Well of topic but I just rented Adventureland with kstew and I loved it! It reminded me of the teen movies I grew up with in the 80's. I love her so much. The points are if you posted a comment that someone liked and the hit the "like" button beside the comment. Used to be that you could look to see which comments received the points, but now with the new Disqus format I don't think you can.

I have yet to figure it out but that is wrong. Because I have 57 points and only 39 like so that doesn't make sense.

I believe the "like" is what you yourself have clicked on for other people but the points are what other people have clicked on for you. My points match up from before when they changed it over, and earlier tonight I clicked on a "like" for someone and my "like" number increased by one. Hope that made sense. ;o)

I agree completely with you about how they answer the same thing because they're asked the same questions. I mean good grief, how many interviews have we seen where we heard the question and could honestly answer it ourselves because we've heard it so much?

If we get tired of it, imagine how they feel having to stand there calmly and politely answering it, almost as if that's the first time that they've ever answered that question. I would get so tired of it! Pretty soon they need to just start holding up a sign that says "Refer to Interview 42 to hear the answer to this question."

I mean, yes, we know how the books end, but they do change some things here and there in the movie, and those actors are under contract to not answer certain questions or leak certain information. If they do then they are charged a mighty hefty fine.

Even answering a simple question like "How long is the movie?" like Edi was asked on his interview that was posted yesterday, answering that question leads to speculation about why the movie is so short...what did they cut out? or so long...what did they add?

Too many answers and info. that can't be given right now. If I was in their place I'm sure I'd blow it somewhere along the way by saying to much, so they might as well just fine me the day that we finish wrapping the last scene. :o)

Dear Twigods,

I have been very sad lately because Rob Pattinson seems to have disappeard off the face of the earth. I love waking up in the morning and seeing his beautiful face on NM.org and EM.org, but lately all I have seen is old photos of him from Comic Con and Interviews from the set of Twilight. I have made a list of promises that I will vow to keep if only you would please bring him out of hiding and show that beautiful face and body to the world once more.

1. I vow to never complain about pictures of him looking down at the floor and/or his feet.I would rather see the top of his head than not see him at all

2. I swear I will try to limit my dirty comments to a minimum and refrain from using the words Jizz,man meat, crotch shots etc.

3. I will retire my pocket vibrating Edward Cullen doll (atleast until the leg hitch scene in Eclipse) a girl can only be SO strong

4. I will be very nice to all wolf girls and never make fun of them again when they complain about the lack of Taylor/Wolfback news

5. I will try not to make fun of BooBoo Stewarts name......outloud.

and finally 6. I promise to read my Twilight books over and over again until Rob Reappears (this was the easiest promise to make)

Me too :) I'm trying not to be biased but his kiss was so much hotter than anything "cold fish" Edward did...even in BD and that lame honeymoon part (sorry, I've read way too many decent romance love scenes to think that was anything special) She needed a little shaking up and that's one of many reasons I love Jake.

Eclipse kiss!!! No kidding!!! The way she described it... Best part is when he kissed her again after it ended, so sweet and tenderly, telling her "That should have been our first kiss." *sigh*

Honestly... and nothing to do with who I like better... but their kiss WAS the hottest thing in the book. LOL It was much more passionate in description.. even when Bella could kiss Edward properly, it wasn't described in a passionate way. The only thing they did that was similar was the leg-hitch. And it wasn't the kiss that sounded all that exciting, it was just the movement there.

Anyway, if you're a J/B fic reader.. have you read any by Stretch? I would 100% recommend reading her stuff... she has a way with words. A lot of them are sweet, poignant, hot (but without going overboard), sometimes a little heartbreaking, but most of her stuff is J/B. One of my new favorites. Her ratings vary, too - some K+, M, and T. She wrote quite a few one page ones that I've really enjoyed, and I usually avoid those cause I want longer stories. haha.



