Justin Chon (aka Eric Yorkie) gave spoke to MTV about how he only just met some of the wolf pack and how he looking forward to meeting Michael Sheen!

On November 20, millions of Twilighters will pack movie theaters worldwide, eager to see “New Moon” and meet the actors who will portray Volturi vampires, werewolves and other newcomers to the franchise. And, in a cast as huge as the “Twilight Saga,” some of the actors are looking forward to those introductions as well.

“The cast is so big now,” said Justin Chon, who plays “human” Eric Yorkie. “Seriously, it’s like an army. You really don’t get to meet everyone.

“The premiere is going to be wild; it’s gonna be a zoo,” he laughed, sounding for a minute like a super-fan. “I want to meet Michael Sheen!”

This week, we interviewed “Twilight” veteran Billy Burke, who also said he has yet to meet Sheen, Dakota Fanning or Bryce Dallas Howard and is eager to do so later this month at the Los Angeles premiere.

“Recently, I had met all the wolf pack, but I finally met Tin[sel Korey] and Bronson [Pelletier] maybe two weeks ago,” Chon said. “And I was like, ‘God, I feel like I already know you, but this is the first time I’m meeting you!’ That is so wild.

“I haven’t met [Dakota Fanning] either, because they’re Volturi and they shot a lot of their stuff in Italy,” said the 28-year-old actor. “I’m always in Forks.”

Unfortunately, the Forks scenes have left actors like Chon, Michael Welch, Anna Kendrick and other humans feeling like Tom Arnold in “True Lies”: stuck in the van while everyone else is off having fun.

“Yeah,” he laughed at the analogy. “That’s so funny.”

But when he does finally meet his co-stars, Justin has already prepared what he’ll have to say. “I would be like, ‘Yo, Mike! You’re an amazing actor and I can’t believe I’m even in this same movie as you!’ ” he said. ” ‘Or Dakota Fanning!’ “

We are on chapter 9 of our countdown that means 16 more days until the release of New Moon. (It’s coming folks, just a little while longer!)  Join us by reading a chapter a day together.  So in order to help pass the time while we wait for New Moon to be released, I will continue to post a thread everyday for each chapter in the book, counting down the days until the official release of the film on November 20th.

Chapter 9: Third Wheel

In this chapter, I feel Bella should have been a bit more tactful with regard to Jacob & his feelings towards her, basically she could’ve been a bit more convincing because the kid feels overconfident in being able to win her over. At the same time, Jacob sets himself up for heartbreak.  Bella shuts him down & yet he still comes back for more and that’s the foundation of their relationship throughout the entire saga. Bella tells Jacob no, but he doesn’t care, he pursues her relentlessly again and again, then gives her attitude when she doesn’t return his love the way he wants her to.   Bella also adds fuel to the flame by continuously being there everyday, acting basically like a girlfriend to Jacob…an unfair situation for the both of them, she needs him & he wants her.  But you play with fire and you will get burned every time…

These are some quick favs of mine in this chapter:

• Jacob finishes “The Rabbit” yayyyyyyyyy!
• I think it’s hilarious to picture Jacob & Bella riding in the front of the rabbit, while poor Mike is the third wheel sitting in the back lol. Mike is forced to steal Bella’s attention by putting his face on her seat, nearly touching her cheek! Gosh this kid can’t take a hint, whats with these Forks guys?
• Pg. 212 this is where Jacob could’ve saved himself  two and a half books of heartache.   Sure enough as soon as I sat down, he shifted over to put his arm around my shoulders.  “Jake,”  I protested, leaning away.  He dropped his arm, not looking bothered at all by the minor rejection.  He reached out and took my hand firmly, wrapping his other hand around my wrist when I tried to pull away again.  Where did he get the confidence from?  “Now, just hold on a minute, Bella,” he said in a calm voice.  “Tell me something.” ”What?” “You like me, right?”  “You know I do.”  “Better than that joker puking his guts out in there?” “Yes.”  “Better than any of the guys you know?”  “Better than the girls, too.”  “But thats all.”   It was hard to answer, to say the word.  Would he get hurt and avoid me?  How would I stand that?  “Yes,” I whispered.   “That’s okay, you know.  As long as you like me best.  And your think I’m good looking-sort of.  I’m prepared to be annoyingly persistent.”  And that he is, gosh.   Sidebar:Mistake 1,785,204.  At this point Bella should’ve let Jacob down gently, but firmly.  I personally don’t think it would’ve been too bad, he already has one up on poor Mike Newton who was in the bathroom puking up his entire insides.  Like I said Bella used no tact when it came to Jacob or his feelings.  It would’ve behooved her to do so, but once again I feel she was being selfish because then she would be alone if Jake decided to cut her off completely for not reciprocating on those feelings. 
• Pg. 213 Bella does try,  but I feel it’s a little too late.  This is where Jacob sets himself up for heartache as well.  “I’m not going to change.”  “It’s still the other one isn’t it?”  “You don’t have to talk about it.”  “But don’t get mad at me for hanging around okay?”  “Because I’m not giving up, I’ve got loads of time.”  “You shouldn’t waste it on me,” I said, though I wanted him to.  “It’s what I want to do, as long as you still like to be with me.”  “I can’t imagine how I could not like being with you.”  “I can live with that.”  “Just don’t expect more.”  

