New Moon’s evil Volturi leader Jaime Campbell Bower (aka Caius) will be in the AMC mini-series The Prisoner.

Synopsis (via  JustJaredJr) -

A man, known as “Six” (Caviezel), finds himself inexplicably trapped in “The Village” with no memory of how he arrived. As he explores his environment, he discovers that his fellow inhabitants are identified by number instead of name, have no memory of any prior existence, and are under constant surveillance. Not knowing whom to trust, Six is driven by the need to discover the truth behind The Village, the reason for his being there, and most importantly — how he can escape.

The Prisoner premieres THIS Sunday, November 15 @ 8PM ET/PT on AMC

Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner posed for the cameras at photo call promoting New Moon in Mexico City earlier today.  Kristen and Taylor will be back in Los Angeles this weekend for the New Moon press day along with Robert Pattinson and other cast members.  

Strike a pose Taylor and Kristen!  I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of seeing Taylor in leather.   We want leather pants next time!

We are on chapter 8 of our countdown that means 17 more days until the release of New Moon.  Join us by reading a chapter a day together.  So in order to help pass the time while we wait for New Moon to be released, I will continue to post a thread everyday for each chapter in the book, counting down the days until the official release of the film on November 20th.

Chapter 8: Adrenaline

“The motorcycle was better than I’d dreamed.  It had served it’s purpose.  I’d cheated-broken my promise.  I’d been needlessly reckless.  I felt a little less pathetic now that the promises had been broken on both sides.”

Ahhh the bike chapter! I love how much detail Stephenie Meyer has given us, when it comes to breaks, the clutch & throttle of the bikes, not to mention the very detailed account of Bella’s emotions as she prepares for her first official ride.

Here are some of my favorite highlights from this chapter:

• Jacob shirtless in Bella’s truck on the way to the ER, ok ok there you guys happy now? I admit it, I would like to see this part in the movie(shh don’t tell Edward!)
• Quote from pg. 192 “Jacob really did look older than sixteen-not quite forty, but maybe older than me.  Quil didn’t have too much on him in the muscles department, for all that Jacob claimed to be a skeleton.  The muscles were the long wiry kind, but they were definitely there under the smooth skin.  His skin was  such a pretty  color, it made me jealous.  Jacob notice my scrutiny. “What?” He asked, suddenly self-conscious.“Nothing. I just hadn’t realized before.  Did you know, you’re sort of beautiful?”  Once the words slipped out, I worried that he might take my impulsive observation the wrong way.  But Jacob rolled his eyes.  “You hit your head pretty hard, didn’t you.”  “I’m serious.”   “Well, then, thanks.  Sort of.”  I grinned.  “Your sort of welcome.”     What in the world? Who taught Bella how to flirt? lol
• Jacob & Bella go on their hiking trip to find “The Meadow”, I personally thought they were going to be attacked by some ravenous newborns, or bears & then Jacob would turn in to this giant mutant and slaughter them all! But we all know that wasn’t the case.

Not too much going on in this chapter, but that’s alright folks the best is yet to come! We all know its worth our while, teehee.

New Moon on-screen couple Kellan Lutz (aka Emmett Cullen) and Nikki Reed (aka Rosalie Hale) were recently photographed for Nylon Magazine. What a gorgeous shoot!

Nylon Mag gives us a sneak peek of their interview with Kellan and Nikki -

“We were just making a little independent film in Portland,” says Nikki Reed of the movie that changed her life.  “I don’t know what happened.”

What happened is that Twilight exploded from a book beloved by teenage girls to become one of the cultural phenomenons of a decade.  The film grossed nearly $400 million worldwide and made tabloid staples of stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, and, increasingly, the rest of the cast too.  Reed, who plays vampire Rosalie Hale, shakes her head increedulously:  “We’ve lived this entire year in shock.”

New pictures of New Moon wolf Taylor Lautner (aka the one, the only – Jacob Black!) in Mexico promoting New Moon. Taking time out of his day to sign autographs and take pics with fans! And looking mighty fine in that gray suit (February?! Where are you? lol)

Taylor is currently in Mexico with fellow New Moon co-star Kristen Stewart (aka Bella I’m-Prone-to-Life-Changing-Paper-Cuts Swan) on their whirlwind of promotions for New Moon.

This is the official music video for Anya Marina’s ‘Satellite Heart’ off the New Moon Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. The music video includes clips from New Moon.

Looks great and love the song!  Perfect song for Bella and Edward’s break up.  No Jacob in the video though.  They could have shown a glimpse of his 8 pack, right?  LOL!

We previously reported that Moon from Letters2Twilight served as our amazingly awesome guest reporter  to bring you this incredible information from the conference.

Moon was able to sit in on the Anatomy of a Soundtrack: Twilight, New Moon panel. Here is her report -

Anatomy of a Soundtrack: Twilight, New Moon

• Making the Twilight soundtracks were easier because Stephenie is an author that already had a clear vision and sound for her books from what she provided and talked about on her website. Music is a centerpiece to her stories. They wanted the soundtrack to be a musical manifestation of the movie and Stephenie’s story

• Chris had a clear point of view about the music he wanted in New Moon: somber
  (and appropriate for denim cut-offs and sleep number beds)

• Chop Shop/Alexandra began working on New Moon last December and were approached by countless bands and managers who wanted to be on the soundtrack. They picked artists who wanted to be part of the team , provide solely exclusive material and weren’t afraid to talk about the movie. It was all about cohesion and the artists they ended up choosing, in their minds, could all play a festival bill together.

(a festival of wrist slashing music! my favorite! bandaids not included)

• New Moon is the first movie Alex has worked on that was a sequel

• They had what Alex called an “embarrassment of riches” when it came to options and artists to choose from for the NM Soundtrack. So many more than they could include. Almost 20 cd’s worth of material

• Chris invited 6-7 potentials artists into the cutting room to show them cuts of the movie, spend time with the artists talking about tone and feeling from the scenes and what he was looking for musically. He took the time because he wanted the right songs. That is why everything fits so well according to Alexandra, the Atlantic VP and Paul Katz (Summit)

Robert Pattinson and Chris Weitz attended a New Moon press conference in Tokyo, Japan earlier today. The press conference was held at the Shinagawa Intercity Hall today where the two answered questions by the press and fans.

I think both looked rather relaxed but still oh so sexy as they answered the questions. Check out all the pictures here and here!!
