The economy in Michigan was in the gutter - not a lot of job prospects. Plus his parents live down here. So we've been down here 2 years now. The winters are wonderful here - the coldest it gets is maybe 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Michigan winters are unpredictable - sometimes you can get a lot of snow - and in January/Feb it gets down to like below 10 degrees. After my bf and I finished college, we wanted to relocate.
