Charlie too....Billy Burke IS Charlie Swan!!! SPOT ON!

I really liked what Billy Burke brought to Charlie's character. Especially the whole gun part, whenever Edward first wanted to meet Charlie. He was wonderful!

The only thing that took some.. getting used to for me.. would be how loud and brash Billy Burke was as Charlie. I pictured Charlie being a lot more laid back.. whenever Billy Burke did the hospital scene with Tyler and Bella, the cursing and his anger was a bit too much for what I envisioned for Charlie. I still like the movie character all the same, though. :0)

And I thought Charlie actually liked Edward more in the books, seems like in the movie he doesn't ever really like him at all.... but I do love Billy as Charlie, his relationship with Bella is great!

All the Twi-Dad's in the film are absolutely hilarious. Carlisle, Billy, and Charlie all had funny lines that, in my opinion, steal the scene!

LOL, and the facial expressions, you can tell they are dad's that really don't know what they're doing! Typical dad's raising kids when crazy adolescence stuff comes up... LOL!

The guy has a killer smile and I love his spirit! (We're both down with the kids, recharge our soul with mother nature, etc...) This the kind of guy who seems like he'd be very energizing/soothing to be around.
Love to hear that he and Tay got along so well, too. Be excited to see them play off each other some more and have that relationship be very authentic!

Cool interview. I loved Gil as Billy, he was pretty funny. And I loved the evil eye glare that he gave Edward. I'm looking forward to seeing him in the upcoming movies.

LOL! Oh how I love Billy and his humor. Other than Jake scenes, and baseball, Billy was my favorite part of the movie.

Me, too. He and Eric were just fantastic.. (and I don't just surf the internet) Really though, there's something that emanates out of Gil's spirit that is just very warm, real, and funny. Not too many ppl that are like that without it being put on.

He really does! Those qualities are what I really love about him. I hate the fake "realness" of people. Gil isn't that way.

Plus he really blew me away on Into The West. The way he portrayed Dogstar was breath taking.

I think the most funny characters in the movie were Billy and Charlie.

That's why Twilight is sooo great. We can relate to it so much, because it has happened to us, too!

We are so completely embarassed of our parents when we are teens, especially preteens.

I remember when I was in 7th grade, I think, my mom went to drop me off at school, and asked for her normal goodbye peck on the cheek, and I wouldn't give it to her 'cause some "cool kids" were looking.

Poor mama, got her feelings hurt that her baby wouldn't kiss her and I felt soo guilty, but I just couldn't do it.

I embarrass my wolfboy, too. Every now and then, when we go to Walmart or something, some cool jam will come on the store speakers and I'll purposely start dancing with my shopping cart, just to mortify him.

He HATES that! He'll look all around to see if any hot girls were looking. It is soo funny!!

I guess sometimes I am an evil mom.

Billy was so much fun, I liked the movie version better, especially the third eye he was giving Bella.