See the flip flopping, and back peddling? Also actions speak louder than words. Bella can say no all she wants, while no means no in every sense of the word, she constantly displays a constant need for Jacob.  And Jacob, already head over heels in love with Bella, is desperate for any form of company and affection she will give him. 

I’ve had enough of this chapter, I’m sure you all have loads to comment on And I’m sure you all will tell me if you disagree with all of my assumptions lol

P.S. I really appreciate you all who continue to follow me through these chapters.  No we may not agree on every aspect of the saga, and there are tons of us on this site commenting, I still consider us a close knit bunch, and I enjoy reading your comments one by one. After all its because of you that I continue to do this daily.   Even though some chapters aren’t  as action packed as the others, we all know what is soon to come!

Robert Pattinson was pictured leaving his hotel in Tokyo in what was a whirlwind few days promoting New Moon in Japan with director Chris Weitz.

The paparazzi really know what the fans want to see….. zoom in on the button fly!! I would be happy to be the one who has the job title of ‘button fly photogrpaher’ except I would not need the camera zoom lens. I would just run up to him take a photo up close and personal!

In the interview Jackson admits that his favorite New Moon characters are the Volturi -

MTV: Out of the new characters joining the franchise for “New Moon,” which is your favorite?

Jackson Rathbone: My favorite character in “New Moon” that wasn’t in “Twilight”? I guess my favorite character in “New Moon” is a collective — the Volturi. It’s one of those things that’s really nice to see, these decadent older vampires that run this vampire society, if you will. I think they’re an amazing group of actors that we were able to get for the film, and they are very scary and intimidating. They’re all perfect — I mean, Dakota Fanning is a terrifying Jane; absolutely terrifying.

MTV: You guys have all spent so much time together over the last few years. When the cameras stop rolling on set, what do you guys talk about?

Rathbone: Between takes? We just kinda talk about regular things, you know. We’re all normal people — we’re not vampires in real life. Between takes, we’re talking about music we like or what we plan to do once the filming is done. I always bring my guitar with me and my harmonica, and Nikki Reed, Rob and Kristen and a lot of the cast are very musically inclined. So, a lot of times we’ll just be jamming between takes, to blow off some of the emotional intensity and have a little fun.

MTV: As the “Saga” moves along, do you feel more or less like your character?

Rathbone: More or less like Jasper? You know, I honestly think, it’s more of a Jasper I imagined coming into the first “Twilight.” Mainly because I’m able to show my backstory in “Eclipse,” where people get to see what really drives Jasper in “Twilight,” which you don’t really understand. This character, he’s always in pain, and [people ask], “Why?” and, “What is his reasoning?” He’s had a really dark past, and it follows him around. So, it was really nice to be able to get into those moments, so that explains and informs the way I’ve been performing through “Twilight” and “New Moon.”

MTV: There is so much “Twilight” merch out there now. Do you own any in real life?

Rathbone: Any “Twilight” merchandise in real life? I’ve not [purchased any]. However, my bandmate Ben Graupner bought a Jasper pillowcase with my face on it. I had to ritualistically burn it, because it was scaring me.

Chaske Spencer gave an awesome interview to Seventeen where he talks New Moon, working with Taylor Lautner, getting into acting and his take on wolf pack superlatives!

17: What’s it like entering this New Moon world?

Chaske Spencer: It’s like a hurricane! It’s like you are in the eye of the hurricane when you are on set – everything is calm. Then you step out of set and everything in chaos. You don’t really feel it until after you come out of production. But it’s getting crazy. A few people have recognized me on the street already.

17: Did they prepare you for this? Or, did you assume it would be crazy?

CS: Not really, I didn’t know how big this was going to get. When I got to set on New Moon, they talked about how it was going to change your life. I thought, yeah, yeah, yeah. When we started filming Eclipse, that’s when it really started kicking in. We had paparazzi everywhere. We can’t just walk down the street anymore in Vancouver.

17: Can you tell us about any crazy fans?

CS: We had a couple of girls specifically fly in and they got rooms at our hotel and they would wait there. Girls would also camp out right below our hotel balconies. You would look over the balcony and wave and just hear screams. There were a couple of girls that got on the set of Eclipse. It was really funny because I don’t think they expected to make it that far. Once they got there, they just stood there with these wide eyes. Then they realized they got through security – and security is pretty tight! They had to get escorted off, but I give them credit for getting through.

Kellan joked about how he would win in a ‘one on one’ with Taylor Lautner and he also commented on how he was hot and sweaty under his Robin outfit…..I would be more than willing to help dry him off!
