Thank goodness Twilight wasn't made in the 80's!!!!
On a serious note, all the actors and actresses they showed are getting alot older nowadays. And back then, they were really living in their time in the spotlight. Young and hip. It just makes me think of Rob and the rest of the cast. What will they be doing in twenty years?

I was born in the late 80's.. I don't even know who these people are. Thank God it wasn't! =)

All I have to say to this is: THANK GOD it wasn't made in the 80's ;)

This is kind of odd.. but I think it would look quite different if it was made around the time period of Alfred Hitchcock. I think he would be a fab director for Twilight - You know all the suspence. Think of the Eclipse movie.. it would be STUNNING! That would be my "dream" director for Twilight. yeah yeah that probably sounds weird...

River was a good choice for edward and Lou as jacob. I would hve to replace rob lowe wit patrick swayze as emmit. Tom was a great choice for charlie and michell as rose as well. I hated the idea of jeniffer grey as bella and sadley cant think of any one to replace her at the moment. I would have chose winnoa ryder as alice and maby emilo as jasper. as for carlise and esme since this is the 80's how about young mel gibson and lori louglin (rebecca from full house). billy black would have to be graham green

Is Craig Sheffer the guy who plays Keith in One Tree Hill? And besides, I cant see him as dark and brooding. I much prefer Patrick Swaze or Matt Dillon as Edward, or even Luke Perry(even though he's a 90s star)

About the closest was Ally for Alice and River as Edward would have been awesome!! But not most of the rest.

River Phoenix would have been a very dazzling and delicious Edward. That man has always made my heart beat faster. Back in the day I would have done anything to be any of the women in A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon. So sad he's gone!!! Also, it was nice to see a truly beautiful Rosalie :)

I was born in '80 and am not sure if Twilight would have caught my eye back then either. And I am with you on the fact that Rob is the only one I would ever do justice to the role of Edward.
