As a photographer I have got to say that it is very obvious it has been Photoshopped and looks like it has been a bit animated. But the angle and position are great.

The B&W one as I looked closer it looks like it was Photoshopped a lil but I like it better mostly because it is B&W and more realistic. His positioning is good but I'm not too crazy on the background
