Did you take the time to read and digest that article properly. IMO, I think that there's a lot of truth in that article, I certainly wouldn't call it a 'hater' article.

1. The writer comments pretty accurately on her appearance and demeanour at Comic Con.
2. It is noted that Kristen hates the intrusion into her private life. This is trufax also.
3. Many fans feel that she does not embrace the role and sometimes seems to resent the franchise. From her own comments in interviews, this is also truth.
4. She is less forthcoming than some of the other actors, particularly Taylor.
5. She admits herself that she is uncomfortable in interviews and hates answering the more repetitive and ridiculous questions.
6. Starting in LA, at the New Moon press junket, she has become more positive and come across as more confident and self-assured. Finally, she seems to have come to grips with the situation and begun to enjoy the benefits.

The piece quotes two Twilight fans who do not like Kristen. There you have the 'haters'

Taylor Lautner seems to crave the type of fame and attention this saga has brought. Kristen has difficulty adjusting to it. She's trying to cope. Quote follows:-

"Chris Weitz, the director of "New Moon," told The Times that Stewart cops an attitude to "cope." "If she didn't, every teenage girl would see her as their best friend," he said. "They would tear her completely apart.""

Kristen admitting her difficulties with the constant media invasion. Quote follows:-

"In an interview with The New York Times published over the weekend, Stewart said she's bothered by the public's expectation that she should open up simply because she's an actress: "What really kills me — it really rips me up — is when people think I'm abrasive, inconsiderate or ungrateful because I don't go outside in a bikini and wave to the paparazzi. Come on!""

The above states facts, it is not hateful. I think the reason why Twilight fans get so much bad press is because they become very defensive and jump the gun. If the piece isn't all sweetness and light, then it's written by a hater.

I'm only a recent Twilight fan and have inadvertantly become the object of rage (yes, rage, not polite debate) over an innocently posted comment or question. Sometimes, if I want to join in, it can be like tip-toeing around broken glass and it's tiresome to have to watch every word. Example, I was commenting on some of the Premiere oufits just now and I had to remind myself to stress that it was the outfit I disliked but I found the actress beautiful. I've never had to watch my p's and q's like this before.

In this way, the article may note some negative aspects of Kristen and her behaviour, of course, she's not an infallible godess. Who is? The piece doesn't suck up to her, but this does not mean it's a 'hater' article. How many people will now scan that article, without taking it in properly and fire off an angry email to the writer?

I admire Kristen for wanting to have a normal life, defending her own privacy and personal relationships and not wanting to 'sell out'. I understand and sympathise with the craziness of being thrust into such an alien and difficult situation, though I cannot imagine what it must be like. She's a strong person, she sticks to her guns and convictions. She's an individual and a world away from every stock, blonde hollywood actress out there. Those more shallow actresses, who are clambering and clamouring for attention and fame, not for their craft. And these are the things that I thought came through in that article.

GREAT.GREAT.GREAT!!! Sequel to Twilight, so much more laughs, improved acting and an awesome adaptation of the book...every imaginable scene from the book was in there and then some:

Kristin - stunning performance as a depressed Bella, she nailed the whole being without Edward phase and completely knocked out the relationship she develops with Jacob (not to mention a few of the Wolf pack too tehe...)
Rob - *no comment's worthy of his portrayal as Edward* He...I...Very...Well...*tries to get a grip on mind spinning* YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!
Taylor - Jacob REINCARNATED...all I have to say....Those producers who was willing to replace him MAN, whose laughing now huh *Facepunces them* (LOL you'll understand that more once you've seen the film)
Alice - Oh Alice, BEST SISTER IN THE WORLD
Charlie - HIL.AR.III.OUS!!!! And sooo grown up now, more of the father figure Bella needs.
Jane - Uber CREEPY, and I love how they portrayed her power...POOR Edward, just wanted to shove it back in her face is what I have to say about that...
Aro - Michael Sheen=Perfect. He captured the Sweet and powerfully FAKE demeanor of the corrupt Volturi leader
Wolf pack - brotherly as humans (I esp LOVED Paul's "apology" to Bella) but ABSOLUTELY BADA** as CGI wolves, had me almost fall of my seat at one point.
Humans - Funny as heck, esp Jessica and Mike, really good comedic relief
Victoria - I HAD to put this one down...I'm so sorry to see Rachel not reprise her role she did a SPECTACULAR job and DEFINITELY held her own against the Wolves...She will be sorely missed I tell you.

And last but certainly not least A HUGE ROUND OF APPLAUSE, STANDING OVATION AND HONORARY COMMENDATION TO MISTER CHRIS WEITZ...THANK YOU FOR MAKING AN AWESOMELY AWESOME SEQUEL, THANK YOU FOR CAPTURING THE TRUE ESSENCE OF THE BOOK AND THANK YOU FOR GIVING US FANS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED TO SEE!!!

It looks like it just from the trailers- you can tell that his acting has really developed just from those!! While I would love to see more Edward, I AM excited to see him get his moment(s) to shine. And I already told my son that if he can't handle noisy girls, that he shouldn't come to the midnight showing, and that I WILL embarrass him, I just won't be able to help it! I will avoid squeeing, but I won't keep quiet!!!

I just saw KS n The Today Show! She looked gorgas as usual, though nothing new was said, KS did say she wasn't feeling well this morning. Poor Girl. I bet all the traveling and craziness is getting to her! She still did excellent though :)

Awww, I hopw KS doesn't get sick. I'm sure she's stressed and tired which doesn't fare well with keeping her healthy. Poor girl, at least it's almost over this time around!

I agree she was beautiful as ever. I really think all these schedules and flying everywhere is getting them down your body can only take so much. Plus no sleep doesn't help. I hope she starts taking a lot of Vitamin C right now sounds like her body needs it. I start throwing 3000mg a day into my body when I start feeling sick and that stops it right now.

it was kinda bizzare to see all new tw/NM footage! I feel like Ive been waiting so long for this to come out and Ive seen all the trailers and sneak peaks but to actually see it in full length was so amazing, I sat glued to the screen barley moving and loving every minute! Chris has done a great job, if you have watched any of the recent spoilers never fear!! there are way more to be-had!
Oh and totally as good as the trailer!

Hey Just got home from the Midnight showing in NZ of New Moon. You guys will LOVE it. I want to see it again, and again, and again. Chris Weitz is one of the most amazing directors ever. this movie makes Twilight look bad (just saw the two movies back to back) and OMJ Taylor looks amazing with no shirt!!!!!!!

did everyone scream the first time the saw him?
cos my cinema was more squeals and sighs and then others laughing at us silly dreamers :P

totally agree about it making twilight look bad. though obviously budgets were different

surprisingly not all that many people screamed. there was some wooing but not as much as i thought there would be. More screaming when the movie began. yeah i no budgets were different but cathrine hardwicke didn't suit the director role for that movie. they look too drained out and it doesn't follow the book all that well but oh well the past is the past and we can just hope that eclipse and breaking dawn are as good as new moon was and not be ruined...

Doesn't Gil just rock his Premiere outfit? He looks so striking and handsome. Love the Native inspired jacket, matches up perfectly with the shirt and the color just looks so great on him. Think he gives Taylor a good run for his money!! Team Billy...! who'd have thunk it?