She wrote one called Toy Soldiers.. it's incredibly short - 3 paragraphs or so - but damn, it packs a punch and it's kind of heartbreaking. It's after Jake imprints (though she's not actually IN it thankfully). I'll leave it at that, but if you haven't read any of her stories, I'd say go to it. ;)

Well, yeah, I was talking about the books. :) When I read them, the J/B seemed much more passionate than E/B. But as we know, the visual will pack a punch in the movie. I have no doubt the E/B kisses will be sexy ;) Rob and Kristen have some serious chemistry (and probably practice haha) though I don't doubt Taylor and Kristen will have some really good chemistry and have a hot kiss in Eclipse, too. :)

Me too! I know many are not happy with the changes. Also, some, myself in included, wrote to Disqus and told them about some of the problems that are being encountered. They wrote back requesting more information, which I provided to them, so hopefully they will take not and fix it quickly. I honestly wish they would just put it back to how it was before.

Ya know....That's what I absolutely loved about Edward and Bella relationship....It is such an INTENSE kind of love....A VERY,VERY passionate, deep connection.......It was so heart wrenching when he left her...because you KNEW he didn't want to do it......It was killing him inside TO do it...........and then her utter despair at he departure.......UGH! It just killed me!!!! It makes me cry EVERY time I read it!! Their love is sooooooo serious and intense.......

Bella and Jacob is more light hearted! It's fun....it's nurturing....it's playful.....It's like Bella says in New Moon: Jacob is a ray of light...a warmth that draws everyone in.....It's easy.....Simple.....But even with having ALL of those qualities....He doesn't come CLOSE at all to the intensity of her love for Edward.......and I'm sure that's what just kills her inside.....

There is no rhyme or reason to who we fall in love with......We just go about our lives and then: BAM! In comes this person that alters your very being and you just know in your soul that from that moment on: NOBODY else will ever matter to you again in that way.....

I agree, I totally feel Bella's despair whenever I read NM. The first time I ever read the breakup scene I literally cried for like hours. My 8 year old was like "Mommy why do you read books that make you cry?"
Also one of my favorite quotes in the whole series is when Edward says to Bella:

I think KStew doesn't quite understand E/B and their relationship, strange? eh there's plenty of moments where they are having fun, are playful, carefree and generally happy around each other( like she says about J/B). We haven't seen any of it in the first movie, too much emo and angst from the duo, mainly KStew ( but she's like that in most of her movies and in real life). Has she even smiled for Edward once in the movie like Bella smiled a lot in the book? no... I disagree( to some extent) with her interpretation of Bella and E/B.

I just read New Moon again over the weekend to refresh my memory on some things. I cannot wait to see so many different scenes translated to film. It is such a sad, depressing book. And, even though I am Team Edward all the way, you can't help, but feel so bad for Jacob throughout the entire book. Especially the Epilogue at the end where he confronts Edward and Bella in the woods. That just breaks my heart.

I am going to be a basket case at this movie. Cannot wait to see it, and the performances of Robstenor!!

Ok, So Team Taycob fans please dont attack me but... Taylor always seems to give the same answers at every interview. He either talks about his 30lb weight gain (we get it Taylor!) or about how New Moon is "More Complex than Twilight" or how "Jacob saves Bella from her depression".
I just wish he would switch it up a bit and say something new. Again dont jump down my throat, I think the kid is freakin ADORABLE!! I just think he starting to sound a little redundant, PLEASE....give us something else.

I have always thought that all three of them are like that...And please don't hate me but I DON"T think Kristen portrayed Bella well at all!! There are so many different sides of Bella and I didn't see her do any of them!! Bella was shy, quiet but she also was funny,sarcasrtic,she cried a lot and her temper (remember when she gets mad she crys) I think that she had one face the whole movie and I didn't see any excitement at all. She was boring. To my defense I watched the movie before I even new about the books. Within the first ten minutes of the movie I told the girls I was with that she was not a good actress and then I READ the books and OMG she really isn't Bella!!!

Aw. Well. It's a good show. Basically they interview people and it's normally for LONG periods...talk about their childhood, how they got into acting, their influences...everything basically. There's been a couple of really awesome ones, like Robin Williams and Will Smith. At the end James Lipton, the interviewer, asks the same questions, like...what's your favorite word, what other job would you like...that kind of stuff. I think Taylor would do amazingly at it.

And in another compltely unrelated topic...I completely back you up on I don't understand why Kristen is SO awkward when being interviewed. I'm not saying she's on drugs, because obviously I don't know, but she DEFINATELY comes off that way.

