I was at the Fashion Awards on Monday night with my friend who works for New York 1. I took some shots with Taylor in the back, while my friend interviewed him. I was totally freaking out. My knees were shaking!! He is soo cute in person!!
Here’s an interview with Peter Facinelli with vastly improved audio compared to the version we posted yesterday. He talks about New Moon, his new TV show Nurse Jackie, and says of Robert Pattinson, to whom he is a dad in New Moon– “I can’t walk into the grocery store without seeing my son!”
MTV has a new interview with New Moon dad Peter Facinelli concerning his aim to make it to 500,000 followers on Twitter by Friday. As we mentioned earlier, he’s now promising his Twilight director’s chair backing to a lucky fan if he reaches his goal–and he told MTV why it’s very special:
MTV: How will you decide who gets it?….Facinelli: I like riddles. I think I might do some kind of riddle, and the first person that posts the correct answer will win the chair backing. That sounds more fun than a raffle, right?
MTV: Yeah, and the Twilighters all want the back of your chair really badly. Facinelli: Especially since Rob Pattinson sat on my chair. It has some RPattz sweat on it.
MTV: Oh God. The winner could hire some CSI guys to remove the hairs and DNA. Facinelli: Definitely. One day, in the future, you might be able to clone Rob Pattinson if you own the back of my chair. That’s all I’m saying.

New Moon heroine Kristen Stewart, who will play Joan Jett in the upcoming biopic called The Runaways, remarked on the respect she has for Joan Jett–
‘It’s one of the most immense responsibilities to play a real person. Her story’s important. It’s an incredibly triumphant feminist story really.
‘She’s the first woman to ever start her own record label. So many people know her as just being like one of the coolest people to ever live. That in itself is one of the most intimidating things that I’ve ever had to confront but she’s so cool too.’
It seems the respect is mutual, as Joan Jett remarked on Kristen Stewart playing her–
‘She sounded great and played well (on the guitar). She has the passion for it, which you can’t really be taught.’
New Moon adorkable star Kellan Lutz and pal Ryan Eggold are in a new wild west themed photoshoot for People, and they have a great little video interview while dressed in their cowboy couture.

New Moon vampstress Ashley Greene went to a surfing event last weekend and apparently hit it off with Entourage cutie Adrian Grenier. E! News picked up on the AG² story and has this video report.
With recent concerns of New Moon star Robert Pattinson’s security due to the thrash of fans gathering around the filming of his new movie Remember Me on the streets of New York City, he now has a more official security presence in the form of a police escort.
