i think the lack of news currently is because the New Moon cast is done filming, We have gotten what we asked for with the Trailer and now we are upset because they dont have anything else to give us until the next trailer comes out and November 20th... the wait seems endless at this point. With the news we have had in the past couple of months i have been able to withstand it. Now it looks that i might go insane and hurt someone physically if they get to close... The guy with Rob is one of his BFFs, Tom Sturridge. He is an actor (British of course) and would not be surprised if he is auditioning or playing the role of the best friend in the new movie. I think that the paparazzi is out of control. I'm a fan of the books and now the movies but I do not understand this obsession with knowing every move a celeb makes. It is disgusting. Why don't you worry about your own life and stop obessing over a man that you never have a chance at and who would probably never look at you twice? I feel so sad that he can't live even a somewhat normal life. Leave the man alone. Being in movies should not mean that you deserved to be stalked and harassed every minute of the day. That's his job and his life should be allowed to be seperate. Think about this...what if it gets to be too much and he loses it and goes crazy? What if he refuses to do the other 2 movies? Worse yet, what if some kind of harm came to him as a result of all these crazy people (remember Princess Diana). I'm not saying it's wrong to be a fan but allow him to show you what he wants you to see. It's HIS life, let him live it.

I wonder if he gets this much attention now in his home town. I really feel like paparazzi should lay off Rob and give him some space. What it comes down to is the fact that he is a human being, not a piece of meat. He should be allowed to go get some coffee without being constantly stalked. No wonder he's paranoid, he has to deal with camera's and crazy fans following him around all day. He probably just wants some time to himself, and its sad that he has to stay in his hotel to achieve peace and quiet. I hope that eventually people will step back and let him have some space. Try to put yourself in his shoes and understand how it must feel to be bombarded all the time.

The man signed up to do a movie that has made his star rise overnight. I don't think he feels deserving of the insane attention he gets and it has to be exhausting to not be able to walk out the door without crazies following you. I say if he is on a press tour or even on location, he should at least aknowledge fans, etc. We only see the pictures, but if you have seen the videos, they keep asking him these stupid and personal questions (as if he will really answer them) and it is just creepy.

One good thing about Rob being in NYC, is that most people leave you alone (he has been here since Tuesday and we are only seeing him today), so they are either doing a good job of hiding him or the papps have dropped the ball. Either way, I am so glad he has been left alone for even four days. We have to remember, he is starting a new a very different role and there is A LOT of pressure on him to deliver beyond the Twilight series. The role is very deep and he is probably so engrossed in the preparation, and trying to get into the role mentally, that he does not want to deal with the outside nonsense. He is probably also missing a certain someone, so that does not help his mood, lol (ok I had to sneak that one in there-that is my dream).

Alright....It's 10:20 PM....I'm gonna give up hope on any new news.......I have a long @ss day tomorrow.....

Oh my god. This is terrible. Just look at the pictures I didn't realize how horrible it was until I saw the video. People are yelling, camera are flashing, she didn't even see where to go. I wonder where is here agent and manager.

I was wondering myself why she does not have a body guard or someone walking with her to these things. Seriously, these guy are out of hand and in her efforts to avoid them (when she is deciding which way to go and they are appearing from every direction) she could get hurt. We have not seen video, but I gurantee that Rob goes through this and even worse. It is just not worth catching a glimpse of them, if it makes them this unhappy. JMO!

This is EXACTLY the point I made above, of the papps making dumbass comments. Beyond that, it is just so disturbing that as she is walking, she gets surrounded on all sides (out of nowhere) by all of these photograhers. What is the point? It is not like Rob is there, or she is doing anything ultra exciting. Again, a premire, party, some fan event but on the street going to work? Just dumb. I am embarrassed to say I actually watched.

Yeah I cannot believe I watched it either, it wasn't even the least bit exciting. Celebs can't even walk somewhere without being followed, which is ridiculous. All she did was walk and say nothing, and yet Paparrazzi get paid for boring footage and pictures. I don't know if I could just ignore them if I were in her shoes. I mean I know I should because they want you to act out against them to get good footage, but I'd seriously want to break their camera's. It would get so annoying to have to always be followed around and have the camera's flash in your face.

It is just scary! Look at the pictures of Rob, there is not ONE where is has even the slightest hing of a smile. He is clearly freaked or annoyed or something, but not a happy camper.

I think everyone needs to relax. He is a human being, a young man- an actor, trying to make a living just like everyone else.

I feel sad that everyone is obsessed with his star power, and his outside shell. I have to admit yes, I find him beautiful, but that is just on the "outside". I do not know his soul, or personality- his character.

I feel for him because of the chaos surrounding him, I am sure it is scarry and excessively overwhelming for him. He most likely would like to make a "true" friend, but how can he be sure the person will like him for him, not just the on screen personality?

