‘New Moon’ Star Jamie Campbell Bower Dreads Seeing Himself Onscreen

Vilkomerson-JamieBower9HWho would’ve thought that the hottie 20 yr old actor turned vampire, Jamie Campbell Bower says he doesn’t like watching his own work.

“I hate that,” he told MTV News. “I don’t like to see myself up onscreen at all.” “They just won’t show it to me!” he joked, adding that he’s been so busy working, he hasn’t had a chance to catch the full picture.

“I closed my eyes and was like, ‘Oh, I just don’t want to see that,’ ” he laughed, adding that he couldn’t deal with seeing “me on the screen being a moron!”  “I saw a lot of me in the ['Prisoner'] character,” he said. “And playing Caius, there is none of me in there. I just don’t eat people! It’s nice to know. You’re safe.”

These guys are just too cute for words.  The entire cast is very sweet, appreciative, and humbled by this whole experience.  Jamie may not want to see himself on the big screen but I’m loosing sleep just waiting for November 20th.  Bower does confirm that he will have to suck it up and watch himself on the big screen soon, as he will be at the premiere in L.A.     yea i feel the same actually. the first time i read the twilight saga was last summer and i didnt even realize they were making a movie. the videos have given away quite a bit of the key parts of new moon

    i can understand this perfectly. when i sang in church and i saw myself on tv the next week i would just die. i can watch myself act, but not sing. it's really the thing i'm self conscious about. i just wish it would go away but i did it cause other people apparently liked it.
