200906081515.jpg We finally have a first-hand account from the set of New Moon with the first of a five part series from Metro News in Canada. They recount–

Ready? Action! Jacob fastens a necklace on Bella. “It catches bad dreams,” he tells her. But Bella only dreams of Edward, played by Robert Pattinson. The British actor is leaning nearby on a car, a figment of Bella’s imagination. She is continually haunted by memories of this impossible love.

\As the cameras roll for the third take, Lautner forgets his lines. “Sorry, I’m totally lost,” he laughs. “Cut, reset!” orders Weitz. The cast had a 5 a.m. wake-up call. Lautner outdoes himself in the fourth take. “That was my favourite!” enthuses the director.

The heavy atmosphere of the Vancouver weather seems to temporarily lift as lunch break is declared. Even vampires get hungry, and Pattinson joins us for a quick bite and chat. In full vampirical make-up and sporting yellow contact lenses, we almost expect him to bite us instead of his food.

    i actually love what they are adding & changing. my guess is that Jacob is giving bella a gift to make up for missing her birthday, instead of the whole "searching for the meadow" scene that they removed; i loveee these changes (perpares to be screamed at) hahaha; i guess its cuz i understand that the movie has to be good for the readers and the non-readers so some stuff has to be changed -shrugs; JUST BE HAPPY MY FELLOW TWILIGHTERS<3

    But yeah, same here. I've never had a Desire to wait for a movie like this before. I mean jeez, when is november coming? Its taking to long. I don't care if we skip summer, as long as November 20th comes. And i mean NOWWW!! ;)

    I'm trying to do the oppisite actually. After reading the Saga, i ended up reading every book i purchased in one day. After everybook i'd read, i would buy another when i finished. So i'm trying to save money and read slower. lmao

    Edward and Bella are indeed very passionate in the books and it gets me
    so mad that thanks to these little 12-13 year olds the movies are going
    to be made PG13. What ever happened to covering their eyes? Parents need
    to be strict. Kids now a days are more advanced than ever dude. There's
    no denying it. Plus, I think we all learned what sex was by the age of
    10. If Breaking Dawn is made PG13 its going to ruin the entire movie.

    Uggh we have the same minds. lmao & If you were to ask Stephanie Meyer, what viewers the books intended being written for, she would say: "Adults" or maybe like Late Teens lmao. But i mean late teens insists of 16 and up basically. Not no 12 year old girls. And i think Rap music is more visual about sex than Breaking Dawn.

  • Oh my!!! So excited for this movie!! Taylor's so cute. I'm glad they are keeping Edward in alot of the scenes as Bella remembering him. That has to be hard to do because with the book you see through her thoughts and feelings how much she needs and misses him. It is probably really difficult to capture that on screen, but I'm confident Chris will do a great job!