I'm not saying her answers aren't great or heart felt but she mumbles and twitches like she has tourettes most of the time and it becomes annoying to watch her do an interview when she is like that. Personally I think it just very rare that she gives an interview where she isn't shaking and.... her drug use is known...I just think she should ease off it!

it is actually possible that she might have tourettes. usually her twitchiness doesn't bother me, but dang at the SDCC I wanted to twitch out of my seat just watching her. argh! and I realize that could have totally been from a night of shooting Runaways and then going to the Comic-Con. They are comparing the professionalism of Dakota versus Kristen's lack thereof. Meaning: Dakota acts like a true professional, very classy and mature for her age. If Kristen cannot do this, then she should "act" like she can!

If you don't want people treating you like you are stupid, then please stop giving stupid, poorly thought out answers. Saying negative things about Kristen is in no way, shape, or form "dissing" the book. I think that if anything, KRISTEN is the one "dissing" the book, or at least the author, film makers, etc, by appearing high or stoned during interviews and conventions when she is supposed to be representing the Twilight franchise. Yes, Kristen has recently been thrust into the limelight and may be having difficulties in dealing with the fame. That is understandable. If she is uncomfortable with speaking with the press, then she should put on her acting cap and "act" like she's enjoying the interviews. About her twitching... that is very questionable behavior. Maybe you haven't had enough experience in seeing others tweeking. But once you have, then you too would question it.

About Dakota & Kristen not being in the same class, you are correct. Dakota is much more professional and has had considerably more press pushing for an interview at a much younger age. Now about Kristen being the reason why Twilight was made? That is an udder insult to the author. The movie was made because of the magnitude of the story. The studio did not create a project just to feature Kristen. Hate to burst your bubble but there are hundreds of people who could have played Bella. BTW - I've been on stage since age 6 and I still get stage fright but being a performer, I overcome and perform since the show must go on. I still use those same skills when I'm on a sales call with Jaba the Hut looking business owner that's getting a little to frisky. I put on my acting cap so that I can deal with then and get the business. That is what a professional does.

I totally agree with you. I hate that everyone goes on and on like "omg shes aso awkward" and "she's so high and always on crack"! I mean seriously just b/c your an amazing actor doesnt mean your completely outgoing and comfortable in the media spotlight. Like you said she is only 19! And I think her interviews are the most interesting out of the whole cast, she is really insightful and takes her part as Bella really seriously. And that the same with every project shes done.

Re Kristen - she has been in the public eye from such a young age. Ashley can hold her own and she was just thrown into the lime light with Twilight. I just find Kristen interview skills painful to watch most of the time....the only time I found her easy to watch was the EW interview and she actually looked and sounded normal!

I think his answers are the same because people are only asking the same questions, over and over again. Maybe the interviewers should do their homework and then we could get some new insight.

I, agree with you about the "same answers" thing. But if reporters are always asking the same questions they will always get the same answers and so will we.

I absolutely love Taylor.. he's energetic, positive, genuine, and friendly.. but I'm gonna have to agree with you on the repetetive comments. I don't know if this is all he is ALLOWED to say, or if he's just having trouble thining fast.. either way, though he's beautiful and I love his enthusiastic nature. How many different ways can you answer the SAME question from every publication/broadcast company.......there are so many of these interviews so we will always get the same info....unless someone from these companies gets creative and asks a DIFFERENT question.......however, they may have tried different questions and are told "We can't comment on that".....

Actually Rob didn't give any interviews latelly. They are just quoting what he said at a press conference at Comic Con and at the panel. Besides that he didn't speak to the press or give any interviews. They don't have any NEW material from him to put in the articles.
Taylor speaks properly but also does Rob...I don't get "at least" part.
They should ask Taylor different quetsions, but to be fair on Comic Con couple of times he himself initiated the course of the conversation when he said he is naked in the rain and pointing out his nakedness in NM. Actually she wasn't right because Rob didn't give any interviews. They are quoting what he said on Comic Con and that is all. There aren't any new interviews with him now. Even on Comic Con couple of times he said that Taylor and Kris can explain something better and he was trying to put attention to them.
Also Rob speaks properly and people can understand him.

