I saw that on the live stream and I thought it was a bit much to hit Rob with something like that at the Premiere. At another quieter time, maybe. He seemed very taken aback. Rob always seems to give an honest, unprepped response to things. He's instinctual, it comes straight from the heart with him, seems to me.

Imagine being trotted up and down that carpet, pulled left to right, everyone screaming for you and trying to grab a piece of you - it must be so hard to think and orient oneself. That story seemed to throw him for a loop. I feel very sad for the fan girl's situation naturally.

GAWD, HE'S F**K'N SEXY! Seriously, that's all I can say without getting modded! *starts thinking about wanting to nibble on the 5 o'clock shadow-covered jaw* Great! now I'm hyperventilating!

Ok, now I feel really shallow...........after watching the video w/ the fan. So sad and he seemed a little awkward, but handled it very well. What a sad story and it's so true, what Rob said.....it is very underestimated by a lot of people........we've all connected to it personally in some way. I certainly know how I have. ;-)

Awwww that was so sweet, Im from Northern Ireland and stayed up till 4.30 am in the morning lol, to watch it, my parents think im overly obsessed haha, but I have th joy now of knowing all wat really happened and the premeire, and that girl with the blonde hair you know the one "whose on the soundtrack" was so annoying I was actually cringing for her, and the dude seemed to be embarrassed aswell.

I think Rob is such a pretty man to look at. No Flaws at all. He is so handsome in that first pic. I haven't got to see the video yet, but I bet if he is in it, it will be great. JUST PERFECT.... To bad no pictures with Kristen. They are so cute together.

Rob was not expecting such an emotional moment with that fan. Maybe a warning for the guy! I think he felt a bit uncomfortable, I'm sure half wanted to hear more and be more of listener to the girl and her story, to make the moment more important and the other half knew he had too many screaming girls to confront and a line of reporters. A story like that should have been more appreciated at a different time.

The fan wrote an essay on why Twilight was important to her and won the contest to be there. She told Rob about the essay and that her best friend died and shortly after her grandparents and the book New Moon got her through the ordeal and his character in particular. You could tell Rob was a little taken off guard, not expecting for something so deep on the red carpet. He handled himself good, but I just think that something that deep could have waited for another moment.

I just saw NM premiere pictures at larry-411's myspace.

I didn't watch all the streaming, I admit that Anya woman's voice annoyed me too much. So I was like watching back and forth. I got really annoyed when at first they let Robert say something on the microphone, and the two interviewers were busy talking to someone else, so we didn't get to hear what Robert said, ugh.

And then I clicked on the live stream at the exact right moment when Robert had just gotten to the fan who won the essay contest. Simply put, those pics and this video were the best part of the Live Stream!

You've got to love this guy. He's so down to earth and caring and makes us feel like we shouldn't feel guilty about loving Twilight - which I can feel at times. Courtney did so well. I love that interview.

I thought this was to be a big announcement on Wednesday, November, 18th, apparently the cover and news were leaked.

No disrespect in any way to the winner because it must have been devastating to lose her best friend and then her grandparents, but they always seem to pick the winners based on tragic stories. I think they should pick someone based on how much they love the books and movies and not just because they lost someone. Not to mention everyone loses a loved one at one point in their life and they don't ever win something just because of that. The winner should be based on much more than just that one thing. I'm also scratching my head at the fact that she hasn't even seen the first movie and yet she got to go to the premiere of the second one. Oh well, I guess all we can do is congratulate her because obviously they picked her for a reason.
