jake jumps in...Laurent looks to the LEFT.....hence at that point I'm assuming in the movie we will see the wolf pack. They fit in it well tho! :D

If you check again Bella have the backpack when she is in the woods with Laurent, and the scene about Jacob transformation, she doesn't have the backpack I think this are totally diferent, and in the book doesn't hapend like this