No, I meant we already know a lot about every actor that comes across. And Taylor is a 17 year old kid, he didn't live long enough for there to be a lot to know about him. His age is his disadvantage, because there's a lot of 20 somethng and 30 something fans that can't be intrigued by a 17 year old.
It also all depends how they answer the questions, what you want from the answers....what you personally like.
It isn't "everyone", now you are biased because you only see that. Mostly wolf pack people are those twilight fans that don't care for Rob or feel there's too much of him. Actually it depends where you look, somewhere they're sick of Rob,or Kristen or Taylor already it all depends where you go and what you read. On EW site most were very negative about Taylor when the cover came out, I didn't think it was justified (the negativity I mean) but there you go, and he even isn't in the spot light that long, on NoYouDidn't or something similar blog spot they hate everything Twilight, though their hate is based on Twilight fans and how they're portrayed in the media as bunch of crazy people. Though that site is hateful in general. A lot of people are sick of Twilight and they're annoyed with NM promo because they just hate it and Robert wasn't involved in NM promo. So it all depends.....I read a lot of different twilight fan sites or sites that aren't twi related and on all of them in comments they ask for Rob, also I noticed people are missing Rob a lot, and it's normal. In most comunities they miss him and want his interviews. Look at this one for example most aren't 'sick' of him and big majority want's his pics or news or something new about him, they ask about him in threads about other people.
People beg for his pics or news or what ever, thought there's no use for it because no one can magically create news or pics when trhere aren't any...When we'll get them, I don't know...I don't question that there aren't any now. In time we'll get them. I'm even glad there isn't that much about him now, I'm glad that paps can't get to him...even though I miss him, I have DVD's with his movies and I can watch him when I want lol.
When he returns it will be sweeter in a way.
I don't mind or question that they're promoting Jake and Bella's relationship to the readers and movie audience.

the reason there aren't any rob interviews is because the people at summit wanna promote jacob/bella's friendship which is the basis, the foundation for 2nd book. plus i think rob is suffering from over exposure and thats probably why he's not being showcased more. and to be honest i think he's quite happier now that the weight of the movie is off him for once, he said so himself. we already know everything there is to know about him. and dont worry, rob will come back next year.
i also read summit fired their head of publicity and hired someone else. if thats true, then thats why no pap pics, or set pics yet, and no rob stuff.

You are on the money on this one. It must be very difficult to answer the same/similar questions so many times to the point that it is almost becomes second nature to them saying the same things. It could also be because that is all Summit allows them to say to the public? From all the little interviews I have seen so far, I feel as though when Taylor speaks there is a clear picture being painted, and with the enthusiasm he gives each time you can't help but really get excited about the movie. He hardly mumbles or has to think too hard for what to say. He seems very prepared, which could easily be from all the interviews and the same questions being asked frequently. I mean, you can't really change your answer if what you said the first time is the actual truth. I also think Rob is not so forward in this one because he wants to maybe shed some of the spotlight onto Taylor and Kristen because they are the main characters in New Moon, and Edward, although he is Bella's object of desire therefore a principal character, is more of a supporting role. I don't know, just a few thoughts I wanted to share before I go to bed.

Has anybody notice that Kristen Stewart hasn't been doing alot of interviews? Maybe she likes be known but not really talk that much to the media. I seen hear in the Twilight Magazines doing short interviews. That's how I found out about her new movie Welcome to the Rileys.

As much as I'm all for Kristen protecting him, and I'm sure she'll do a kick-ass job, I really want Taylor to stand up for himself. I think Taylor with a little attitude would be a VERY hot thing to see. Just like he puts some of who he is in (happy)Jacob, I'd like him to learn from Jacob in turn. Jacob would definitely stand up for himself. He does what he has to do but only on HIS terms. I think Taylor could benefit from that.

