Ashley Greene Talks to MTV About Filming in Italy

MTV interviewed New Moon-er Ashley Greene while at the Teen Choice awards on Sunday evening. She was very excited to be nominated, on her own, for Fresh Face Female (in which she did win!) -

“[The only thing I've been nominated for until now] is just ensemble,” Greene said. “Oh my gosh, it’s so cool. I got the phone call, and I was like, ‘Are you serious?’ It’s exciting.”

Ashley also talked about filming in Italy, and how crazy it was with all the fans and extras around!

“We were in Italy for those four or five days, and it was nutty,” Greene remembered of the shoot, which director Chris Weitz has said had a Twilighter in virtually every spot that wasn’t on camera, watching them film. “The amount of people that were in this tiny little town, it took 45 minutes to go, like, 5 feet.”

    UCH! just saw the teaser .. am i allowed to say im dissappointed. Its such a team Jacob teaser... like so pro Taycob.
    Sure the lighting looks great, Rob looks great, Kristen looks great, Taylor looks ok (i say this due to the hair) but... i just didnt feel the need to SCREAM as i usually do.
    Well... to conclude, i am disappointed im not sure why, but i do think that it makes what coming up look bloody brilliant. you can 100% tell that NM with be better than Twilight

    I don't really see why ppl think less of her. She's of age. And she's gorgeous. And she's always one of the friendliest Twi stars to fans and actually cleans up to go out in public, unlike some of our other Twi stars. (*Looks around* Don't throw things at me.     Congrats to Ashley and all the Twilight cast! She is such a beautiful young woman inside and out! I have to say what Perez Hilton did was dispicable to say the least, the man has no shame! What I want to know is "how" he was able to get those pictures, and what was the person thinking who "sold" those pictures to PH! Shame on them also! I have not seen them nor do I need to see them, unfortunately, this is what Gossip Rags love to do for a living! Shame on him! He is the one who should feel ashamed, and hopefully Ashley can put this incident behind her. We, her fans will always love her!
