Have a funny story that I have to share. The following is real conversation between me and my husband:

CF911: Honey, this morning Rob got hit by a cab.

Husband: (showing real concern) How did that happen, is he ok?

CF911: Well there are rumors going around that a bunch of fans were chasing him and he had to run into the street in NY ...

Husband: (Abruptly interrupting) Wait, you mean to tell me that you are talking about Twilight dude? (Throws his hands up and anger)

CF911: Of course I was talking about Rob. What other Rob is there?

Husband: I thought you were talking about somebody at work. I can't believe this.

CF911: Well, all of his fans were very concerned this morning and I figured that you would know who I was talking about.

Husband: No, when you show concern for someone I figure it is someone you know personally.

CF911: (Deeply hurt) But honey, I do know Rob personally.


I swear we had this conversation. Do not attempt to duplicate at home, it did not end well.

Ha ha - This was my conversation with my husband about it last night.

Alicia: Guess who got hit by a Taxi in NY today?
Hubby: I don't know, who?
Alicia: Who is the only celeb I would care about getting hit by a taxi?
Hubby: Oh. Edward got hit. That's too bad.

I had the same experience only it was with my daughter, its a downer too...

I was kinda hurt that she didn't care, and i should have known her response anyway becoz she doesn't like him. But i needed to pour my heart out to someone, and shes 11 btw but that was here opinion. Which is why i just came on NM.org to share my thoughts and feelings with my fellow twi-hard, Rob fans instead.

On a more happier note i love the photo of he and Emilie, seems that incident yesterday did nothing to his acting ability, lol can't wait 4 this movie:)

OME you should divorce your sister. My sister proved how much she loved me this morning by waking me up to the news. Im on summer break so i like to sleep in, but she heard in the news he was hit by a cab and woke me up, she was shocked. Now she believes me when i tell her the girls are crazy over him. She made sure to tell me he was all right before i started freaking out. she made me love her 100000x more lol

Yeah, I know that. Some of my friends just don't 'see' what's there to like in Rob. One time there was some crappy news that says Rob was gay for real, and they went "Hahahaha, Rob's gay!". Pfff, yeah right. It was not even real. And they say he's messy. So what, right? He's just being himself. And he looks way much hotter now. We love Rob! <3

Pshh, my friends do the same. One time there was some crappy news saying Rob's gay for real, and they went "Hahahaha Robert's gay!" when it's just fake news. And then now, they're just drooling over Rob. But the bad part is, they're just looking at his face, they don't know he could sing, or that he's really chill, and they didn't even watch Twilight. Yeesh.

I second that and it's just awful! I don't know about you but when my husband talks about stuff he likes I try to at least pretend to be interested. Couldn't he at least do the same instead of moaning and just looking at me like he's going to throw up?

Uh people, can't you tell that he's just acting. He doesn't even seem to have the same body language he has with Kristen. He kissed her because it's part of the scene. Then you see him standing there by himself. It's just acting people calm down. That chick can't even stand in Kristen's shoes in Rob's heart. That much is clear. Didn't anyone see their chemistry during the MTV Movie Awards. Kristen has no competition. Trust me. I don't care how pretty that chick is. Remember, Kristen has two more films with Rob and chicky has how many? My point exactly. No competition. Calm down people.

I have to agree. Is it wrong that I don't like him kissing this chick? I feel so stupid, but I was somewhat upset to see the pictures. I say to myself..."Come on EdwardsVenom, he's an actor and will be kissing LOTS of women, it's his JOB!" but i'm only used to him kissing Kristen Stewart....

haha...I had a similar conversation with my best friend. And then she goes on to say "Your so cute, concerned about somebody you dont even know." And I kind of huffed and said, "But I do know him..." My head is out of wack when it comes to our dear Rob. And is it really ridiculous to be pissed about someone being treated that way, whether you know them or not? I dont think so...

Whether it's someone that you know or not it's always sad when someone get's hurt. I recall alot of people being sad for those who died on 9/11.