Emailing them might be a good idea cuz Lord knows they don't know what they're doing and fan perspective would probably help. However, I might not be the best person for that task bcuz I'm liable to come across as lecturing or, possibly, insulting when I think of all the wasted interview opportunities that have passed thus far. If you have their contact, maybe you could email them and just tell them what you, as a fan, want to hear. You can reference what I wrote, I won't mind. The most important thing is that the interviews stop sucking! lol

Thank you. I was just about to point that out. His answers can't change when they keep asking him the same questions, over and over. I'm sure he's as tired of sounding redundant as we are of hearing it. If the interviewers would be more original with their questions then he could really switch up his answers but I think they put so much emphasis on Jacob's physicality that it almost sends the message that the REAL lovestory is between Bella and Edward so they'll just save those questions for them, next time around (Eclipse), which isn't fair or accurate because the friendship/emotions between Bella and Jake are critical to the series as well. Plus, Jake is ridiculously in love with her, even if it is one-sided, so I'm pretty sure they could ask Taylor stuff about Jacob's growing feelings for Bella, how he feels when she leaves him in the end, and get some really thoughtful, emotionally sound answers.

When he told the fans to stop asking him to growl at Comic Con, he should've told the media to stop asking him about his body. If it were Kristen or Rob, you know they would make it clear that they don't want to answer those questions anymore. Maybe Kristen, since she's his self-appointed protector, should put the reporters in their place and tell them, since they don't seem to know, that Jacob is a very complicated character and there's a whole lot more to him than his hot bod!

He's about to go through some serious suffering, which started in NM itself, so that's really what they should be asking him bcuz, obviously, there wasn't that much to Jacob in Twilight. Just like Kristen talked about bawling her eyes out while preparing for the break-up scene, they should ask Taylor how he's dealing with wounded Jacob and how he's preparing for the increasing emotions and mental trauma that Jacob is going to go through in Eclipse and beyond. THAT is what I want to know. I already know Taylor is hot: I knew that before Twilight. I want him to develop as an actor so I want to hear the important aspects of Jacob's character, the things the fans love about him, not just Jacob's physicality, Taylor's workout and his bloody diet!

Taylor is not in the front because he is eloquent, which I don't think he is. He is just confident for now. He is in front because they are all promoting him. If you noticed Rob didn't give any interviews, everything the press is printing right now came from CC panel and press conference.

Aghhhh!!! I am new here and have just spent the past week trying to work out how to navigate around New Moon Eclipse and now this new moon site is different!! Has this gone back to how it used to be (how you all would prefer) or is this the new style??

On another note...can anyone enlighten me as I am somewhat confused....there seems to be shots of Jacob and Bella kissing in new moon, why??

In my opinion one of the major scenes in eclipse is when they are out in the field waiting for Victoria'a army to come and get Bella. The whole passionate Jacob and Bella scene when Edward gives them some space just WONT BE THE SAME if they have been kissing in New Moon. They should have dragged it on....its part of the story, wondering if it will happen, if Jacob will crack and kiss Bella.

I am really sad they have done this!!

I don`t think they actually kiss... I think they get interrupted in their attempt..
SPOILER --That was at least the case when I read the so called script for NM. Dont know if that`s the fact, but I hope it is.. :)

Don't get me wrong, I love the girl. But there were quite a few times as I was reading the series that I had to roll my eyes at her 'i can't live without him' histrionics in regards to Edward. Yea, yea, I know. They have the whole 'Romeo and Juliet' thing going, but seriously? No seventeen girl can't not live without some guy. I'm not doubting the severity and depth of her love for Edward, but she was truely pathetic at times. And it still pisses me off that she never got down right MAD at him for leaving her. Did he think it was the best thing for her? Sure. But that means jack shit when he pretty much had to tear her heart out to do it. And it was all for nothing, cus he went back to her anyway. Idiot.

And I know right now, that when I have to see Bella break Jake's heart on screen, and not just imagine it in my head, that I'll wanna reach through the screen and strangle her pretty little head off. He was too good for her anyway, but it still kills me that Jake never so much as had a chance.

Interesting new format. A couple of comments: Love Taylor and Jacob and it's going to be heartbreaking to see Bella hurt him even though it's just a movie. Not actually looking forward to it. And, I agree with the comments above that Taylor would be easier to meet because he is so poised & easygoing and meeting Rob would be very nerve-racking because I'd be worried about offending or scaring him.

in BD when bella calls charlie in chapt 13 when all the vampires were at the cullens house and charlie asks bella if he could go over and bella says that she and jacob and nessie are going over to his house instead charlie says something like this... "is jacob coming? maybe i should call billy... maybe some other time." and bella notices that there is something going on with charlie and billy. but then bella totally drops the subject and the book never goes back to that!

