This weekend - my bf and I are going to Orlando for a graduation ceremony and then to go to Universal - Islands of Adventure park. Yay!

but I will probably start packing my suit cases and cleaning out the coolers for my trip! Only 21 days to get ready (well.. really.. about 8 lol. work the rest of them)

I stopped abruptly at a red light .. he was a good distance behind me... instead of stopping he accidently sped up (the forward pedal on our mowers is where the break pedal is in a car) and his mower is the fastest mower of our crew (its new and can go 30 km / hr... 18.75 mph) so he hit me pretty hard. his machine was damaged. We have minor fender benders all the time and rear end each other a lot...  this was the only "serious" one where someone was injured. LAME! lol.
Another co-worker accidently weed whacked some doggy doo, and it got ALL over his coveralls. he stunk so bad and had poop stains for a week! ewww

I'm going to live to 100? Wow....maybe; I quit a year ago. But then Rob goes and makes it all look sexy. D@mn him.

I was riding that sort of machine and got hit by that sort of machine.I work for the city, I cut grass in parks and on the main roads and such. lol, it is very urban (not as urban as most American cities... but over 1 million people). lol....You quit what? partying??? lol come on! we have to celebrate your birthday here!

Yeah - quitting smoke sucked!! But after a few months I was alright with it. I was very happy when I reached my one year date. =)

Did you quit cold turkey? sorry if I am prying. Lol, I feel proud for you! haha.I don't smoke.. but I worked with 3 boys who did for 2 weeks.. by the end of the two weeks I craved the 2nd hand smoke as much as they wanted to cigarettes. Lol I was irritable the week after I moved to my new crew. haha

No need to worry about prying - my doctor put me on medication because I knew I had tried quitting unsuccessfully before. So I was probably on meds for a month and then stopped taking them b/c I didn't really feel like they were doing a whole lot. It's funny, I remember waking up on the day I planned to quit and I threw my cigarettes in the garbage and was like "I'm done!!!" Never picked up a cigarette since. I went on a trip to Vegas with friends that all smoked a few months into my quitting and still didn't smoke. It's a shitty habit...and hard to kick......that's why I sympathize with smokers but at the same time want to have a heart to heart with them and tell them to please stop.

Haha, good for you!!! I can imagine how hard it is... It is such a dominant part of your day when you smoke.. so you didn't move onto something else? (like regular gum.. or chewing your nails..etc) to entertain your mouth? lol.

Thanks - I think the first month or so, I would snack a lot more......but then that went away. I joined a gym and got into taking group workout classes which I think helped take my mind off smoking. I think I might have started to chew regular gum a bit more but nothing major. I'm so glad I kicked that habit because it's definitely something I didn't want to be a part of my life.

Wow, cigarettes are cheap down there!!!I guess because healthcare is part of our taxes, they want to cut down the effect of cigarettes on our healthcare system, where in the states.. they make a profit off of it.Sounds horrible, but logical :(
Um this weekend.. I ended up going to my parents cabin for the first time since they bought it (a month and a half ago).. I work on Sundays and its so expensive to go up! other then that... not much. haha.

yup - the states tax cigarettes to make money off the smokers.
 
Park was fun yesterday - it was a little hot but I was mentally prepared for it. Then it stormed while we ate lunch for over an hour. The roller coasters were sweet but lines+people gets irritating.

Yeah, its right by the lake. But we never went to our lake.. instead we drove onto a little island and went to the water for maybe 10 minutes? lolThe weather was okay. wasn;t very cold, but it wasn't boiling hot.It was nice :)

uhm....I guess they don't tax it that much.....$5 US...would be about $5.40 Canadian....but that's still a lot less.
 
Temperature here was probably 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I can't wait until like October. It will cool down to normal human temperatures.
