I'm not going to lie: it is amazing. So amazing, I cried. The breakup scene couldn't have been any better. Chris W. got it perfectly. I am in shock.

Yes it was definitely a stunt double. I thinik they used the same stunt double that they used in the first movie. He is a free-runner named James I believe. The flip was very cool, but I also share the feeling that they are showing too much. Some may not want to go see the film because they would feel like they have already seen it.

I need to make some requests for the health and safety of all Twihards this NM season.

Please have an ambulance outside each movie theater on the day NM's premieres. It'd be nice if the EMT happened to resemble either Robert Pattinson (british accent included) or Taylor Lautner (8 pack a must).

Also, if you can make sure there are Neurosurgeons, Cardiologists, Pediatricians, and Gyneologists sitting on the ends of each row to prevent lawsuits (on HIGH ALERT when Robward and Bella "take a walk"), I'd sincerely appreciate it.

Finally, and this shouldn't be as drastic a request, if you can please make certain that CW repeats the reunion scene at least three times. I fear there will be too many shrieks, squeals, sobs, eyes popping and brains bleeding out of ears if this is shown only once.

I just watched the Breakup scene and it is excruciatingly brilliant. I just cant' resist spoilers and so many people were talking about here so I had to check it out. I'm not trying not to tempt you by any means but all I'm going to say is it's everything like the book and more.

I just watched the break-up scene…. I am in awe… It’s heartwrenching… I had a huge lump in my throat watching it… and it’s so close to the book!!

I actually took my NM copy and compared the lines to what Stephenie wrote… they’re almost exactly the same… nothing important is left out.

So for you girls who don’t want to watch, don’t fear, that one line we all want to hear… it made it to the final cut!

I LOVE ROBSTEN!!! The video of that photo shoot is amazing. I think the fact
that we both watched it is proof of our obsession, because you can't even

I love Volturi. Their voices are so amazing. Very good casts. The flip is very unexpected but fit very well. Rob and Kristen are so amazing. Their expression is so good. Stunt double did an amazing job. And Chris Weitz is my new hero.

I watched the break-up scene. I can't help it. It's written a little bit different than the book, but I think it's better because the 'run after' part, to me, is so cheesy and high school. To be honest, watch it the first time is really emotional and intense. Wait until Nov 20 if you want more excitement. I can't wait, that's my guilty. I watch it more than 10 times :))

OK, so this is why I am annoyed. Last year, I saw Twilight on opening day, and although I understand the crazy screaming people (they are obsessed fans too), it really bugged me. Now, for NM I really want to appreciate EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF THE FILM! And I don't believe that the screaming fans will be gone after opening day....it might take a couple weeks for any sense of normality to return to the theater after NM comes out.
SO....suggestions. Should I wait to see NM? Or just accept that the screaming will be a part of the audience and just deal with it right when the movie comes out?

I don't know, I find it really easy not to watch these. It doesn't tempt me (the rest of the clips I watched, cause I wanted to, not cause I couldn't resist), hope it's not that I'm losing interest or anything lol

I felt the same way over the past few weeks. None of the pics or vids interested me. It was just the commercial posted yesterday that brought me to the brink.

I was so sure, like 100% sure, that Summit wouldn't show that final scene where Robward pushes Jacob and they did and I broke and HAD to see it. And I justified it by thinking it'll be on TV like every 15 minutes on every station anyway, might as well watch now. Jeez.

I can bypass this Volturi scene though. It's all good.

I'm at the point where I just don't care, and just patiently wait for the movie. When the time comes I'll just go see it and not make a big deal about it, if the movie's good maybe I'll go see it more than once, we'll see.

Really it wasn't summit's faul the break up scene or the behind the scenes scene made it to the internet. one of the viewers at the film fest in italy filmed it and posted it to youtube. So of course summit would have it removed.

L i was thinking the same thing. When I was reading the companion MR told us she talked with SM about that scene andthat she wanted to created more physical conflict btw Edward and the Volturi. SM said felix was some power fighting vamp and that would be challenging enough for Edward to face AND I had to ask out loud how the hell does that make any sense???? How the hell is Edward going to struggle in a physical battle with one vampire when he can read minds? wouldn't he know the vamp's move b4 they touched him? it basically pissed me off that they kind of made his talent moot.

I feel like I’ve already seen the movie. I can probably describe every single scene in it… and it hasn’t even freakin’ came out yet… we don't know it, but they may be satisfying our needs with a little too much effort. Perhaps they should tone it down a bit, BEFORE we see the whole entire movie, BEFORE it's even played in theaters.

Okay, I couldn't resist and gave in.

Honestly, this scene didn't really ruin it for me. I mean I've already seen this during the end of the 3rd (and hopefully last) trailer. So yeahh...

The part where Edward was flung into the air in slow motion... I found that... cheesy. I don't know but.. the rest was good.. It's just that particular scene, he looked like some red thing in the air and it ruined the intense emotion I was feeling up until that point.

But then the last part of this scene redeemed it for me. The part where Felix slams Edward onto the ground.. and you can see the cracks on said ground.
And then you see Edward/Rob's facial expression...

My goodness, that ALMOST made me cry. His face looks so torn ... so tortured... and his eyes looks like it's gazing into nothingness or into oblivion, I might say... like he feels he deserves this... that he deserves to be tortured like this in front of everyone... in front of... Bella...

Rob did a good job in portraying Edward in this scene. I just felt something tug in me when I just saw his face on the last bit...