My take on it was that Charlie had realized that Billy had known all along about the existence of vampires and werewolves, and knew what Bella was getting herself into from the beginning, and was a little miffed that Billy didn't tell him. I think I remember somewhere earlier in the book when Charlie had just learned about everything where he asked how much Billy knew, and he was told Billy knew everything. So that's kinda what I'm thinking.

I think that it's tension between Billy and Charlie because Charlie is dating Seth's mom and Billy wanted to be with her. I agree, SM just sort of dropped it and didn't explain it.

Not all Team Jacob fans agree that Jacob and Bella should have ended up together. After the way she used him, strung him along, and messed so much with his heart, I'm glad they didn't end up together. In my eyes Bella was selfish and paid little mind to how she was hurting Jacob in the process otherwise she would have cut the ties with him after he told her he loved her. Instead, what did she do? Kept giving Jake false hope only to break his heart in the end. So no...it doesn't bother me that Bella and Edward are together....what bothers me is how Jacob was treated in the whole process. That's why I love his character so much...rootin' for the underdog that did all he could to win her love but it still wasn't enough.

I totally agree that Bella treated Jake like crap and I know Twilight would not make much sense if she did not choose Edward in the end. What really makes me angry is the fact that Bella never gave a second thought, you know? I mean, oh, come on! Who wouldn't, really?

The story, from my perspective of not wearing rose colored glasses, IS NOT JUST ABOUT EDWARD AND BELLA. There are so many other players, and stories weaved into the saga. There is family, heartbreak, determination. All of it. NONE OF THE CHARACTERS ARE PERFECT.

You can be sick with delusional Bella/Jacob fans all you want. I am SICK of people seeing Bella as perfect. I am SICK of people seeing Edward as Prince Charming. Neither are what they claim to be. Why does it seem like so many Edward fans have such a hard time accepting Jacob and all they want to do is ridicule him? I am Team Jacob all the way, but I am not going to get on and bash Edward. Even though I love Jacob, I still respect Edward's character and his part in the book. This is what bothers me...people that are so one-sided and refuse to see any other viewpoints or perspectives.

The other day someone responded to a post I made about how Bella treated Jacob and basically told me that she never played with his heart, he fell in love with her on his own, he had an agenda in becoming her friend, and that it was his own fault he got hurt because she made it clear how she felt about Edward. Wow!! I couldn't believe that! I honestly don't think we read the same book!! Then again, when someone has a full blown stance on something and does not look at it from all sides then it's hard to get them to see it from another viewpoint.

It's like some people think that if they admit there was something between Jake and Bella that they're denying their Team Edward stance, and they will put up any argument to defend Bella and find fault with Jacob.

In reading the saga you have to be open-minded, seeing things for what they are even if you may not agree with it. I'm glad Jake and Bella did not end up together. After the way she treated him he deserved much better.

I disagree completely with Stephanie making Jacob imprint on Nessie....it was like she thought 'oh I can't have you being with Bella so here have the next best thing thats as close to her as possible' That was just wrong and I hate that she wrote it like that. In my eyes Jacob should have ended up with Leah and that would have been a much better ending for everyone.

I simply see the story as a whole. I do not take one section of the story, and go with that. Of course it is a love story, but I saw more with it. Plain and simple.

If it were only Edward and Bella, without the other characters, I would have thrown Twilight and New Moon into the trash. I would not have stood in line for hours, and taken a day off from work, for Eclipse or Breaking Dawn.

and are always whining about how jacob and bella should of been together ..
so i was proving my point that the saga revolves round e/b's love storry and obviously waayyy moreeeeeeeeeeeeee :)

Funny how you only mention Bella and Edward not being perfect. Alot of people all ready know that they are not perfect. Especially Team Edward fans. We detect his faults, but his faults are in no comparison to how beautiful and how much compassion he has. How he defends the ones he loves and the people who he is suppose to hate.

