As if there was any doubt, Robert Pattinson solidified New York City as the place to be today, as he was seen out and about in Manhattan. He’s in the city to prep for shooting of his new film Remember Me.

The sad spectactle that is the burden of fame has struck Robert Pattinson again as he arrived at the NYC airport. A huge number of photographers swarmed upon him as bodyguards and staff kept everyone at arm’s length. Robert kept shy and discreet under his trademark hoodie during the hubbub. He’s set to film Remember Me in New York soon.

New Moon Volturi actor Michael Sheen is receiving a Order of the British Empire today, a lofty recognition from the British Royal Family that is just short of being knighted–

He portrayed Blair in Stephen Frears’ TV drama The Deal and later on the big screen in Frears’ award-winning film The Queen.

Having met the Queen as played by Dame Helen Mirren, Sheen will now come face to face with the monarch herself when he picks up his OBE today.

Sheen said after hearing of his award in the New Year’s Honours list: “This is a huge honour. I am both thrilled and slightly mystified. But very grateful. It’ll be nice to meet the real Queen at last.”

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart posed with fans when they were in Italy recenty working on New Moon shoots in Montepulciano. The pair are back in the states now that filming has wrapped in Italy.

New Moon director Chris Weitz gave a press conference in Montepulciano Italy while they were filming in the recently, TwilightItalia was there and has posted the video from the event with an English translation.

We shortened the video (of, initially, 50 minutes) by cutting out the useless parts (pauses, etc.). Some of the questions asked to Chris and the Production were:

• What is the concept and style of the “New Moon” movie?
• Did you experience any problem with fans while filming in Vancouver?
• In regards to the New Moon book, did you forecast any adaptation, modification or enrichment?