After spending the last 10 minutes contemplating, I decided to watch the breakup scene. OME... I teared, I didnt cry, but once I see it on the big screen I'll probably be sobbing, and everyone will be like SHH! I can only permit myself to watch this once, otherwise Id feel super guilty. Awesome!! I do not feel even a little bit guilty about watching all of these clips :) Although after seeing this one, I think I have been saying Aro's name wrong all along... I always said it so it sounded like "arrow". But Marcus says it with a long "a", so it is more like "Ah-row". Weird!! Maybe it is just his accent. Marcus and Caius did not sound like I expected them to, but it was still great!!!

Ok the Volturi scenes are my favorite scenes by far until I see the long kissing scenes between Edward and Bella. The Volturi are amazing. I can also see why CW said that Rob and Kristen did a amazing job.

I think you probably feel like it's the whole movie because you know what happens from beginning to end already. If we didn't all know how the book went, these scenes would have a different effect on us. (your bad thing?) Imagine a movie you saw where the more clips they showed you, the cooler it looked. Plus, we were all given the biggest spoiler to the movie - we read the book first...lol.

Me personally, I love all that Chris is giving us, and will adore this movie. (your good thing)

I think seeing the story acted out on screen will probably be so much more intense than reading it, and I want to be sobbing in the cinema. I want to see the build up before Edward leaves Bella as I think it will make the breakup scene even more heartbreaking to watch! Is it wrong that I want to feel crushed???

I don't want to ruin the film by watching all these clips but I have no will power, so if I watch without the sound then it will still leave a bit of mystery for the cinema! :-) That flip thing was awesome, that's my favourite bit of the clip. He picked Bella up and flipped her over in a flash, it looked really good. Four weeks today and we will all be out out of misery at last, I can't wait! :-)

I've just watched both, the 45-sec volturi clip and the break up scene. I wasn't strong enough to resist the temptation!!

It was fu'king awsome!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT DO NOT WATCH IT! jajaja

I felt this scene sooo sentimental in the book, but in the movie is really great to! Absolutely different from twilight, that their love wasn't barely transmited trought the camera, (except you've read the books, cuz you imagine it just by looking at them) but in this one,... oh mannnn!!! it's like a huge hole punched into your chest!!! And thats the way NEW MOON must be felt like.

I am NOT watching this. Nuh-uh. No way. They are showin' WAY too much. Save some for the movie, damnit. It's tempting, very tempting. But if I got past the Edward fights over Bella with Jacob I can SO get over Bella fights over Bella with the evils. xD

Nope I won't be seeing anymore clips, I want to enjoy this film on the big screen and not get spoiled anymore.

I loved it it was unbelievable, but im afraid their revealing too much of the movie. i think they should make us wait to see the movie.

I do not mind saying I have watched everything to watch and love it all so far!! This was by far the best clip yet. Lots of rich coloring and lovely detail. Go team Edward!!

Remember...this movie is over 2 hours long...and we've only seen what? 10 mintues of it? Watch the clips, that's what they're releasing them for. Do you think Chris would show them if he thought he was giving away too much. Heavens no! We still have 2 hours of movie that we haven't been shown, and will squirm in our seats over!

I just watched the break-up scene too. It doesn't bother me to see clips. In fact, it helps me to get a better of idea of what I'm walking in to. I mean, we already know what's going to happen from the book - how much more of a spoiler can there be than that?

I know I'm going to still love the movie, and seeing it on the big screen will be like 'new' for me. I know the other 2 hours will catch me off-guard in other places...I ain't worried about 12 mintues at all! :)

Oh My Edward... Yhis absolutely amazing.! But... they can't show so many scenes of 'New Moon' because there will be no suprise.!! C'mon!
But thanks to this all peeks I can honestly say that 'New Moon' will be a lot better then 'Twilight'. Chris Weitz just knows how to make a really good movie.

A few observations not really related to post.
1. Rereading Twilight and Midnight Sun - again again again (like 6th time) and I realize how much of Bella's personality was lost in the Twilight movie. How much of their antagonism and teasing and flirting was lost. I wish they would remake it the right way. Oh well.
2. The more I listen to the NM soundtrack, the more I like. Not in the same way as the Twilight one. NM is so meloncholy and almost allows you to see into Bella's depression and almost mania over Edward's leaving. I think they made good choices.
3. I can't wait for confirmation on BD. NM and Eclipse are coming out so quickly after one another, that a huge lull seems likely since no announcements have been made.

That's it. Got Twilight on the brain and wanted to share. LOL.

Btw, this clip does rock and I DO need to STOP watching them, there will be no surprises left.

I think they will announce Breaking Dawn sometime after opening weekend of New Moon. They will probably film it around the same months as Twilight and New Moon. Unless, it's two movies. Then i don't know if they will take a break or do both at the same time. But i think with all the Special Effects in BD, it will come out EARLY 2011. Which will only be like 9 months in between Eclipse and BD. That is just a theory of mine.

This is what I think based on the way I interpreted NM when I read it. I know Aro was much more subtle in the books, but he's really a two faced pig who doesn't care about Carlisle at all. If he hadn't been intrigued by Bella's potential talent he would've killed her. He wanted Alice and Edward for their gifts. He was willing to take them all down in Breaking Dawn for nothing. The Volturi ARE evil. They only care about power and themselves. They've changed things for the movie to make Aro's disloyalty more obvious and the action sequence is supposed to make it more interesting. I don't have a problem with it.

i understan what your spittin but they really do help. esspecially in keeping things in order. but hey!!!! i do beleive aro cares for the cullens and did he kill them?? nooooooooooo. if they were strangers he wouldnt have given them a moment, probably just woulve killed em all.

idk maybe im just a sucker for Aro.....his personality was so friendly(that how i interpeted it)

but still im pissed that this scene was changed.....