No one expects for you wolf girls to worship Edwards ground. If us Vampire girls say that, then you are easily miss interpreting it and not taking it as a joke, which i am sure it was originally suppose to be. Even if some Vampire girls expect you to worship Edwards ground, you wolf girls do go round expecting us to like Jacob and not understanding why we don't because he manged to add some muscle to himself and get a six pack.

A six pack to us isn't everything. To be honest i could say i am sick of many things Jacob does, but i don't because at the end of the day, if Jacob, Bella or Edward wasn't like how they are portrayed and how they are in the book. Then the whole saga would be completely different and not as good as it is now.

From my point of vier form what you have just said, you have either blamed it all on Edward or Bella. Can't you stop for a minute and stop worshipping Jacob's ground and except that Jacob did wrong and that he isn't perfect. Because i know Edward did wrong, and i'm Team Edward and i do agree with a little of what you said. But if they didn't do anything wrong, then the story would be perfect. If the story was perfect then i don't think Jacob would have been a bigger role.

Your very hipocritical, maybe you should stop worshipping Jacobs ground? at least we see the flaws.

and i do know that was meant for someone else, but i think it's getting a bit stupid that everyone thinks that the characters have nothing wrong with them, because they all do.

Just because I like the pack means that I have to hate the vampires?!! I don't think so.

As a 'wolf girl' I don't worship the ground the pack walk on and think the sun shines out their a$$es. I have a preference where I like pack more than I like the Cullens and that doesn't mean I hate the vamps, I like the ALL the characters including the Volturi - the pack just hold a special place in my heart because I can associate myself with them more.

Regarding liking Jacob - Jacob isn't perfect, he's SIXTEEN and a horny bloody teenager who is persistent. Yes there are things that I find annoying like when he drops the bikes off to get Bella in trouble, I was reading that thinking WTF you little sh!t but then I remember he is sixteen....he's a boy not a man...he's still growing up so he is going to do things like this that will annoy the heck out you but as he moves on through the books you see him change.

Yet guaranteed majority of the Team Edward fans dislike Taylor just because of Jacob getting in the way between Bella and Edward and that I just find that mind boggling because they are not the same person...one is a character and the other is an actor! You go on Taylor post and people will be complaining and saying how they don't like Taylor because perhaps he just doesn't float their boat and so because of that they don't like Jacob or vice versa because they don't like the the character of Jacob god forbid they can't then like Taylor!!

You saying that us Team Edward or Rob fans normally can not see the difference between the character and the actor is exactly the same as most of Team Jacob and Taylor fans. Unlike most people i like Rob more then Edward.

If Rob isn't your type then, ok, thats fine, because Taylor isn't my type either. He is too "buff" for my liking. But then yet again thats just my opinion just like yours was about Rob.

Don't go making out as well that most people hate Taylor because he is Jacob because thats not it at all. People just might not like Taylor because he can come across as very confidence and that can be persieved as cocky. But i love Taylor i think he is genuine, well spoken and a very good looking guy.

Not ONCE did I mention Jacob as perfect. I just said I loved the character, for the character. Not for a romantic link between Bella and Jacob. I stand by my statements. I stand by "she doesn't deserve either of them." Nor did I place any blame on Edward. Other than the things I disliked about the character.

I specifically say, in all caps, none of the characters are perfect. Including Jacob, which is I why I said NONE. I know Jacob is not perfect. I have never believed he was, and I do not make him out to be perfect. He has issues as well. Bella's treatment of Jacob just pisses me off. Even vamp girls can (but not a must) admit, Bella's constant push and pull with him was harsh.

I do not expect vamp girls, or anyone, to love Jacob, or the pack. Everyone has a favorite, but if someone gets down and dirty talking smack about Jacob. Wolf girls defend him. If someone replies to me, and they are nasty, as above, I will reply back. In the same tone.

I do not have fault with Edward , but he did things that infuriated me. Things I would not put up with in a relationship. If a guy disabled my vehicle, so I could not see someone, I would leave him. If a guy instructed me on who I can and cannot see/speak to, I would leave him.

Jacob is not perfect. He did a number of things that made me angry. I.E. Forcing the kiss on Bella. His immaturity, though he was 16 years old, in certain situations.

