Ok, if you love romance novels, I am telling you, you will love this. It takes a couple of chapters to get really good, but trust me you will get hooked. The back ground stories of Bella and Edward are really great as well. Just stick with it.

There should be stricter laws on paparazzi filming people, period, in my opinion. Privacy laws should be enforced.

On the other hand, people need to be careful. If they want to do things that are illegal, they might want to be inside, with the shades pulled down, especially if they are in the position to think that paps might be watching. Right or wrong, it is still illegal to drink under 21 in California.

When is it legal to drink alcohol in the USA? Anyway, I don't think it helps. It would be hard to find a 19 year old who has never tasted alcohol. It's legal to drink here from 18, but I have been sipping some drinks since 14 on some occasions and never been drunk, a few times a little dizzy. It's all about moderation and tasting the drink, not getting drunk.
How is it that in many countries a 16 year old is considered smart enough to drive, but not smart enough to drink?

When you go on the new "World of Twilight" website, under videos....It comes up with a pic of the NM trailer with the actual trailer below. But if you change tabs to the Twilight videos, you see a bunch of clips from the first movie. Seeing the two back to back was startling. NM looks so, so much better. I can't wait!

I got an e-mail saying Rob was spotted at the B Bar in NoHo at 11 PM. I happened to be three blocks down at the Bowery Poetry Club waiting for a friend. When I got the posting I had her meet me there instead. It took me less than 10 minutes to walk the three blocks and he wasn't there.

We stayed for an hour then left for the next bar. NO ROB SIGHTINGS! We had fun but POSER POSTERS SHOULD BE SHOT.

Okay, off to the beach now. I like to look nice and bronzey next to milky white skin.

the most important point is that the twilight saga consits of 4 books... they can't finish after eclipse! the whole world knows there are 4 parts and many questions get answered in breaking dawn..

Does anyone else find it really annoying that they put Dakota Fanning after Bella, Edward and Jacob? I don't mind her being near the top but she is quite a minor part, and Michael Sheen is a much bigger actor than her yet he's still at the bottom. I love Dakota as Jane but I really think they should put the big characters first, not the big names.

It's just an imaginative fantasy. Fun to think about but not examine too closely. If you think about it too hard you might realize that physiologically Edward also could not possibly consumate his marriage with Bella without "working organs" (or blood pummping thru his veins)

In the book, it says that Bella can have a baby and not Rosalie because Bella's body is able to change, since she is human, in order to carry a child, whereas Rosalie is essentially set in stone and wouldn't be able to undergo the gestation process.

Well now we have the official "confirmation" that there will be a "Breaking Dawn" althought we heard from Rob and Ashley, but you know, the studio is the studio so, I´m very happy to see it coming, that will certainly close the circle, but I´m still guessing how will the manage to portray in images all that gore delivery and so on...I have no doubt the easier part for Rob and Kristen will be Esme island...mmmm....

I hope it isn't as ridiculous as the book...

Up the top of this page you should be able to see a 'Release Date' link. UK release is Nov 20 and although it doesn't say there I read somewhere else that Nov 27 was release date for Ireland.

The whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth...I don't think Rachelle knew she was being let go to be honest and think Summit could have handled the situation better. Whether she told them or not about the other movie is another story and one we will never know but I do think that summit could have handled it more professionally by explaining why Rachelle was being replaced rather than just an announcement saying 'here's Bryce the new Victoria.

I think that Summit's communication department should have issued a better statement that explained the situation when they announced Bryce and it may have prevented the hate and uproar that occurred-maybe even a joint statement Obviously there is bad blood hence the statements being released as they were.

I just don't see that they are likeable or dislikeable. They are a business. All movies want to make money.

I read the statements by both parties, and I am not biast at all. Summit were quite plain, Rachelle could play Victoria on the dates assigned but she is not available. She has stated that she asked Summit to rearrange their filming schedule in order for her to do both. She wasn't willing to let go of the Dustin Hoffman movie to do Eclipse.

The decision to recast would have been the producers but also the director, David Slade. In fact the recast would have probably been something he instigated let alone condoned. I trust him to do the right thing by a movie he will be judged on. Rachelle is not important enough to redo all the permits, crew fixtures (think about all the catering, make up, trailers, etc booked for the time on location) and so they said "go make your movie, we'll replace you"

the schedule is not set in stone and when they signed Cam for twilight they worked around his schedule. Its 10 days out of 3 months of filming so yes I personally think is a load of boll*cks from their perspective that they won't work around it. I agree that they was scheduling conflict but I don't agree with them saying they had no idea about the film till the last minute when half the flipping world knew about it from IMDB. It's probably because quil doesn't turn into a wolf until eclipse so they think that he isn't "an important character" in new moon. He would be considered to be like Charlie or Billy. :)

I don't know how they could think that Charlie isnt important. Allot goes on with him but I guess it depends on what they left in the script and what they took out.

