Last night was a horrible night for trying to get to sleep...lots of waking up coughing. Thing is, the cough syrup has codeine in it, so I'll have to time it wisely with my movie viewing time. LOL

PUNCH!!!

It's been forever!!!
Once again...not admiring Kellan..just admiring his abilities to sneak me to get a closer look of Taycob. Swoon. ;o)

Sigh. I am STILL fighting off this nasty sickness. Luckily the coughing held off for the most part for the movie. I did take my cough drops though...can't risk them throwing me out the first night. ;o) The Dr. called in a stronger cough medicine for me. It seems like it's helping, then it all starts up again. The fever is gone though, so that's good. We were going to go to Tim Horton's after the movie and just bask in the glow from it, but I honestly just wanted to come home, especially since we were going to be back down there at 9 a.m. for another showing.

We hit the jackpot when we got down there for the midnight showing. We got there a little after 8 p.m. and there was like no one in line. Come to find out, they were all in the theater already for the showing of "Twilight" beforehand. We weren't going to do that because we didn't want to risk not getting good seats for NM. Welp..come to find out, those that watched "Twilight" had first dibs on seats for NM! How awesome was that! So, of course when we found out about that we hurried and got tix (not many left at all). We actually didn't even have to change theaters at all either. There are about 10 theaters in there and they were showing NM in 3 of them, plus a 3 a.m. showing. So, the seats we had for "Twilight" we got to keep for NM. They were awesome! Top row, straight dead center!!

I enjoyed the movie, I did. I just felt that it was rushed in certain places and I had a hard time getting connected emotionally at times. I wish certain parts had been included or extended, but overall, Chris did a fabulous job and I'm so proud of him...and of the cast!

Tay was AMAZING!!!! Kristen had a wonderful performance, and Rob did an excellent job as always.

I can't wait to head back and see it again, hopefully sometime later this week.

I haven't posted too much here either. Just kind of waiting for the right post to come along where I feel my comments would fit best. Don't ask me which one that would be though, because I have absolutely no idea. LOL ;o)

The current record holder is Dark Knight, at $158,411,483 - so we need to shoot for $160M. I think we can do it. They made $70M opening weekend with TL, as an 'indi film' and now it's HUGE. I didn't even join the TL world until the DVD came out - and I know there are many more like me.

Umm, Rob is massively wrong about Breaking Dawn and it being weird if they do it in 2 parts...they HAVE to do it in 2 parts, there is no way they can fit everything in one movie without cutting corners GRRRR!!!
