I mean besides Panic Room this role probably puts her higher up in the spotlight. To her she is Kristen but we are seeing her from another angle. I read an interview that she had awkward experiences at school which she may have been described shy/introverted. I think she said that people were mean to her. So I think it's a challenge for a person who may be used to knowing her own thoughts to now having to share her thoughts with the entire world. It's a big transition. Lots of actors/tresses I think are considered very shy/introverted away from their professional lives.
