Those were some pretty awesome videos! It was a great recap of all the awesome moments of Twilight. I forgot about most of them.

OMG those two vids omg my heart was pounding both taylor and robbert are hot but im taylor fan but robb is hilarious i just cant stand it!!! I wish i was that girl so bad even though i would have prob fainted or scream and blew robberts ears off or what ever i would have done but if it was taylor who did that its just a fact i would have fainted. It's 5.20 am... I have just seen New Moon, in Adelaide, Australia.

I am confused ... I didn't "love it" but I want to see it again. I just feel like a missed something.
Some parts were great:
Volturi - Aro is great, the whole Italy part was perfect. I was not sure if I am going to like the added fight scene but it worked. Best part of the movie.
Charlie, the actor, loved his performance,
Alice..."I'll come back when you let the dog out" (funny, great line)
KStew, she was really good in this one.
Time passing, you know, missing months in the book, perfect.
They did not cheat with Jacob/ Bella - Bella is honest with Jacob, just like the book..that was good.

Some parts were strange:
Edward /Bella chemistry: when they were together it really worked but their scenes were very short, too fast to really show their love for each other.
Their dialogue was sort of cheesy, soup like. Just too fast for me...
I wanted another Twilight kiss moment, did not happen.
Rob looked strange...clothes...yuck... they almost made RPattz look bad...why??? He only looked like my version of Edward Cullen ~20% of the time. I hate to say this because Rob is perfect Edward but not in this one.
The ending was rushed... It just looked like they spent to much time in Italy and they needed to cut out a lot of the "vote" and the final scene.

My screening stuffed up in the middle of the Jasper attack scene. It just felt like there was a moment we did not see....also.. our copy was bad, yellow dots on the screen...very disappointing.

So it’s 4:41AM on Thursday 19th November and I just got home not long ago from the midnight viewing of Twilight Saga: New Moon (in Melbourne, Australia).

LET ME JUST SAY... WOW!!!!


I saw New Moon in Gold Class – there were 20 other people in the cinema and I sat comfortably in my recliner chair for the whole movie ..... wearing a HUGE grin on my face 99.999% of the time.

First I’ll start off by saying.. Kristen Stewart has really stepped up! She amazed me so much that I now look up to her as she has is now such a major role model in my life.. although she is only a few months older than I am. She really grasped Bella’s character in this movie. She looked sooooo much better, acted so much more like Bella acted in the books, and really got in touch with her emotional and funny side in this movie.

The movie has a mixture of humour and suspense... Christ Weitz made a movie that is pretty much exactly like Stephenie Myers novel ‘New Moon’ and the movie has a Harry Potter type score to it with a taste of ‘Golden Compass’ in it – thanks to the awesome director himself – Chris Weitz.

The soundtrack..... well I was listening to it on my way to the movie and trying to picture where each song would be... and I was completely wrong! But in saying this.... the songs were placed in all the right places


I was always a fan of the dull green and blue colours in Twilight.... and really wasn’t a fan of the rich browns in New Moon... until a few hours ago. It really worked well with the storyline and I loved it!


The wolves are SCARY

Victoria is sooooo freakkyyyyy.


The special effects really do live up to the expectation... the fur on Jacob really does look real!!!!! – Sometimes a little cartoon-ish.. but most of the time it was ACE!!

The action is just OH-SO-MUCH!!!!!

I would like to say that Edward Cullen in Twilight was just DA BOMB! Hes makeup, hair, features, clothes were just what I visioned when reading the book..... HOWEVER I do not believe that Rob Pattinson was Edward Cullen in New Moon... and in no fault of Robert Pattinsons!! The acting was great! Just they clothes he wore were soo old... like something my dad would wear. And the hair... should have made the back shorter a bit like it was in Twilight. Although Rob played Edward QUITE WELL (I am still Team Edward.... only just thanks to Lautner), it was just a slight let down compared to Twilight. And the hallucination scenes were FAB! We really understood in the movie that the hallucinations were a figment of Bella’s imagination.. whereas in the book – the first time I read it – I wasn’t sure if it was really him or not.


But the man of the night TAYLOR LAUTNER lived up to the expectations !!! He’s acting was great, his 6pack.. I mean 8 pack... I mean 12 PACK!!! Was phenomenal!!!

The final scene of the movie (the epilogue) was great.... BUT VILLAGE CINEMAS WHAT THE HECK!!! The movie stuffed up in the last 5 minutes and the top got cut off.. everyone was going crazy! But it’s ok.. we were just all staring at Jacobs hot body instead of his emotional face. But it fixed up just in time for the last line of the movie.



