We couldn't have a more perfect or dedicated actor to portray Edward. Rob knows what he's doing. He just understands Edward's character. He doesn't just read the book and copies what's Edward is doing. Rob read between the lines and thinks about why Edward did the things that he did. I can't wait to see him in New Moon. I know it's going to be amazing.

well OF COURSE Rob and Kristen had to rewrite a scene in NM.... because OF COURSE MR screwed it up again...

Oh. Well this is news to me.
I didn't see this coming.

The perfect and for me ONLY lines are already there, in the book. I just wish they would use the lines in the book. MR's changes to Twilight did not impress me at all. I do know not every line can be there, but I am disappointed to read that the break up scene is much shorter now. It is the most important passage in New Moon. And the longer the scene, the longer we can see Edward. To make it shorter means we have that much less Edward. I see already they added scenes such as the fight between the wolf pack and Laurent. Sigh I just have to wait it out and hope that Chris really understands that he is not a writer and the movie will not be a hit with twifans if too much dialog is gone or replaced with MR teen angst.

This doesn't surprise me as Kristen and Rob both have said sometimes they look at the lines they have to read and think NO WAY Bella or Edward would say that. I mean they know the characters THEY ARE the characters and after three films now I think they know what the heck Bella and Edward would say so I'm excited about Breaking Dawn.

Hey Sparks! Yeah, that's what it sounds like. The scene where the truck pulls up to the house. Chreitz said that Rob did that in the Volturi shoot, too. He wanted to change a line, so Chreitz rewrote it.

I guess that's what Rob means when he says he has more say in how he plays his charachter.

New Moon rises NEXT WEEK I'm going to the Midnight Showing, okay ladies I've been hearing it throw the grape vine, that that, Chris Weitz may indeed direct Breaking Dawn in fact, they wanted CW to direct Eclipse but he had scedhuling conflict and couldn't do it but if it's true that Breaking Dawn could begin filming in the fall of 2010, he would be free.

I really hope they bring him back !! I really feel like he could bring Renesmee to life.(even though some of you would like to pretend otherwise!!! lol) CW from each clip I've seen, has been able to capture the feelings in New Moon perfectly.. and he's passionate about the books, like we are!

I have a feeling we'll hear the announcement of Breaking Dawn within a week of opening night. Then shortly after that... CW will be confirmed as the director.

my friend and i can be sitting in a restaurant and something comes up about it, and we'll just simultaneously start the "hospital convulsing" scene. she'll take a few lines and i'll take a few others and we just run them together at the same time with a lot of hyperventilating and blinking in between.