I just really, really dislike Bella. Plain and simple. I can admire a few of her attributes though. I admire her determination. She knows what she wants and goes after it. Like me. She loves her family, and cares for them (Charlie), like me.

I am sorry if you think of me as a hypocrite. Despite the fact, you seemed to ignore, I state in big letters, there isn't a single character that is perfect. It would be a bore if they were.

Definitely agree..he is more than welcome to have her. So many people think that us Jacob fans are upset and have issues with the fact that Bella didn't choose him. Reading the series through the second time only made me love Jacob more and convinced me beyond the shadow of a doubt that he deserved so much better.

The heartache I have and the tears that I cried for him were not because she didn't choose him, but because of the pain and suffering that he goes through because of her.

Yeah, we wolf girls aren't blind. I was well aware that Bella and Edward were going to be together. For me it was just wanting to read more of Jacob and his life. I'm still holding out hope that SM will write a sequal, years in the future, of the relationship between Jacob and Renesme (sp). He just made me laugh, and was sweet, and I liked the friendship he had with Bella.

I heard something about her writing a sequel in Edwards point of view. I think it was called midnight sun. So I went to look it up but she said she wasn't going to write it because it got leaked on the internet. I even looked at the twilight magazine Twilight love story and it talked about Midnight Sun and that there was a possibility that she would still write it. I got all excited soo i looked it up and saw that she'd given up on it completely. I'm getting 2 different stories. ( I scream make up your mind) but i guess she'll write it when she wants to. But if she doesn't write it she giving up the possibility of more money. lol can u imagine how money she's made off this series already? Imagine if she wrote a sequel? lol.

I scratched my head at that line, too. It's kinda annoying how the actors mix the script and the book together so often. Rob did it in Twilight, according to the commentary at least. I wish they didn't do so, even though I understand why they do.

I think it's a line MR put in the script to mesh together what Jacob says to Bella in the movie theater: "It's still him, isn't it?" and what Bella thinks as she is running toward Edward in the square: "I would never want anything but him."

I don't know. I'm not a big MR fan, but the fact that we all think we know the quote probably means it's a good line. I can see Bella say that.

I think MR merged those lines but hey at least we like it better than "Monkey Man" or "Spidermonkey"

I have the book "The Robert Pattinson" album and he states in the book that he wants to do his own movies because he doesn't understand why in the movie business that if the director,screen writer,producer ect is given a book to make a movie out of why do they make changes that ruin the movie and why can't they just do the movie exactly like the book. I found Twilight the movie to be a disappointment I hope that New Moon is better although some of the scenes they have let us see are wrong like Bella and Jake don't kiss, she doesn't ask Edward to kiss her for her birthday until they are up stairs in her room. I love the books and I love Edward and Jacob it is such a good a story to be ruined and I LOVE Bella from the book I think she is awesome and if I cannot have Edward and Jacob then she would be my next pick after all of my nieces, friends, and of course all of you...lololol

I admit I was a bit creeped out at first about the whole Nessie/Jake thing but after reading the book eight times, they have got to be the cutest pair ever. This is after all based on the supernatural. Bella wanted to claim Jake, but never as a lover, and after Jake imprinted on Nessie, the old smiling Jacob, the fun loving Jake was back.

QUick hating on Bella because she didn't pick your boy, yes because that is what Jake is a BOY, and Edward is a MAN. Bella is a witch, but oh poor Saint Jake walked on water, the bottom line here is that Stephenie did not write characters that are perfect can you imagine how boring that would be? Yes Bella was quilty of wanting to make Jacob smile again, she did make things worse. But if Jake had a grown a pair, he would had told Bella not to bother him again, but he didn't not saying Edward had a pair because apparently he lost them along the way, because the Edward from Twilight would had not asked permission to break Jake's face,

All three of them did things that are not nice. So quick blaming Bella, and take a closer look at your Jake.

I was part of the Rob calming patrol too. A bunch of us would go to the filming and helped the crazy hormonal tweens to keep in line and it worked. If their mom's would do it, well then we would step up. Nothing bad, just a reminder that their behavior was counterproductive. We all just wanted the opportunity to see the man and maybe get a picture. Completely harmless and it was done very organized as well.