There’s so much more I could say (like there is HEAPS more in the movie than all the sneak peaks and trailers we have seen which I didn’t expect) .. but I will stop now.

I say Chris Weitz for President of the World.... or if that’s not possible.. then definitely for Breaking Dawn!

Don’t read on if you don’t want to see any spoilers but I promise I will try my best not to ruin anything for you!! I promise!!! I just would like to give a detailed review of the movie...

I saw New Moon in Gold Class – there were 20 other people in the cinema and I sat comfortably in my recliner chair for the whole movie ..... wearing a HUGE grin on my face 99.999% of the time.

First I’ll start off by saying.. Kristen Stewart has really stepped up! The opening credits.... that was enough for me! If the movie miraculously stopped working... the opening credit would still make me squeal. The Summit Entertainment logo first hits the screen in a brown and white colour scheme then the word ‘NEW MOON’ emerges from a picture of a full moon. ABSOULTELY AMAZING!!

The start of this film (before the WORST PART OF THE SAGA – breakup) has SO much humour in it that I automatically fall in love with Chris Weitz... the movie definitely needed all that humour to allow us to go from a high to a deep low when everything in Bella’s life seems to go wrong.


I was always a fan of the dull green and blue colours in Twilight.... and really wasn’t a fan of the rich browns in New Moon... until a few hours ago. It really worked well with the storyline and I loved it!

Laurent suddenly has some weird accent that he didn’t have in Twilight.

The wolves are SCARY AS HELLL (Embry is SOOO funny).

Victoria is sooooo freakkyyyyy. She just appears in the background sometimes and you feel yourself wanting to scream at Charlie ‘LOOK BEHIND YOU!!!!!!’

The unfortunate thing is that we actually see Harry Clearwater have the heart attack (thats all Ill say for that part).

THE LEAD UP TO THE CLIFF DIVING SCENE IS JUSTTT ABSOULTELY AMAZING. EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING..... TALK ABOUT BAD TIMING!!!

WE SEE EDWARD MAKE THE PHONE CALL TO THE SWAN RESIDENTS... I MEAN JACOB... ACTUALLY NO, I MEAN THE SWAN RESIDENTS..... *cough cough* JACOB WHY THE HECK DID YOU PICK UP... don’t you worry... Bella tells Jacob!

The thing I was shattered about is the absence of certain scenes... one in particular... when Bella and Alice are on the place to Italy, as well we when they return to the Cullen’s welcoming them at the airport (including Charlie cracking it at Edward when he carries her home... Nawww =( ) oh well, we cant have it all!

The special effects really do live up to the expectation... especially in one scene where we see Jacob in wolf form and it is quite windy.... the fur on Jacob really does look real!!!!! – I must say though, there are a couple of scenes where the wolves look a little too cartoon-ish.. but most of the time it was ACE!!

The action is just OH-SO-MUCH!!!!! Fights with wolves on wolves. Fights with vampires on vampires. Fights with vampires on wolves. Wolves chasing Vampires!

I loved, loved, LOVED IT!! (As if I wouldn't!) Words like awesome, fantastic, outstanding do not seem adequate enough to describe the movie--it was just sensational from start to finish. CW did a phemonenal job.

Yes, I was gone for about a week. My daughter had a birthday party last Friday (13th) and due to all the time on here my house was a neglected mess! Even though, they are for the most part positive, they don't sound overwhelmingly good. Just forewarning.

It's a shame how some critics are actual "TwiHaters", and give reviews that have no substance. They're just all too concerned with making sure no one sees it. It's quite comical. lol

Well it's not really bad if you think about it. We know robsten's chemistry is strong. Team Edward fans wouldn't be into wolf parts, and that "Stewart" would have bro/sister relationship with Taylor. Whatever. I'm waiting for someone to say something legitimate. And as long as they say it's better than Twilight, it's all good.

That's true. I just want to be taken aback by Taylor's performance though since I'm not really into the whole middle section lol. You're right, they were probably comparing it to Rob's chemistry, when they are two different connections. Either way, I know I'll love the movie!

I saw these.. and while I think it's true to not go by other people's reviews, critics CAN tell whether it's a well-made movie or not. Mostly they've had problems with the story and plot in itself, which doesn't bother me, because I love the story and plot (obviously), but what worries me is that they haven't been excited about the movie in terms of acting, directing or special effects. I sort of expected it to be better than Twilight in those areas.

My only hope: these six critics aren't top critics by any means, and they are pandering to their respective readership.