It's because he isn't in a lot of scenes and although he is an important person in the storyline he isn't as important as people like edward and the wolf pack which are like supporting characters. That's how I took it.

I love the new look they gave everyone compared to the Twilight look. Did anyone notice how red they made Rachelle Lefevre's hair? I love it. You can real see how it would look like a flame on the water absolutly beautiful and I also noticed Bella's hair has alot more red in it. Esme is drop dead gorgeous (no pun intended). The coloring for the whole movie is just going to be unbelievable! Did you see the color definition on the movie photos? Chris Weitz is amazing and sure seems to know what he's doing! I am getting more and more excited each day!

I have always been impressed with Chris Weitz's work and haven't been disappointed yet. He always had an eye for visuals. I do love teh whole new coloring concept you can clearly see how he warmed it up compared to the cool palletes of Twilight. It does fit well with his conception of a Victorian romance.

Yea I saw them!, its honestly amazing how just by changing the coloring scheme of a movie it makes such a difference man this just makes me sooo much more anxious for November!

I def. agree Esme looks absolutely stunning and idk maybe its the makeup thats a lot more vibrant or the hair, but she looks so much more like a vampire compared to Twilight. I think theirs been a major improvement on makeup in New Moon compared to Twilight! =]

I have 13 year olds so it is even worse/better depending on how you look at it! LOL I have posters up and wallpaper on my computer. They bring me stuff all the time too! I am like... They make such a big deal about hating Twilight and Edward being gay and wearing lipstick and yada yada yada. reality" also and isn't afraid to share it with others. ;o) I teacher 8/9
year olds, so a lot of them hear about it from older siblings or even
parents. Last school year I had a couple of my higher level readers reading
the books (don't agree that BD was for them, but who am I to say anything
and then get yelled at by a parent). I was so afraid that they would spoil
the endings of the books for me before I had a chance to get through the
whole series. How sad is that? Gotta love it too when it's spirit day and
teachers are allowed to dress like the students. Three of my fellow
colleagues and I all went out to buy Twilight shirts and the students went
gaga over them. Yep, gotta love that higher education that takes place
beyond the textbook! LOL

I didn't have time to go and get mine so I felt left out all day! :( We are going to do it again this year though (Nov. 20th to be exact!!) haha I begged everyone not to give me any spoilers too! I had one weird thing when I was finishing Eclipse happen. I was walking by my friends classroom and she was
talking to a girl and I heard her shout, "I know! I can't believe she is pregnant!" I stopped for a second and was like What?!?! Then I thought... no way that could be true... so I just assumed they were talking about something else! They weren't, they were talking about BD. I am so glad that I didn't believe them or I would have been ticked!

I know exactly what you mean about the book almost being spoiled. I feel that NM was for me. I finished reading Twilight and was telling a friend/colleague that I was reading the book, and she said, "Oh, are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?" my other friend piped in, "She hasn't gotten that far yet." That right there let me know that something was going to happen in NM. Of course I didn't know that Jake would turn out to be a wolf, but I did know that something would be happening with his character. I was pretty bummed. When I was reading BD I had my suspicions before Nessie was born that Jake would imprint with her. I said absolutely nothing to anyone about my thoughts because I knew the look on their face would give it away either way. So basically, if we keep our mouths shut and wear earplugs to drown out other conversations we should be fine from any spoilers. ;o)

haha! surprisingly some people's reactions to the books aren't as strong as others. My one friend really liked them but is not obsessed at all. I think it's b/c she saw the movie first. I think that takes away from the experience. When I read the series, I knew nothing about it (just somehow vampires were involved)

Well, disques i has been all messed up so you are just now getting replies either because I replied by e-mail a couple of days ago and disques just posted it, or I just got the e-mail notification about it and am just now replying!! haha Cool! Duet is on!! ;) I know, I guess some of us just fell a little harder in love with the books than others! I read Twilight, then watched the movie that night (on DVD) then read the other three immediately after that.

I watched Twilight after finishing Breaking Dawn. Did you picture the actors as the characters as you read the rest of the books? When I'm reading now, I sometimes do and sometimes don't. Mostly I do with just Bella/Edward/Jacob. Everyone else is still kind of my imagination or a mixture of my imagination/actors.

Um... I had scene a poster of Bella and Edward from the movie before I read the book so I sort of had them in mind while reading. I had a totally different Jacob in my head. Even now for some reason, after seeing Taylor like a million times, I have a different Jacob in my head. It is now like a perfect image or a certain actor, just different, I guess a lot bigger. I pictured Rosalie a lot different. Ashely personifies Alice for me well. I pictured Emmett a little bulkier too, I still see Kellan's face though! Jasper...I see Jackson as Jasper.Charile is perfect!