Even if you don't know them it doesn't mean you can't feel sad. I was crying when Heath Ledger passed away. I loved him too.

Me, too. Iwas in shock when I heard Heath Ledger had died, He was so young, it was so unexpected. And I didn't even especially care one way or the other about him or his movies. It was just such a sad situation.

yeah it was so sad when heath pass...it made it so hard to watch the dark knight...

I know, I tried to detach and enjoy the movie, but I just kept thinking that he's gone, he's gone, and that it's so sad his little girl has lost her daddy.

I balled my eyes out when Princess Diana was killed. Just picturing her two boys walking behind her casket can do me in.

Maybe there's not enough compassion in this world. People are so desensitized to violence and suffering that they don't give a rat's *ss about other people anymore.

I sobbed when Princess Diana died! Literally, gut wrenching sobs. I remember exactly where I was when I heard about the accident and running in to the living room where the tv was on.

I concur about other's lack of compassion. It's very disconcerting.

Wow....that is quite some restraint you have there. My sister-in-law saw me yesterday after I heard the dreaded news about Rob's incident with the cab. She asked me what was wrong and I stated "Nothing"...cause I knew, to her, it would be nothing. She called me a liar, clearly noticing that I was disturbed about something. She pressed further, I finally caved and told her what happened.

She just laughed, shook her head and told me i'm a wacko.

I just have to say, the height difference between Rob and itty bitty Emile is just darling to see. When he's standing next to her on the sand, even leaning over to hear the director over the wind, he's still almost a foot taller than she is. Usually Rob looks noticeably tall, but almost spindly; here he's sizeable and solid, and it's little Emile who looks delicate. They make an adorable couple!

And yes, I love how often Emile smiles in these pics--and the fact that Rob smiles naturally back. They've got great screen chemistry. Can't wait to see the movie!

Sorry... I can't help it... I think Emilie looks too old to be playing a 19 year old. I'm not seeing the "chemistry" here between the characters. I didn't mind that they cast a blonde in the role (even though the original script said Ally had brown hair) but I think casting made a mistake hiring Emilie. I like her as an actress, I just never pictured her in the role when I read the script. I guess they wanted to make sure whoever played her didn't look anything like "Bella"... As much as I love Rob and I love this guy. I'm having a hard time with this. I know the man is an actor, but I can't picture him with anyone but Kristen. So I'm not sure I'll be seeing this film. Acutlly, not sure I'll see him in anything other then the Twilight saga. When its over then I might be able to see him in other things. But to see him in a love scene before Breaking Dawn it just bothers me.

I know that sounds bad, but I'm bias toward Kristen. And these pics above just futher that feeling for me. Sorry Rob, I just can't see this in Febuary.

i loved watching Twilight with the commentary. Catherine was an idiot, Kristen stayed quiet most the time, and when Rob talked, it was precious.

Yes...we all know they are "actors" but honestly, look at how many "actors" fall for their co-stars on set. I think more than are publicized. They are HUMAN after all. Stephanie, I would not believe anything that Life and Style writes, they are like the National Enquiere and Star Magazine, they pick up a story and /or rumor and make up crap so people will buy their rag. That being said, I believe there is something between Rob and Kris, but we may neve know for sure but we can hope. Rob and Kristen are friends first and they are commited to making the twilight saga the best they can be, so I would not worry.

No, I'm seeing this movie after Breaking Dawn. Staying true to the Twilight series.

If you see some of the other pictures, there is a little girl in the scenes as well.
A big part of this story, is about Tyler's (RP) sister and how she is dealing with her parents divorce, the older brother passing and not fitting in at school. From the original script, she is close with Tyler and there are some really cute moments.

Regarding the "Love Story", I think the movie is about a lot more than this relationship. Yes it is important to the story, but it is not the main focus of the story. It is more about Tyler's relationship with his dad, reconciling the death of his brother and finding his place in life. When I read this, it seemed like such a great part for Robert, because it allows him to play so many varying emotions.
Anyway, just thought I would put that out there.
