I've been waving my perverbial fist in the air for MONTHS effing.... she's not listening....

*paces back and forth waiting for new batch of cookies to bake*

Forget her MS, just go read the Fan Fiction sights. There are great stories that continue the Twilight Saga or are from Edwards POV (point of view). There are great writers. SM has turned her backs on fans, gotten rid of my space is taking a year off away from all that is Twilight. Don't count on any MS from her or any continuation.

Oh, I know all about the fan fiction! I absolutely love it! And I especially love all the stories - or parts of them - that are in EPOV.
 
While I sincerely hope that you are wrong about her not continuing the saga, I have kind of a bad feeling about it as well. It bothered me a bit when she removed her FB account, because it was "too much" for her to handle...And then the high horse she jumped on when asked about completing MS left me with a bit of a resentful feeling towards her.
 
She knows how much her fans love this saga, and she knows how much we are all looking forward to the competion of that book. I am sure that she heard it from her publishers as well.
 
While she does have the right to a vacation from working and "all things Twilight", it is what has made her such a popular author, and while I hope she isn't - for her to turn her back on that and her fans and not finish that book, I would lose a great amount of respect for her.
 
But, I guess we will have to wait and see - and hope and pray, that her love of the characters she has created will outweigh everything else.
 
I am happy for her success, she definately deserves it, however, she has gotten a bit cocky as of late and I am hoping that she does not let the success and money earned by this wonderful saga impair her judgement to not coninue it. Edwards side of the story deserves to be told just as much as Bella's and Jacob's.

I know one of the ladies working on this quilt...I met Iris Fox @ the TwiTour convention in SF this past February. It is a beautiful quilt. I can't wait to hear Stephanie's reaction to it.

yeah, he seems to have the adverse effect on me also. lol. while these ladies above decided to put their love of twilight to good use and get creative, i usually lose most of my cranial functions, my body goes into auto-pilot, and vocabulary is reduced to things like "amazing" "i love him" and "how is he that beautiful?"
