New Moon trading cards and Burger King “crown” hats in both Team Edward and Team Jacob guise are among the exclusive schwag that lucky attendees of Comic-Con San Diego have received.
Does this mean we’ll be seeing New Moon stuff at Burger King in November? They do have Star-Trek glasses now, after all.
HiFix has a surprise concerning the first people in the huge line awaiting the New Moon panel Thursday afternoon–at least one has been waiting since Midnight Wednesday morning for Team Jacob, not Robert Pattinson!–
“My nephew was here at midnight saving us a spot,” one pass holder told HitFix adding she was “relieved” no one had beaten them to the prime spot. All the members of the group are first timers and the number one reason they are waiting in line all night for a presentation that doesn’t begin until 1:45 PM the following day? No, not a chance to see rising superstar Robert Pattinson, but his co-star; Taylor Lautner.
“They all hate me for it, but I’m Team Jacob,” a teenage member of the crew said.
UPDATE: MTV Confirms that the Burger King crowns will appear in a restaurant near you. Burger King will have product placement in the film, with human characters eating Burger King food in New Moon.

Yeah, I've wondered that myself…Their way of presenting the women vamps in Twilight as “beautiful” was, it seems, just to slather as much make-up on them as possible. I think that's why a lot of folks think Nikki and Ashley look better in real life than in the movie….they're not so overdone.

Well … ok. I was actually just replying to people in general, but you comment was one of the ones that caught my eye. I was just pointing out that I respectfully disagree, which I still do. haha
I see what you are saying about Bella being all depressed and stuff for NM. But it is a movie poster, it is supposed to be enticing and grab your attention. And I love the vibrant, warm colors for this film. I think that the browns and warm tones convey that New Moon is more focused on the introduction of the werewolves and Jacob. Because he is the epitome of warmth.
I also don't think that the whole movie has to be BLUE to convey Bella's sadness and depression. The few pictures I have seen of Bella during this time in the movie, I have been impressed by her overall demeanor. I feel she is doing a great job showing her sadness and loss.
But we all have different opinions. That makes us who we are so we can debate. LOL
Yep, 95% of the fights on here are playful and between people who know and respect each other, like Pimsy and Scarlet for example *whispers* and get this once I even heard Scarlet say that Jacob is her favorite character in the book.

Ever since I read the saga and really got back into reading (darn fanfics) and being on this site all of the time I hardly watch tv either. I do have to stop and watch the occasional “The Office” re-run though just to get my laugh on! My husband noticed the huge difference in my tv watching and has taken full advantage of it by taking over with watching the Cardinals play and constent ESPN!
