REVIEW:When Stephenie Meyer chose a location for the Twilight Saga, it was a somewhat random choice based on the the rainest place in the USA for her sun-averse vampires. The town chosen was a somewhat fictionalized version of Forks, WA and that tiny decision has led to a huge boon for the real Forks, WA–once a sleepy logging community that, due to the success of the books, is now in the spotlight as the destination of choice for Twilight tourists wanting to get a closer look at the mythical land of vampires and werewolves.

Twilight Tours gathers all the details on Forks and the surrounding areas , quickly becoming the definitive guide for the area. It works as both a coffee table book and travel guide, invaluable for both those planning a visit and evocatively descriptive for those who can’t make the journey. Author George Beahm writes in a casual, friendly tone that shares his wonder in experiencing Forks for the first time, yet offers an abundance of well-researched facts that ensures even a Forks veteran will learn soemthing new.