So what if he can have any girl, or guy or whatever- that is not the means to happiness. Anyone can have sex or have someone obsess over them-they don't even need to be famous for that.

I just hope that he finds some way, to sift through the chaos of his stardom to be able to recognize who truly cares for him, not for what they can get out of his attention or friendship, but who really cares about his soul. Maybe then he can find true love, well, forget that for now..there is plenty of time for that....for now....he needs to find a "true" friend...and I mean, "true"...

As much as I love hearing news about Rob, it is kind of ridiculous that he can't even leave his house/flat/hotel room without being mobbed. I think it kind of sucks. I mean, we don't really need to see him drinking a coffee, or buying a pair of socks at Sears. It sucks that paparazzi hound him like that. I don't think any amount of money is a fair trade for being stalked during your personal time. Sure, photograph him while he's filming a movie or at an event, but the guy can't go for a coffee without being pecked at by vultures.
Yeah, I look at pap pictures when they're posted on here, but when I look at them I always feel guilty that the person's privacy was completely disregarded to get it.

I keep waiting for the day that he just goes apesh*t on a photographer. It's bad enough that they're in your face with the camera, but they yell some pretty ignorant stuff just trying to get a reaction to catch on film.

This is why I avoid gossip mags and websites. I don't feel that "fame" should mean that you lose ALL privacy and sense of safety.

Paps are nothing more than glorified stalkers. And the worst part is that they often try to instigate their victims, for juicier photos, and then will SUE them after an altercation!! It's utterly ridiculous!

I think there should be better laws to protect celebrities from this kind of behavior. NO ONE should have to live like that.

totally, why don't they have any proper guideline laws yet??? The celebs that wants this should get together and demand for such a law or laws ...

Here's my idea:

All celebs who are sick of paps should get together with a group of lawyers and start slapping paps with restraining orders! If they were to overrun the courts with all these restraining orders, cease and desist orders, etc... then MAYBE those who write the laws will realize that measures need to be taken.

The other plus side of this is that people who are famous for being tabloid trash (Speidi, Paris Hilton, Brandon Davis, and the like) will stop providing the world with upskirt photos and "firecr*tch" type statements and might start actually doing things to enrich society and the minds of impressionable children.

I've noticed that society as a whole seems to be becoming less intelligent and more indulgent. Has anyone seen the movie "Idiocracy"? I wonder if it really could get that bad.

Sure he needs to be careful, but he also needs to be himself. Most of the people women/men out there are crushing on him based on his looks, and personality on screen. The fantasy of Edward, etc....he is a young man- an actor just doing his job, trying to make a living.

I only hope that he finds someone who will love him for him, and not because they are in love with the fantasy. How will he know who likes him for who he is inside, instead of who he is in the media?

I really dont want to brag or something b/c I find this bloggcomment very entertaining. However I dont think that we women want the Edward LOOK and everything that commes with that. I think that we just need more attention and carenes as we give theme back:) We are different than the man, thank God for that, otherwise it would be quit boring.

However I must say that I am very happy with my choosen ”flesh and bone” guy. The first time we met it was awkward, we were just so anoyed with each other presence. That turned than in to curiosity and than in to great love. We had obstacles of being with each other, long story, but he was very traditional and wanted to meet my parents and he introduced me to his family like right away. He showed that he cared, that ment a lot. Even those little things like: I lived in Netherlands for a time and he in Germany like 800 km from me. He used to drive in the middle of the night to Netherlands when he heard I was sad just to stay three hours and than drive back and go to work during the day. He sayes to me that he loves me min 10 time a day and sends 4-5 messages every day when we are both at work with words ”I love you more with every day that goes by”.

Every morning I wake up with the feeling that he is watching me, and when I open my eyes there he is just looking at me with that LOOK since he woke up, you can see what he is thinking and his eyes are melting when I wake up...

What I am trying to say that maybe many of girls never get to experience that but you should never settle down with second best. Other way around dont expect to much b/c movie and the story is a fantasy and frankley I would have been very scared if he looked at me that intensley... I would have kicked his azz:))

Yeah being famous does mean paparazzi and media sh*t but Rob gets more media and paparazzi attention then any other star on the planet. Kristen Stewart doesnt even get that much of the craziness. The other normal famous people get about 5 paparazzi people taking pics of them but have you seen when he's at the airport he gets about 20 paparazzi surrounding him.

I really don't think he had that many fans after Harry Potter.

I'm glad he's not being spotted in NY all the time, dont get me wrong, as much as I love seeing the pics of him, at least in NY he hasnt got paparazzi in his face all the time, in LA he can't really have normal everyday days, cos LA is jst celebrity land lol not normal.
